Then one should intuitively deepen the sensation of sleep, but without losing self-consciousness. To get out of the body, one should not make any effort, but on the contrary, relax, then the exit will happen spontaneously.

Also, one of the ways to get out of the body is awareness of the moment of falling asleep, but as practice shows, this method is available to units and, with persistent attempts, can lead to insomnia. Sleep comes from the chest area, sometimes from the throat area, or the abdomen. To enhance the likelihood of a lucid dream, you should meditate on the vishuddha chakra, in the neck area, before going to bed, as it is responsible for the level of perception in a dream. And if the energy gathers in this center, lucid dreams are guaranteed.

In order for lucid dreams to become more frequent, one must get used to that unusual, linear dream consciousness that develops by remembering in the morning what dreams you had that day. It is believed that out of eight hours of sleep, six hours we view dreams. In general, ordinary dreams are the same as daytime reality, the continuation of gaining experience and working off karma. Therefore, do not be upset if you have bad dreams or nightmares. Rather, on the contrary, you need to thank the forces from above that you get this experience in a dream, and not in everyday life.

Sometimes, especially for already experienced practitioners, there is a realization that a part of us always understands that what is happening there is a dream, but at the same time, we seem to continue to play along with ourselves, building all new incredible events and situations of sleep, to which the other part we are "bought".

At first, most people, realizing themselves out of the body, face such an obstacle as an insurmountable fear. It may be the fear of death; fear that you will not be able to return to the body, and simply fear of worlds and beings that are still unknown to you. As experience shows, such fears are completely unfounded. You already spend every night spontaneously leaving the body. And the only thing that changes with the fact that you left the body of your own free will is your clear awareness of the fact of incorporeal existence. Most often, the biggest problem is the ability to keep yourself there, and not vice versa - the inability to return.

In order to stay longer in a lucid dream, it is not recommended to immediately try to do things that are not inherent in earthly reality, such as: walking through walls, flying, teleportation, etc. Also, at first, it is not recommended to stand still in a dream, meditate, carefully look at any separate objects from that reality and look at far distances. All this can also quickly bring you back to the physical body. On the contrary, in order to stay there longer, one should be in continuous activity and cast quick glances at various objects.

If you feel that it is difficult for you to move, but you want, for example, to fly or pass through a wall, you need to relax your subtle body. When relaxing, any tricks are possible. In the practice of lucid dreams, it is recommended to play enough mischief and outrage as quickly as possible - when you, realizing your own impunity, can afford everything that you could not on the physical plane.

As you advance in meditation, the consciousness clears, the layer of the subconscious expands, and lucid dreams happen more and more by themselves. At first, there may be doubts, because with a rich imagination you imagine everything so vividly that the reality of a dream is the same as in the physical world. But that world is completely independent and exists equivalent to the physical world. In dreaming sleep, you perceive what are called the different levels of the astral plane.

The goal of the practice of lucid dreaming is to learn to distinguish between worlds that are more subtle in vibration and to reach the causal, causal plane that is experienced in dreamless sleep. The stress technique is one of the most effective in order to experience an out-of-body experience (OBE) on the first try. With her help, you will make it a reality for yourself. It is a continuation of the stress technique for self-awareness in a dream.

It is best done when you don't have to go to work or school the next day. So you will have more energy to implement the out-of-body experience.

Explanation. This technique was the first one that gave me real results on the first try. It is good because the OBE can be experienced immediately, with all your strength and desire. This saves time and greatly stimulates further practice.

The basics of this technique are taken from mantra yoga. In it, the meditator constantly repeats a mantra (sacred word) to himself to realize himself in a dream. I changed it a little and got the result right away.

First stage. We create stress

Three things are needed to implement exit from the body:

1. Strong desire
Desire tends to gradually lose its power. To prevent this from happening, activate it on the day of practice. Feel your desire - how strong it is. Nothing can stand before him!

2. Will
Your will is an extension of your desire, a part of it. Today she is stronger than ever. No one has such a will as you. You will do it!

3. Get angry
I was able to get out of the body on the first try, when I got very angry at the failures in spiritual practice. I did it. If I can do it, then you can too!

These three factors are enough to make it happen. Create stress out of them. Put them together, you'll need them. It is today that your first exit from the body will take place. Walk and think about what will happen to you tonight. Keep it in your mind.

Look forward to your first out-of-body experience. He is the most unforgettable. To experience it is a blessing for all further practice. Believe me, this is much easier to do than it seems. You will succeed!

