The imam of the main Rostov mosque turned out to be a Salafi propagandist. The peaceful life of an imbecile does not cure

The imam of the Rostov Cathedral Mosque, Nail Bikmaev, was officially charged by the investigative department of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation with inciting ethnic hatred. According to investigators, in his sermons the clergyman gave a negative assessment of other religions - Christianity and Judaism, declaring that “this is all one religion of unbelief.”

The behavior of the spiritual leader of the main mosque of the Don capital, who is also the son of the chairman of the spiritual administration of Muslims of the Rostov region, Jafar Bikmaev, has long raised questions among law enforcement agencies.

Two years ago, a well-known Rostov imam was put on the federal wanted list following a missing person report from relatives. But Nail Bikmaev soon arrived at the apartment of Zalimkhan Kadyrov, suspected of aiding Dagestani militants. The clergyman was found with weapons, camouflage and a portable radio. These things spoke for themselves. The 27-year-old imam did not hide the fact that he intended to join the bandit ranks. According to him, a family conflict pushed him to this, and at that time the young man was single. The mufti's son frankly admitted that he bought a Kalashnikov assault rifle for 30 thousand rubles. Judging by the explanations of Nail Bikmaev, the imam of the main Rostov mosque adhered to Wahhabi views.

The story of the “disappearance” ended almost painlessly for the clergyman - he escaped with a slight fright. Nail Bikmaev was convicted under Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for storing and carrying weapons, the court verdict was two years probation and a fine of seven thousand rubles.

Soon the Rostov imam got married. This spring, investigators conducted a search in his apartment in Rostov-on-Don as part of an investigation into a criminal case for inciting ethnic hatred, initiated against Nail Bikmaev’s wife’s friend. Curious items were found in the clergyman's home - a manual on shooting with marks, camouflage clothing, a warm sleeping bag, as well as books with extremist content included in the list of literature prohibited for distribution in Russia, as well as discs with pornography.

In addition, several plastic bags filled with banknotes were found. According to the imam, this was a gift from relatives. The investigative authorities doubt this, because the “present” is more reminiscent of donations from parishioners. The fact is that, despite a criminal record, Nail Bikmaev continued to serve as the religious leader of the central Rostov mosque.

This is not prohibited by law. Russian legislation does not yet regulate such issues. Although any reasonable person understands that this is a legislative gap, says RG’s source in the intelligence services.

The imam, convicted and suspected of a new crime, continues to conduct religious sermons and communicate directly with believers, while several of Nail Bikmaev’s parishioners - three young men and two girls - tried to join the ranks of militants in the North Caucasus or were engaged in propaganda of the radical Muslim movement.

Thus, the police detained with a weapon a 24-year-old acquaintance of the Rostov imam, Pyotr Zubenko, who converted to Islam. The guy was traveling to Ingushetia to join an illegal armed group there. Students of the Don University Aleikhanym Mikailova and Arzu Israfilova, also parishioners of Nail Bikmaeva, posted nationalist information on the global network. The girls were sentenced to forced community service for inciting ethnic hatred. If the criminal case against the spiritual teacher of young extremists goes to trial, the clergyman may face a real prison sentence.

It was not possible to find out Nail Bikmaev’s opinion regarding the charges brought against him. "RG" managed to get through to his authoritative father - the chairman of the regional Muslim Spiritual Directorate. Jafar Bikmaev was traveling on the train at that moment. The mufti refused to comment on the story with his son.

