Expiation of sins in Christianity. Tell me, what sins are mortal and how can they be expiated? The only way to get rid of sin

Allah created us in the most beautiful way, delimiting for man good and condemned. However, none of us is immune from the mistakes that we make absolutely everything, with the only difference being that someone is more, someone is less, somewhere consciously, and somewhere not.

But the mercy of Almighty Allah is boundless, and no matter how many mistakes we make, He always leaves His door open for us, giving us strength and giving us the opportunity to rise again, after each of our falls. Kafarat is an opportunity to atone for sin, which should rather be perceived not as a punishment, but as an opportunity to achieve the satisfaction of the Creator.

According to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, there are 4 types of kaffarat:

  • Zihar kafarat - two months of uninterrupted fasting

The word "zahr" will be reborn from Arabic as "back". This is related to the case when a husband can say to his wife: "You are like my mother's back, and you are forbidden to me as much as she is."

This story took place during the time of the Blessed Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) when a woman named Haul binti Malika quarreled with her husband, and he said these words to her in the heat of a quarrel. Haulya told about the incident to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he ordered to wait until any decision on this issue was sent down. Soon the following verses were revealed:

“Allah undoubtedly heard the words of the one who persistently spoke [repeated her request to the Prophet several times] regarding her husband, complaining to God. He hears your conversation. Indeed, He is the All-Hearing and All-Seeing. Those of you (men) who tell their wives that they (wives) are like the backs of their mothers, [let them understand for themselves that] this does not make them their mothers. Their mothers are only those who gave birth to them. Truly, they [husbands, using such inappropriate expressions] say inappropriate (bad, bad) words and lies [because the wife and mother are different people, and there is no need to compare the incomparable even in a conflict situation and in an emotional state]. And verily, Allah can forgive everything. [You should repent of your deed and correct yourself].

Those who tell their wives that they (the wives) are like the backs of their mothers, and then refuse their words [that is, they said this in a fit of emotion, but did not intend to divorce their wives], they [as atonement for verbal sin] should release one slave before they (husband and wife) touch each other [have intimacy]. This is for you as an instruction [so that you do not repeat this in the future].

Allah is fully aware of what you are doing. Whoever does not find such an opportunity [to free one slave], he should fast for two consecutive months [without a break] before they (husband and wife) touch each other [have intimacy]. Whoever is not able to do this, he must feed sixty beggars.

This [is prescribed for you as an atonement for sin], so that you believe in Allah (God, the Lord) and His messenger. These are the boundaries [drawn for your own good] by God. And for the godless - a painful punishment [after the Day of Judgment, in eternity] ”(Sura al-Mujadala, verses 1-4)

As we see from these verses of the Holy Message, the atonement for this sin is either the release of a slave, or a two-month continuous fast, and if it is not possible to do this, then 60 needy people must be fed.

  • Three days of fasting for a false oath

A person may say: “I swear by Allah, I will never do this,” or vice versa, “I will do this,” but at the same time he knows that he cannot keep this promise. Allah Almighty has said the following about this:

“Allah will not punish you for idle oaths, but will punish you for what you have sealed with oaths. In atonement for this, it is necessary to feed ten poor people with an average (or better) of what you feed your families, or clothe them, or free a slave. Whoever fails to do so must fast for three days. This is the expiation of your oaths, if you swore and broke your oath. Keep your vows. So Allah makes clear to you His Signs, so that perhaps you will be grateful” (Surah al-Maida, verse 89).

  • Feed 60 needy

As we know, if a person, without good reason, spoils the obligatory fast in the Holy month of Ramadan, then another 60 days must be fasted to make up. There are no verses on this matter, but there is a hadith of the Messenger of Allah: “He who spoils his fast in Ramadan must atone for it, just like a person in the case of zihar.” That is, he must free the slave, or continuously fast for two months. If a person does not have such an opportunity, then it is necessary to feed 60 needy people.