Imagine - imagine how your experience will go (using the two techniques described below). Practice lying on the bed, doing them with your physical body.

Second phase. Relax and go to sleep

After the above preparation, when the time comes, go to bed. Go to bed as usual or earlier (if you are sure that you will fall asleep) so that the body has more rest. If you go to bed at 21-22 hours, then set an alarm for the time from 1 to 3 am. If your sleep pattern is different, then adjust to yourself by shifting the wake-up time by 4-5 hours. It is necessary that after waking up (when you do the technique) you still have at least 4 hours of sleep left (plus or minus an hour).

Set an alarm for the time of awakening (turn on intuition for what time to start).

After that, go to bed. Don't keep the stress you created. Go to bed in anticipation of the upcoming experience. Relax and sleep soundly. Don't think about it. The program is already embedded in your subconscious, now you just need to fall asleep.

Third stage. Exit from the body

After the alarm goes off, get up (if you don’t do this, you can fall asleep again), go to the toilet if necessary. It is not necessary to stay awake for a long time, a few minutes are enough.

Then lie down again. Take any comfortable position (during the stress technique, you can change it as much as you want). Start repeating to yourself like a clockwork:

- This is a dream. Get out of your body! This is a dream. Get out of your body! This is a dream. Get out of your body!

Explanation. Repeating the phrase - "This is a dream! Get out of your body!" important element of stress technique. This mental repetition is the coding of the subconscious. This is what makes for a successful experience. Using a phrase (mantra) allows you to exit the body on the first try.

Repeat this to yourself until you fall asleep. Put all your will and desire into repetition. The repetition time should be from half an hour to an hour. By the "internal clock" feel the gap spent on the technique. If it is less, then the exit from the body may not work, little energy will be put into the subconscious.

Just repeating is not enough, you have to imagine – imagine that you are going out of your body. Use the simplest and most effective separation techniques for this:

1. Start crawling out of bed on your bellies or on all fours, moving away from your body. Then get up and move away from him (better to start with this technique).

2 . Roll out to the side, then either crawl away from the body, or get up and walk away.

Replay these actions in your head along with the phrase - This is a dream. Get out of your body!

Through constant repetition with an imaginary out-of-body action, you create the stress in your subconscious that is necessary for a successful out-of-body experience.

As with the technique for becoming aware of yourself in a dream, there is a possibility of interrupting a dream. In this case, you will feel that you do not want to sleep at all. Do not despair. This has happened to me many times and it still works. If the dream is interrupted, use the Image Visualization technique and forget about the practice for a while.

Create nice pictures in your mind. When you feel that sleep is approaching again, start using the stress technique again, but in a milder form (without fanaticism).

After you fall asleep, the technique will work when you wake up on the next sleep cycle. This will happen in the interval from one to two hours (sometimes it can happen as soon as you fall asleep).

At the moment of awakening, the phrase will come to mind - This is a dream. Get out of your body! It will emerge from your subconscious along with the exit technique.

During this time, you will be in a sleepy state (in a trance). The awakening of your consciousness will happen before the body. As soon as you feel that you are waking up, immediately do the exit technique. Using either crawl or roll out. At this point, getting out of it will be easy. It is necessary to do the technique as quickly as possible, not allowing the physical body to wake up.

The sensations of leaving the body will be absolutely real. It will seem to you that you are doing this with a physical body. Don't let that stop you. That's the way it should be. These are sensations of the second energy (etheric) body. They will be as real as the physical ones.

When leaving the body, you can feel (this does not always happen) how the physical body holds you and does not allow you to leave it. This usually happens in the solar plexus area. At this moment, do not get lost, make an effort to move away from him as far as possible. With distance, the connection with the body will be lost. (For details on the WTO, see the material).

The practice of leaving the physical body with the help of a lucid dream is real for everyone. In order to develop esoteric abilities with the help of dreams, it is only necessary to practice a little control of one's own consciousness.

What are lucid dreams

Lucid sleep is the transitional phase between drowsiness and deep sleep. Getting into such a dream, we clearly understand what is happening to us, and we can control our actions: we know where to go, what to do and what will happen next. At such moments, one of our bodies can move not only in time and space, but also to other dimensions and worlds.

Almost every one of us has experienced this at least once: as a rule, lucid dreams are no different from our ordinary life. In fact, scientists and psychics have long proven that such a state of consciousness makes it possible to overcome distances and get what you want.

