Bake for 15-20 minutes. However, if you are making balls, they will need to sit in the oven a little longer to bake completely.

Fresh protein;

30 ml milk

0.1 kg of powder.

1. We make a burning. To do this, pour a spoonful of granulated sugar into a frying pan, add just a few drops of water and start frying. 4. Divide the dough into small balls, roll each one in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet.

5. Bake until done at a temperature of 180-190°C for about half an hour. The duration depends on the size of the gingerbread.

Recipe 8: Homemade “Royal” gingerbread

If you don’t have time, then you can skip preparing a large number of cookies and make one, but large and spectacular gingerbread. It is better if it is filled with filling, like its Tula relative, and appears as a large pie that can be cut into pieces when serving. 2. Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk and pour into the total mass.

3. Mix flour with ripper, knead the dough. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour.

4. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts, placing half on the bottom of the mold. We level and form small sides.

5. Spread the filling and spread it in an even layer.

6. Roll out a flat cake from the smaller part of the dough and place it on top, pinch the edges. Bake until done.

  1. So, to begin with, we take kefir, pour it into a bowl, but not small, so that all other products can subsequently fit into it. Add soda to kefir and mix very thoroughly.
  2. Add the eggs to another container, but do not forget to leave two whites for the glaze, so that our gingerbread cookies are not only tasty to eat, but also pleasant to look at. Add 1.5 cups of sugar to the eggs, too, beat a little, then pour in vegetable oil and add salt. Beat all this with a blender and pour into a bowl with kefir. If you have spices at home, we can add them too, the cooking recipe does not limit your imagination.
  3. The next step is to slowly add the flour; it is advisable to not just mix everything during the addition, but to quickly beat it. You can do this with your own hands, and if you have a mixer at home, then use it while the dough allows you to do it. When whipped with a mixer, the dough will turn out more airy and fluffy.
  4. As the recipe suggests, then add the remaining flour to the dough and start kneading. You need to make the dough not stiff, but more elastic and so that it does not stick to your hands. To do this you need to mix it thoroughly.
  5. As a result, we end up with a significantly large amount of dough, so we take some of it and start rolling it out with a silicone rolling pin. Before doing this, sprinkle the table with just a little flour so that it is barely noticeable. You shouldn’t roll it out very thin, but you shouldn’t overdo it either. The thickness of the rolled out dough should be approximately 1.5 centimeters.
  6. The recipe suggests that a glass, which each of us definitely has at home, will help create the image of the gingerbread itself, or many housewives use interesting baking molds for gingerbread, in the form of hearts, stars, diamonds and much more. Well, if you don’t have such a form at home, you can do it the traditional way.

  8. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

  10. When there are about 5 minutes left before the end of baking, we take them out of the oven and grease them with the resulting glaze, after which we send them back to bake for 5 minutes. After this time, we take out the gingerbread cookies and let them cool a little so that the glaze becomes hard. Therefore, until the glaze has hardened, do not place the gingerbread cookies on top of each other, place them in a row or leave them on a baking sheet if you have another one at home on which you can continue baking the remaining gingerbread cookies.