The modest imam-mukhtasib of the Rostov Cathedral Mosque of the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Rostov Region, Nail Bikmaev, again became the hero of a criminal chronicle. People first started talking about the clergyman on December 19, 2010. It was on this day that Nail Bikmaev, the son of the spiritual leader of Muslims in the Rostov region, Jafyar Bikmaev, left the house and did not return. They started talking about the kidnapping. They assumed that someone wanted to put pressure on the father. All possible resources were involved in the search. There were also those who claimed that Nail was no longer alive... But the imam was found quite quickly - as part of an organized group of terrorist underground, he was detained on the territory of Dagestan. The imam had equipped firearms with him and was ready for any feats in the name of faith. Bikmaev, the eldest, hastily left for Dagestan to “settle the issue.” The young imam, detained as part of a gang with weapons in his hands, was facing a substantial prison sentence. But he was forgiven. A very generous act on the part of law enforcement. Especially if you remember those episodes in which two hunting cartridges “kindly thrown” into the car were enough to “land” the undesirables.
Then still an imam-khatib, a man who leads joint prayers and conducts Friday sermons, Nail Bikmaev, having passed the Commission for the Adaptation of Persons Who Stopped Terrorist Activities, returned to his previous affairs. As for the imam’s accomplices, who were arrested with him in Dagestan, their further fate is unknown. It is unlikely that justice was as favorable to them as to Bikmaev Jr., who for his exploits received two years of restriction of freedom with a fine of seven thousand rubles and without the right to change his place of permanent residence. And at the same time, no one asked the question whether a Wahhabi, a member of the bandit underground, should be allowed to participate in religious activities. They considered that the imam is a worthy mentor for the parishioners of the Rostov Cathedral Mosque. Well, the sword does not cut off a guilty head...
The name of Imam Nail Bikmaev appeared in the media again at the beginning of 2012. A number of Russian publications claimed that the priest had returned to his previous activities. Nail and his father Jafyar released a video message in which they completely refuted this compromising information. They talked a lot and beautifully. “I would like to refute this information: I have not returned anywhere, I have not committed any illegal actions and I do not intend to. If you remember, on the first day of our commission, I swore an oath before Allah Almighty - I swore the greatest of all oaths - that I would never again do the act that, unfortunately, I did. Therefore, I would like to assure all members of the commission: you don’t have to worry, you don’t have to worry, you shouldn’t expect any dirty tricks on my part. Since I returned to Rostov, I have been working as an imam in our only cathedral mosque, attending prayers five times a day. Every evening I preach sermons, every Friday I address an audience of about fifteen hundred people. Alhamdulillah, I am satisfied with my fate, I thank the Almighty and I thank those people who became the reason for my salvation,” with such a fiery speech Nail addressed the members of the Commission for the Adaptation of Persons who Stopped Terrorist Activities. The imam was supported by his father, who stated that his son had never been a bandit, lives normally, is under constant supervision, and his sermons are filled with a patriotic mood. They believed again.
Bikmaev’s patriotism was appreciated and made him an imam - mukhtasib. Mukhtasib is an employee of a special organization, guided by Sharia law and monitoring the implementation of Islamic moral norms. Mukhtasibs also had the right to impose various types of punishment (tazir) for offenses, and also performed police functions. An integral part of the work of the mukhtasiba was the prevention of crime, for which they carried out a campaign to educate the population. Depending on the severity of the offense, the mukhtasibs could warn or, in extreme cases, punish with public caning. They hardly use sticks now, but the real power is concentrated in the hands of the mukhtasibs. It is the mukhtasib who must prevent the spread of radical sentiments among Muslims.