  • Sacrifice in case of violation of ihram

A person who cuts 1/4 or more of his hair or beard while in ihram is considered to have committed a sin, for the atonement of which it is necessary to sacrifice an animal. If it is less than 1/4 of the part, then saadaq is enough. If a person shaves his hair before the due date, then it is necessary to fast for three days as a kafarat.

Allah said in a verse of the Holy Quran:

“Complete the hajj and the small pilgrimage in the name of Allah. If you are delayed, then sacrifice what you can. Do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animals have reached the place of slaughter. And if one of you is sick or suffers because of his head, then he should fast as an atonement, or give alms, or make a sacrifice. If you are safe, then anyone who makes a small pilgrimage and an interrupted hajj should sacrifice what he can. If he fails to do this, then he must fast for three days during the Hajj and seven days after its completion - a total of ten days. This applies to those whose family does not live in the Sacred Mosque. So fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in punishment.

Despite the fact that modern society is mired in the pursuit of material wealth and has forgotten what real spirituality is, there is something glimmering inside every person that does not allow them to finally slide down to the animal level. This inner light, by any available means, tries to direct us on the path of moral perfection and suggests how to atone for sins.

What is sin

During the existence of mankind, spiritual mentors have identified a number of deeds, after which a person experiences spiritual discomfort. Such actions are called sins. The Greek translation of the word "sin" is "miss". Sin is when you have to go against morality. And most importantly, we ourselves know and feel where we went against our own moral concepts. At this moment, one becomes ashamed and ashamed, an understanding and a feeling of the wrongness of the act come.

In any religious culture, there are commandments, following which, a person will never commit a sin and will not be tormented. It is told what to do and how to atone for sins. Murder is on the list of universally recognized sins. The murder of love, respect, human life.

Who can atone for our sin

Let's start, perhaps, with the fact that it is necessary to understand one important, one might say, key point. By definition, we cannot atone for our sins on our own. Sins are not redeemed by us, but by the redeemer, who, of his own free will, agreed to take on our sins. And we can only ask him for such an invaluable service.

To get the opportunity of forgiveness, and therefore, the atonement of sins, it is necessary to turn to a clergyman.

Mystery of confession

During a visit to a church minister, you will need to confess; a conversation with a clergyman will help you remember all the circumstances that accompanied the sinful act. Sleepless nights and heaviness in the soul after an abortion, all your thoughts on this matter should not be hidden. How to atone for the sin of abortion, what needs to be done to soothe mental anguish, the minister of the church will determine individually in each case. It should be remembered that during confession one thing is important - the depth of repentance and readiness to change.

Purification of the soul

The ritual of cleansing after repentance and confession will help to solve such a problem as to atone for the sin of treason. After all, the betrayal of one's lawful spouse is sinful for both a woman and a man. In this case, you will need to take Communion. Remember. Before Communion, you must fast for at least three days.

We are not sinless. And we can be wrong. What seemed the only true yesterday, for example, intimacy with a person you like, today causes disgust and pain. How to atone for the sin of adultery in this case? Take responsibility for your action and do not hold a grudge against yourself or the participants and witnesses of your actions. No matter how much we repent, no matter what we do to atone for our sins, we can never completely dissolve the consequences of our deeds. All misconduct until the very end of life will remain in our memory and in the memory of those who witnessed them. Be prepared to be patient. The past cannot be changed. It will remain scars on our fate and the fate of those affected by our actions.

The Fruits of Repentance

All that a person can do to atone for sins is to change his habitual behavior. We may not be able to change the past, but we can change the present and the future. Repentance and confession to the priest can smooth out the suffering and pangs of conscience. But life can be changed radically only by kind-hearted deeds.

How to atone for sin, and what needs to be done for this? Find out what priests advise to atone for the sins of abortion, infidelity or adultery.

The question of how to atone for sins before God worries many truly believing people. Indeed, in life sometimes there are situations that affect our behavior negatively. We commit misdeeds, and in the future we experience pangs of conscience.