How to know if you are in a lucid dream state

It is very easy to understand this, because during a lucid dream you can control the events around you. The secret of indirect techniques lies in their performance against the background of awakening, when the human brain is physiologically very close to the phase state or still in it.

The cycles of indirect techniques for beginners to achieve lucid dreaming consist of trying to separate immediately upon awakening, and if it doesn’t work, then quickly sorting through the techniques for a minute until one works, after which you can separate from the body. You just need to lie down and sleep well. The better the sleep during these 6 hours, the greater the chance of a subsequent result.

Step 2: Falling Asleep Again With Intention

After 3-50 minutes of wakefulness, we go back to sleep and focus on the fact that on each subsequent awakening we will perform cycles of indirect techniques for entering a lucid dream / out-of-body journey and implement the set plan of action. Then we fall asleep for 2-4 hours, using each subsequent natural awakening, which will be much more than usual. Every time we wake up again, trying not to move or open our eyes, we instantly try to immediately separate from the body in order to enter into a lucid dream or an out-of-body journey. Up to 50% of the success of indirect techniques falls on this simple first step, which novice practitioners are simply unaware of.

To separate from the body, try simply standing up, rolling out, or flying up. Try to do this with your own felt body, without straining the physical muscles. Remember that it will feel like a normal physical movement. Do not think about how to do it at the right time. If it is not possible to separate immediately, which becomes clear in 3-5 seconds, we immediately begin to sort out 2-3 most understandable techniques for entering a lucid dream within one minute, until any of them starts working, after which we can again try to split up. From the following five techniques, choose 2-3 for yourself to alternate on awakenings:

Swimming technique

For 3-5 seconds, try as aggressively as possible to imagine that you are swimming or just making swimming movements with your hands. Try to feel it at all costs and as brightly as possible. If nothing happens, the technique changes to another. If the sensation of swimming begins to arise, then the technique does not need to be changed. Instead, you need to intensify the sensations that have arisen, after which there is a real sensation of floating in the water. This is already a phase (out-of-body travel, lucid dream) in which separation is not required. If such sensations arose in bed, then you need to apply the separation technique, starting the separation movement with the floating sensations received from the technique.

Rotation

For 3-5 seconds, try to rotate as actively as possible around your longitudinal axis in any direction. If during this time no sensations arise, the technique changes to another. If there is a real or even slight sensation of rotation, you need to focus on the technique and spin even more. As soon as this sensation becomes stable and real, one should again try to separate, starting the movement of separation from the rotational sensations received from the technique.

Observation of images

For 3-5 seconds, peer into the void in front of your eyes without opening them. If nothing happens, the technique changes to another. If you see any image, peer into it until it becomes realistic, after which you should immediately separate from the body or drag into the observed image. When looking at the image, it is important not to look at the details, otherwise it will blur. It is as if you need to look through the picture, which will make it realistic.

Hand visualization

For 3-5 seconds, very actively and aggressively imagine that you are rubbing your hands together close in front of your eyes. Try to feel them at all costs in front of you, see and even hear the sound of friction. If nothing happens, the technique changes to another. If any of the sensations begins to arise, you need to stop on the technique and intensify it as much as possible until it becomes completely real. After that, you can try to separate from the body, starting the separation movement with the sensations received from the technique.

For 3-5 seconds, try to swing your felt arms or legs, in no case tensing the physical muscles, but at the same time not imagining the movement itself. For example, try to push them hard up and down, pull left and right, etc. If nothing happens, the technique changes to another. If suddenly there is a light or viscous real sensation of movement, you need to focus on the technique, trying by all means to make the amplitude of movement as wide as possible. When reaching 10 cm or more, you should immediately try to separate from the body, starting the movement of separation from the sensations received from the technique.

All that needs to be done during each entry attempt is to cycle through 2-3 techniques for 3-5 seconds each. So-called cycles of indirect techniques are obtained, when a novice practitioner goes through techniques round after round for a minute, in search of the one that will work. It is very important to do at least 4 cycles of 2-3 techniques during an attempt. You need to understand that if the technique did not work right away, this does not mean that it will not work literally on the next round of techniques or a little later. That is why you need to stubbornly sort through the techniques, carrying out at least 4 full cycles, but so that everything together takes no more than a minute.