And so, in October 2013, Nail Bikmaev again became a defendant in a criminal case. The imam-mukhtasib is accused of committing a crime under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - inciting interfaith hatred. Moreover, during the search they found a set of camouflage clothes of the “slope” type, a warm sleeping bag, a general-arms field flask, and a shooting manual. It looks like our clergyman is going to the mountains again...
In Nail's sermons, which his father, Mufti Jafyar Bikmaev, considers filled with patriotism, someone heard radical notes. "Bikmaev N.D. continues contacts with persons possibly involved in destructive religious activities. Bikmaev N.D. during Friday sermons in the central cathedral mosque of Rostov-on-Don, allows statements that contribute to inciting interfaith hatred. Thus, publicly, during a Friday sermon in a Rostov mosque, when commenting on the Koran surah, “Al-Kafirun” made a statement containing negative assessments of Jews and Christians and contributing to the emergence in listeners of feelings of hatred or hostility towards representatives of Christianity and Judaism” - from materials of the next criminal case. But what about the oath before Allah Almighty, which the imam spoke about so passionately? The greatest oath of all? It seems that for Bakmiev such an oath is an empty phrase!
In general, I do not understand the position of the Muslim clergy, which accepts such subjects into its ranks. Is it really all about family ties here? Today someone helped the son of an influential man get a good job, and tomorrow a suicide bomber, under the influence of similar sermons, will blow up a bus with civilians. Or did the mufti never attend his son's sermons? Or do their views coincide?
Today we live in conditions of an invisible war, a war that the radicals have declared on the entire civilized world. Cars filled with explosives explode, blown-up houses collapse, buses and subway train cars fly to pieces. People are dying. Simple people. And often the hand of a suicide bomber or suicide bomber presses the fuse at the command of a heart filled with hatred for the “infidels” after conversations with such imams. And we must not forget that martyrs sow death not only in Russian cities - both Dagestanis and Chechens die at their hands. Perhaps it is worth thinking about who should be given the right to conduct the Friday sermon and monitor the implementation of Islamic moral standards? If the young imam is so drawn to the mountains, then maybe, regardless of the influence and merits of his father, it is worth making the only right decision and stopping his religious activities once and for all? Or do you want the martyrs raised by such sermons to continue to sow death in our cities?
Today there is a lot of talk about the possible imminent adoption of a law imposing liability on family members of terrorists. Perhaps this regulation will help stop the spread of this infection. In the meantime, we see a diametrically opposite effect - relatives of terrorists, those who have successfully climbed the social, religious or political ladder, are successfully leading their errant offspring away from responsibility, thereby exposing us all to a real threat. Who will answer me how many Muslims, under the influence of Nail Bikmaev’s sermons, took up arms to kill infidels?
How will it all end this time for Bikmaev Jr.? Will they scold and forgive again? Will he take another oath to almighty Allah? Or the pope, an influential mufti and member of the public council at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Rostov Region, will get involved, a council that aims to organize assistance to law enforcement agencies in their daily work. It is so difficult for representatives of public organizations actually working for the benefit of society to get into the Council.
I’ll tell you one thing, if Imam Nail Bikmaev returns to his duties after all this and his voice sounds again in the mosque at the Friday sermon - I will radically reconsider my attitude towards Islam!

The girls were sentenced to forced community service for inciting ethnic hatred. "RG" managed to get through to his authoritative father - the chairman of the regional Muslim Spiritual Directorate. Jafar Bikmaev was traveling on the train at that moment. The mufti refused to comment on the story with his son.

In Makhachkala yesterday, the imam of the Cathedral Mosque of Rostov-on-Don, Nail Bikmaev, was released from custody. He went to Dagestan, tried to join the militants, but was detained by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The imam received his freedom at a meeting of the commission under the President of Dagestan to assist individuals who decided to stop terrorist and extremist activities in adapting to peaceful life. The members of the commission unanimously voted to release him under the personal guarantee of his father, the mufti of the Rostov region, Jafyar Bikmaev.

Nail Bikmaev was detained in Makhachkala with a pistol on the night of January 6. He was wanted as a possible victim of kidnapping and even murder, but it turned out that he himself went to Dagestan, where he joined members of illegal armed groups.

[RIA Novosti, 01/21/2011, “The son of the Rostov mufti, detained with a weapon, was released in Dagestan”: At the end of December, the mufti of the Rostov region, Jafar Bikmaev, contacted the police with a statement that his son Nail left the house on December 19 and disappeared. A criminal case was initiated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). The police began searching for the missing person. The main version considered leaving home after a family quarrel. - Insert K.ru]

The reason for considering the case of Bikmaev Jr. by the adaptation commission was petitions from the muftis of Dagestan and the Rostov region, as well as letters and requests from various public and religious organizations of the North Caucasian Federal District, Southern Federal District and other regions of Russia for assistance in this matter, addressed to the Dagestan authorities.

Jafyar Bikmaev, who was present at the meeting, apologized both for his son (he was recently formally charged under Article 222 of the Criminal Code) and for himself, noting that what happened was his fault. “The parishioners of the mosque listened to him with great attention. He had never been noticed in these (extremist - Kommersant) circles. I never heard thoughts (of joining the militants - Kommersant) from him... When I saw him after his arrest, he told me that he had been cruelly deceived... If you think it possible, let him go home. At the very first statement from the investigation, I will personally bring him to Dagestan,” said Bikmaev Sr.