Unfortunately, the church is no longer as important as it was in the past. There is even an opinion that religion and faith are abstract concepts, remnants of the past.

And those who still visit the temple do not always take this seriously: they do not know how to be baptized, how to pray, how to light a candle.

Such aspects lead to inevitable consequences. We do not realize the magnitude of all responsibility for our behavior. And gradually life is filled with sinfulness.

But the understanding that the path is chosen incorrectly and the time has come for change still comes. Often this happens at difficult times, for example, when a serious illness is discovered. And before a person there is a problem - how to repent of sins before God and receive forgiveness?

Modern concept of 7 deadly sins

When it comes to the seven sins that are considered mortal, there is no need to draw parallels with the commandments mentioned in Scripture. Of course, there are common features, but these are two completely different concepts.

What are the mortal sins? This:

  • Despondency- indifference to everything that happens, unwillingness to interfere in anything, lack of interest, apathetic behavior. A person protects himself from current worries, is idle.
  • Gluttony - constant craving for food, even without feeling hungry. This is an attempt to drown out all problems with food and enjoy it.
  • Anger- absolutely unreasonable aggression towards the outside world, revenge.
  • Greed- an unhealthy desire to accumulate wealth and unwillingness to share with anyone;
  • Envy- a negative reaction to other people's successes. Also, this sin is associated with jealousy - attacks on a loved one, accusations for no reason.
  • Pride- defining oneself as the pinnacle of all things. Such people are not inclined to accept someone else's opinion, and even more so to reckon with it. For them, there is only their own I.
  • Lust- falling in front of you as a person. Leads to frivolous connections, sexual desires of an unhealthy nature.

Throughout his life, every person is faced with all seven sins. They under certain circumstances overcome and lead us to immoral behavior.

But all these temptations cannot completely overcome the human will, and if you pull yourself together in time and take the path of righteousness, you can receive divine forgiveness.

Sins and virtues

Every sin that enters into the concept of mortals has a virtue opposed to it. The only exception: despondency.

This terrible human passion must be fought every minute: believing, hoping and loving. This is mentioned even in the ancient writings of the righteous living at the time of Jesus Christ.

For believers, humility is important, thanks to which communion with the Lord and the remission of sins is possible. This virtue is seen as the opposite of pride.

Anger is the opposite of meekness. Envious people will be forgiven only after they learn to give love. Those who are greedy must overcome this sin in themselves and become generous.

Lust is opposed to chastity. Diligence fights laziness. And by abstaining, you can say goodbye to gluttony.

Can a mortal sin be forgiven?

The first thing to notice is the sincerity of repentance. Without it, the heart is not able to open up to heaven. If you yourself cannot figure out your own sins in detail, you should tell your priest about the mental anguish. A spiritual father will help you find the right path to the Lord.

Confession is an essential part of a righteous life. Staying within the walls of the temple, watch how the parishioners approach the priest and humbly tell him about the sinfulness of the past years.

The mentor advises how to build your future life. If you decide to confess, first read the prayer for the forgiveness of sins. And do not doubt that the secrets will remain in the church - the priest will never give out the secrets of his parishioners.

And only a true confession will help you get forgiveness: even if you are afraid to admit your bad deeds, overcome this fear.

The spiritual father usually gives everyone advice:

  • some are instructed to pray daily to the Creator
  • others must fast
  • and some priests are advised to order a special prayer service

But only a heartfelt appeal to heaven will free you from a heavy burden that does not allow you to breathe freely. If even a drop of unbelief slips through your prayer, it is unlikely that you will receive the long-awaited peace. Daily holy conversation with him will help you get closer to God.

Do not be afraid - talk to the Lord, repent before him, talk about what gnaws from within. The very process of prayer clears the mind of evil thoughts. Peace spreads throughout the body.

A large percentage of women, having reached a certain age, are aware of their mistakes of youth. This is especially true for abortion. This is a serious sin that has no explanation or justification.

But when a woman repents, comes to the temple and tells the priest about it, this means that forgiveness is possible. But from that moment on, her life should be woven only from good deeds, from humility, from exemplary behavior.