For example, the whole thing might look like this: a beginner phaser goes to bed at 11:30 pm and sets an alarm for 6:00 am; at 6.00 he wakes up with an alarm, goes to the toilet, drinks water, remembers indirect techniques for entering a lucid dream and out-of-body experience, as well as his interesting plan of actions in the phase (for example, look in the mirror and fly to Mars); at 6:05 a.m. the phaser goes to bed again with a clear intention to enter the phase on each next awakening; at 7.35 (for example) the phaser suddenly wakes up and instantly tries to immediately separate from the body; failing to separate in 3-5 seconds, the phaser starts trying to make a rotation, but it also does not work in 3-5 seconds; the phaser does a swimming technique, but it doesn't work in 3-5 seconds; the phaser makes a phantom swing, but it does not work for 3-5 seconds; the phaser again does a spin, swim technique and phantom swing for 3-5 seconds; then he again does the rotation, swimming and phantom swing for 3-5 seconds; on the fourth cycle, he starts to make a rotation and it suddenly starts to turn out - there is a feeling of rotation; the phaser stops on the technique, spins as much as possible and immediately rolls out of the body with a rotated felt body; he immediately runs to the mirror, while he actively feels everything around and looks at it from a close distance, which makes his sensations become vivid; after looking in the mirror, the practitioner uses the movement technique and finds himself on Mars, but he is suddenly returned to the body; the novice phaser immediately tries to get out of the body again, but fails; he goes back to sleep with the clear intention that on his next awakening he will try again to enter a lucid dream/out-of-body experience and spend more time on Mars; etc.

Just repeat the same with the techniques that you understand the most and you will discover a new universe, easily entering into a lucid dream or an out-of-body journey, even as a novice practitioner!

In order for this method to work and be remembered better, allocate 20-30 minutes a day and just practice with the techniques and the algorithm. This will greatly increase the effectiveness of wakeup entry attempts.

Awareness in a dream is also considered a phase experience. If you suddenly realize in the plot of a dream that there is a dream around, this will already be the entry into the phase, so you should also start implementing the action plan and stabilizing the state. If such an awareness happens in a dream, it will be an indirect result of trying to apply cycling techniques on awakenings, which happens very often, and all beginner phasers should always be ready for this.

Step 5. After trying

After each successful and unsuccessful attempt to apply the technique of entering lucid dreaming, the beginner should, if possible, fall asleep again in order to make another attempt on the next awakening. Thus, you can not only get the result in one day, but also do it several times at once!

Curious fact!

Once, at a seminar of the School of Out-of-Body Travel, a beginner was able to get out of the body for the first time in his life on the very first morning 6 times out of 8 awakenings-attempts.

The very same unsuccessful attempt should not last more than a minute. If nothing has worked out during this time, it is much more effective to fall asleep and catch the next moment of awakening than to stubbornly try to squeeze the result out of the current situation.

Lucid Dream Action Plan / Out-of-Body Journey

Before entering the phase itself, the novice practitioner must clearly indicate what he will do there immediately after the separation. This will increase both the quality of the experience and its likelihood, as lucid dreaming techniques work much better with sufficient motivation. The following is a list, although not always the most understandable, but the most interesting actions in the phase for beginners (choose no more than 2-3 points and remember them well):

Look in the mirror (required in the first phase!);

Eat or drink something tasty;

Visit your favorite attraction

Fly over the Earth;

Fly in space;

Fly to neighbors, friends or relatives;

Meet a lover / mistress;

Meet a deceased relative;

Meet your favorite celebrity;

Take medicine to heal;

Get information from phase objects;

To visit the past or the future;

Pass through the wall;

Turn into an animal;

Ride in a sports car;

Ride a motorcycle;

Breathe underwater;

Stick your hand inside your body;

Experience vibrations;

Be in two bodies at the same time;

Be in the body of another person;

Move and set fire to objects with a glance;

Drink alcohol;

Have sex and reach orgasm.

In the very first phase, set yourself the goal of getting to the mirror and looking into its reflection. You must clearly program yourself for this action, which will greatly facilitate the first steps in conquering the phase. Then you can carry out other points of the action plan and never return to the mirror.

If in a lucid dream the sensations are vague - poor vision or a fuzzy sense of the body - try to touch everything around very actively and examine the small details of objects from a close distance. This will make the experience more realistic. The same actions should be done to hold the phase when the first signs of returning to the body appear (for example, when everything becomes dull).

You don't have to worry about returning to the body. The state in any case will not last more than a few minutes, especially for beginners who have little knowledge of retention technologies.