[Kommersant.Ru, 01/13/2011, “The mufti’s son, who disappeared in Rostov, was found in the Makhachkala IV”: According to a representative of the press service, during the first interrogations Nail Bikmaev said that he left home on December 19 after a family conflict. “Apparently, he was going to engage in preaching activities in Dagestan, being confident that some Muslims here are being persecuted,” said Kommersant’s interlocutor. “However, in his own words, he was surprised that our believers dress freely as they see fit, and in the temporary detention center he was generally shocked when a policeman woke him up for prayer.” […]
Jafar Bikmaev said that, according to his information, his son was lured to Makhachkala by a certain person named Abdurakhman, who asked Nail to help in some matter. While looking for his son, Jafarov Sr. found out that Abdurakhman is a “well-known recruiter” of militants, and his real name is Zelimkhan. “In Makhachkala they tried to recruit Nail, and they stuffed him with some kind of herbs or pills. It was poisoning, and I will prove it,” said Jafar Bikmaev. - Insert K.ru]

The commission members voted unanimously to change the preventive measure for the mufti's detained son. “We expected such a decision,” said commission member, Dagestan Interior Minister Abdurashid Magomedov, immediately after the vote. “There is no catch here. I asked in advance to bring this guy here.” A minute later, Nail Bikmaev was brought into the conference room. He glanced warily around those present and sat down on the nearest chair. However, the chairman of the commission, the first deputy prime minister of the government of the republic, Rizvan Kurbanov, urged him to greet his father and sit next to him at the table.

“I thank our creator and those present,” said Nail Bikmaev after he was informed of the commission’s decision. “I swear an oath that I will never disgrace either the Almighty or my father.”

In response, Mr. Kurbanov invited the mufti’s son to “live in Dagestan, work with us on the ideological front” and expressed his readiness to take him on as a public assistant. “Here you will be on the path of Allah,” said the first deputy prime minister, “here you can stop the boys who are fooled and who become bandits.” From the reaction of the Bikmaev father and son, it was clear that this proposal clearly took them by surprise. After an awkward pause, Bikmaev Sr. finally found the right words. “First we’ll show it to his mother, and then I’ll talk to him. This is a very interesting proposal,” he said.

Let us note that the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan has already distributed a video of Nail Bikmaev’s repentance on local television channels. “No matter what happens, whether they put me in prison or give me a suspended sentence, or the militants shoot me as a traitor, no matter what I do, now I can’t change anything,” said the imam. “As Allah has ordained, so it will be. I I will, inshallah (Allah willing - Kommersant), perform my prayers, read the Koran and call people to moderate Islam."

Speaking of the free life of chocks in the Russian Federation.

First, this is exactly what happens, the fight against terrorism and extremism online:

And why do you think he gets “three swans” for a pistol with a silencer? Three years in prison? ;) Shame on the family?

He receives release and a job in the deputy prime minister's office. I can well imagine the cunning bearded fucker Bikmaev:
- I swear to my mother! Minya abmanuly damned extremists! I'm lysh hatel barotsa ryuski fascist aryuzhie in my hands like a man!
And tears of tenderness on the wooden fuckers of the Dagestan leadership.

By the way, imam Nail Dzhafarovich Bikmaev, before joining an illegal armed group, loved to speak in Rostov and talk about terrorism. For example, Nail Dzhafarovich in his speech highlighted precisely the “diagnosis of the disease”: why young people abandon their usual way of life, leave their homes and go kill civilians. He called for improving the socio-economic policy of the state, combating manifestations of racism, and implementing the principle of equality of people, regardless of their nationality and religion. Oh, what a great guy Nail Dzhafarovich is! First we condemned terrorism! Then he became a terrorist. Caught with a gun. Again he condemned terrorism. Released. Ice)))

What an optimist I am, but when I read such inspiring news, I want to kill the fucking tractor.
One joy is that there is already an exact certainty that Raschka in its current form will not have long left. With all this fucking Caucasus, which the imperials are holding on to so much. Therefore, I will still be patient.