Help for orphanages can be a way out. Children who have never felt parental care will be grateful. And this will cause a huge flow of positive energy towards the repentant woman.

Prayer for forgiveness of sins

Thoughts about a sin committed in the past can eat a person from the inside, prevent him from sleeping peacefully, prevent him from working and concentrating. And, most importantly, the understanding penetrates into the mind that the sinfulness of the past days closes the gates of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The power that the prayer for the forgiveness of sins carries in itself is great - it is impossible to evaluate it. The desire, coming from the depths of the heart, about repentance before the Creator increases the energy connection with the sky.

After all, the believer understood and accepted that he committed a sinful act, unworthy of a Christian. He assessed his own guilt in order not to take the same rash step in the future.

A prayerful appeal personifies a spiritual appeal to the Lord. Already after the first uttered sacred words, purification, generosity and kindness descend on the believer.

In order not to return to bad thoughts, you should follow the instructions of the Orthodox faith all your life. Do not forget about visiting the temple - its walls are saturated with the power of so many spoken prayers!

The energy of such places surprises with its strength, therefore, communication with God in the church is easier for a person. Thoughts become clear, and peace reigns in the soul.

Confess regularly - repentance to a spiritual mentor will allow you to once again experience your sin and realize its wrongness.

Prayer for forgiveness can also be said at home. You need to do this every day before bed at night:

If you do not allow evil and bad thoughts to enter your mind, listen to the advice of a priest and pray regularly, the Creator will surely answer you.

Prayer of repentance and forgiveness

Prayer to the Holy Spirit

Adultery is the physical intimacy of people who are married to others. This passion includes prodigal sensations and desires of someone else's body, impure thoughts and conversations in a vulgar manner. It is not only the betrayer who commits adultery, but also the one with whom this sin is committed: guilt and shame lie on both sides.

Fornication and adultery: what is the difference

The apostles say that all unclean deeds and thoughts should not be mentioned at all in the Holy Scriptures. However, the surrounding debauchery has extremely dulled the sense of morality, so that even people brought up in Christianity have premarital sexual relations and divorces.

  • The sin of adultery in Orthodoxy is associated, first of all, with adultery, adultery. Yielding to carnal temptations, a person destroys his own family. Passion can be regarded as betrayal, because a marriage is always a sacred union. Relationships are destroyed, everything that was built in love for each other is on the decline.
  • Fornication is different in that people enter into a relationship without being married. A person with all his appearance and behavior shows that he has a strong desire to achieve his goal. The prodigal life forces one to violate moral principles and blinds the mind of the individual, violates the law of chastity.

Adulterous persons provoke a large number of problems and disasters. Sin destroys homes and breeds strife, dries up love and goodwill. Libertines deprive themselves of a huge number of benefits and replace them with diabolical troubles.

Orthodox priests say that there is no one more shameful than a person who commits vile adultery.

On a note! Those suspected of treason live with heavy emotions. It seems to them that the table is filled with poisons, and the house is shrouded in countless evil. Such people do not sleep well, the speeches of good friends and the light of the bright sun are not dear to them. They experience suffering not only when they see the adultery of their spouse, but also when they think about it.

Spouses should be very close to each other, so it becomes painful for them when a husband or wife finds himself in the unclean and unlawful service of another person. People who indulge in fornication are highly condemned by the people and religion. Adultery carries a greater punishment because the spouses entered into a sacred pact and swore allegiance to each other.

About the family in Orthodoxy:

Believer in confession

Punishment for adultery

Fornication is called carnal pleasure without causing any harm to another.

The sin of adultery gives rise to slander (lie) and offense to the lawful union. As a punishment, the church may excommunicate the adulterer from communion with the Holy Mysteries for 15 years. Fornicator is prescribed a seven-year term.

Important! The measure of penance (church punishment) is established depending on the state of the person who committed the sin.

