Other developers will also be able to implement this kind of refunds in their games. If the developer allows refunds for these items, Steam will notify you at the time of purchase. Otherwise, Steam does not allow refunds for in-game purchases made on third-party games.

* Refunds for pre-orders

If you have pre-ordered an item on Steam and paid the price, you can request a refund at any time while the item is still available. The standard return policy (14 days / 2 hours) will take effect as soon as the release takes place.

* Refund of funds transferred to the wallet