  • The people highly condemn any manifestation of infidelity, so the adulterer will feel unpleasant conversations on the side.
  • Those who have fallen into fornication cannot receive communion until they repent.
  • Punishment comes from one's own conscience, which does not allow one to forget the sin for a long time. Cleansing comes only after the destruction of the memory of this event.
  • The consequence of the sin of adultery is the suffering that is born after learning about treason. Spouses have to seek a divorce, because it is even more difficult to save a marriage.
  • Any prodigal sin closes the gate to the heavenly abode for the soul.
  • Adulterers will suffer “a second death in the lake of hell, full of fire and brimstone.
  • In the New Testament, the bodies of each person become members of the body of Christ, therefore, the sinner brings dishonor to the Son of God and dissolves the original unity. Having lost the sacred support, a person surrenders to the power of monstrous demons.
  • Fornication and adultery build a metaphysical wall through which prayers and forgiveness seep heavily. If he does not take appropriate measures to heal the soul, there is a possibility of falling away from the Church and God forever.
  • They turn away from the adulterer, turn away. He is considered an object of shame and contempt, he brings sadness to his parents and is the subject of unflattering reviews.
  • The sin of adultery in Orthodoxy is capable of destroying not only the physical, but also the spiritual shell. They annul the laws of morality, which are independent of the will of man.
On a note! Saint Basil, speaking about adultery, did not distinguish between adultery on the part of a wife and a husband. In both cases the sins became mortal and required full repentance.

This position did not take root in the Christian tradition for a long time, because the wife in ancient times did not have the status of a full member of society.

The meaning of the commandment "do not commit adultery"

Against this sin, the sayings of the Holy Fathers and certain passages from the Gospel have special power.

  • He who lustfully looks at a woman commits adultery.
  • The children of Israel should not be subjected to this passion, since the heavenly abode does not accept people who are impure in heart.
  • Bodies in Orthodoxy are regarded as a temple in which the Holy Spirit lives. It is believed that there is nothing in the material world that would belong to us, therefore it is forbidden and unnatural to sin at a party.
  • It is necessary to take care of the cleanliness of your body, because the time will come and every Christian will have to answer for the life he has done.
  • Adultery is necessarily judged by the Almighty God, but a pure marriage and an immaculate bed is permitted by God.

Causes of adultery and the sin of fornication in Orthodoxy

The most important factor in falling into this dangerous passion is the mental desire for the pleasure of the flesh and a drunken life. The enemy (sin) finds loopholes in the mind of a Christian if the latter does not drive away evil and lustful thoughts. The soul, having weakened the control over temptations, approaches an unfortunate and ruinous fall.

  • The clergy note that those who have already fallen under the power of another passion become adulterers and fornicators. The root of all lust lies in the acquisition of praise and glory.
  • Sinfulness increases when people do not protect their bodies from objects of temptation. Pride and vanity, which are rarely noticed by a person, induce to go to fornication for the sake of satisfying one's own lust.
  • The apostles call the cause of fornication (fornication) and adultery satiety. When our body is full, the demon of gluttony leaves and invites the unclean spirit of adultery to come and confuse the mind with dirty thoughts, and the body with outflows.
  • The spirit of drowsiness also torments the unfortunate enough, because the lazy and drowsy mind is not capable of fully resisting the harsh demon of fornication.
  • Often the help of the Almighty departs from those who ask, because they slander, reproach and condemn their neighbors. Going against the brothers, a person is left alone and is unable to resist the destructive temptations.
  • The raid of thought is a swift cause, which is practically imperceptible by consciousness. It instantly excites passion without a word or an image.

How to atone for lascivious sin

Each of the passions is capable of capturing the soul and removing it from communion with the Eternal purity of the Lord. If sins are united, it becomes an addition to get out of a dangerous situation, therefore the task of every Orthodox is to destroy all the seeds of sinfulness.

  • The first thing is the cleansing of the secrets of the heart, which will make it possible to see God in the soul. He will give instructions and correct advice that will protect from the influence of the sin of fornication. Not a single thought can hide from the Creator, therefore the desire for fornication or adultery must be destroyed with great shame in the face of the Almighty.
  • The clergy teach the laity to be more attentive to feelings and desires. Demons of lustful sinfulness often appear in the form of a useful and good deed. Impure creatures first darken the mind, and then push in what they need.
  • Healing will come when thoughts of the opposite sex cease to arouse passion. To reduce the temptation, it is necessary to reduce the time of communication and remove vicious reflections from oneself. The fire of lust flares up precisely in the movement of thought, and not in the body.
  • Since the demonic attack is made on the body and soul, one should resist in two ways. Bodily fasting alone is not enough, the layman should constantly meditate on the Holy Scriptures, and also occupy his hands with work or needlework.
  • If a temptation arises before a person, he is obliged to find the cause, internal or external, and eradicate it. Chastity implies simplicity in dress and peace of one's own flesh, which will not allow fornication to arise in the mind.

Prayer help:

The work of every Christian is the extermination of a vicious mood. In this way, the believer brings himself closer to true knowledge, purity and bliss.

  • A Christian is obliged to avoid the sin of drunkenness, which will allow him to be more vigilant and not let the demon of fornication lead into temptation. It is necessary to cleanse one's own heart, in which, according to Solomon, dwell the sources of life and death. A person needs to become humble and modest, because passions arise from freedom of communication.
  • One of the most important weapons in the struggle is to keep feelings within their limits. The Church teaches to move away from the hustle and bustle and concentrate on achieving the main goal - the purification of the heart and mind. Priests give the following advice: things can be treated neutrally, even if they are capable of causing lust. The attitude of the individual to the environment is important.
  • A Christian will save his soul from corruption if he manages to avoid communion with the demon of adultery. The enemy should not contradict, absolute ignoring helps. Opposition will only increase the aggression of the impure demon, which will not rest until it is defeated by humility.
  • Another way to get rid of fornication is righteous anger. If a Christian sees signs of growing lust in his soul, he should be angry about it. Sympathy will allow sin to stay inside and return in moments of weakness.
  • A Christian should not judge the environment, it is important to have patience and meekness. It is morally forbidden for a person to attribute to others what he does not know for certain. The believer is recommended to work only on his own consciousness, clearing the way to the heavenly abodes.
  • Confessions and prayers help in the struggle. Often these methods are the last chance of salvation for a deeply entrenched soul.
Important! Young people today fall prey to the "zeitgeist" and rarely know that the consequences of a prodigal life can lead to serious suffering. However, even the most lost soul has a chance to return to God, since Christianity is the religion of resurrection. History knows a large number of examples of the correction of harlots who became saints, performing a colossal feat.

Spiritual and bodily purity (chastity) is a virtue that is the exact opposite of adultery and fornication. Sinful adultery gives suffering to the family and all its members. Fornication does not offend anyone, but leaves the seed of fornication for a long time.

The Church obliges all Orthodox to eradicate this vicious weakness with the help of prayers, confessions and fasts with all their might. Getting rid of prodigal passions opens the way to the Kingdom of Heaven and purifies the mind.

After the published article about that, readers began to ask questions - How then can one effectively atone for one's sins? The question is logical and very good, because the vast majority of people in these matters are incredibly mistaken and, in fact, stand still. Because they don’t do the most important thing for the atonement of sins. I will try to answer this question briefly and to the point, because much has already been described in detail in other related articles.

So, in order to understand what works and what does not work in atonement for your sins, it is very important to get acquainted with the following articles:

It is very important to understand that through suffering and trouble a person can only atone for 5% of his sins. And then, the most serious sins that most influence the fate thoughtlessly. but simply suffering and tormenting, going through various life troubles - it is impossible! Also, let me remind you that the main task of every person on Earth is the development of his Personality and Soul, and for this you need to think, analyze actions and correct your mistakes of your destiny. And God does not need human suffering itself and for nothing, they are needed to a minimum degree by a person in order to feel the influence of evil on himself and make the right choice - how not to act (not to commit evil).

Atonement for your sins - what does not work or works very poorly!

1. The principle of “Suffer”- to suffer, suffer, experience. Experiencing a sense of guilt, too, you will not remove sins, because the state of repentance is completely different things - guilt destroys, and repentance frees the soul. This does not work without understanding the causes of sin and without methods for changing oneself (eliminating weakness, in the soul)!

2. Prayer of repentance without awareness- works poorly, by 15-20%. In most cases, it is necessary to realize the reasons, understand what Spiritual Laws were violated, eliminate the internal causes that led to the violation of laws. For example, a person committed theft, the reason is a vice, it needs to be worked out and know what to replace it with. Prayer to some Saints without understanding your violation also works poorly. Of course, there are forces that can remove, for example, a disease without awareness, that is, partly not legally, but then the person is in their debt (they take part of his sin upon themselves), and he will pay later, but in full - with their soul, fate and the fate of their loved ones.

Therefore, when they tell you that now they wave their hands or pray and everything will pass, and you don’t really need to do anything - know that this help is always with negative consequences! Just go to step 3

3. When someone else allegedly atones for sins for the person himself. Grandmother-sorcerer or grief healer or psychic tells you - “they say, I’ll do everything myself, and I’ll remove your sins from you ...”. Remember - this is an incredible scam! It is impossible to remove sins from a person, only a person himself can remove them from himself - by spiritual work on himself.

How to atone for your sins? Most Effective Methods

I describe the whole complex, the algorithm - everything you need to really be able to atone for your sins and change yourself and your life qualitatively.

2. Sincere Repentance Is Necessary– through prayer or simply an appeal to the Forces of Light from the heart. If the sin is so realized that a person has made a firm decision not to make such mistakes anymore, prayer and repentance by the Higher Forces can be accepted by 70-100% (depending on the depth of awareness, sincerity of repentance and determination to change).

  • How to conduct the Prayer of Repentance -

3. Exit to the root cause of sin! Most often, this is one or another vice, weakness, negative emotion or habit, etc. But the root cause of sin is not always obvious, especially if it lies in a person's past incarnations (the soul has already come into this life with sin). Then you need the help of a qualified specialist - a Spiritual Healer. By the way, I recommend reading about how it works, these mechanisms are also well described there.

4. Elimination of the cause that led to the violation of Spiritual Laws, to sin, to crime. For example, sin adultery, the reason is lust, inability to control oneself, lack of fidelity and honor. What does a person need to do with himself, what to work out so that he no longer changes, so that he doesn’t even want to sin anymore? For this, there are techniques for working on oneself: trainings, written assignments, visiting,.

5. Formation of virtues - education in oneself of strong personal qualities, values, principles. A holy place is never empty, so if you removed the negative, you need a positive to appear in its place, otherwise any negative tends to be restored. It is not enough to remove, for example, “corruption”, you still need to form “incorruptibility and honor”, it is not enough to get rid of “hatred”, it is important to form love in your heart. Etc., I hope this is clear. The techniques used for this are the same as those described in paragraph 4.

Most often, in order to effectively work to eliminate certain negative qualities and form virtues, you need to attend appropriate courses of personal growth. It’s difficult on your own, especially difficult without an adequate view from the outside, so if you don’t have the opportunity to attend good courses or trainings, I recommend working individually with a Healer.

6. Elimination of the most serious sins and punishments! There are categories of sins and serious crimes that you can’t remove just like that, even with good work on yourself. This requires special Rituals (special work in the Subtle World), which can only be performed by a strong Healer who has received the right to do this (having a status). Such punishments may include: the curse of the family, confusion of thought (begging, the onset of schizophrenia), incurable diseases, this can also include the collapse of fate, which can not be explained by anything (the death of loved ones, the loss of everything).

To remove such sins, a Healer is needed. If you see that you need the help of such a specialist - contact me, I can recommend you a really good Spiritual Healer.
