Prepare the cake step by step:

  1. Using a sieve, sift the flour and soda. Add sugar and cocoa and combine.

  • lemon;
  • soda – 10 g;
  • refined oil – 150 ml;
  • sugar – 400 g;
  • flour - how much dough will take (usually 2 cups is enough).

Recipe for crazy cake:

  1. Wash the lemon thoroughly with a brush and wipe with paper napkins.
  2. Remove the zest using a coarse grater and squeeze the juice from half the fruit.
  3. Mix all this in a cup into which we pour baking soda. Bubbles on the surface will indicate that the powder has been extinguished.
  4. Pour in sunflower oil, which must be purchased refined without adding flavorings.
  5. Add granulated sugar.
  6. All that remains is to add in small portions the flour, which has previously been sifted to get rid of the crumbs and saturate the composition with oxygen. That’s when you’ll get a lush bake.
  7. Transfer the resulting mass into the prepared pan.
  8. Place in a hot oven (180˚) for 35 minutes.

Cake ingredients:

  • vegetable oil – 120 ml;
  • rye flour – 3 cups;
  • pumpkin – 300 g;
  • sugar – 1 glass;
  • eggs (only whites are needed) – 3 pcs.;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • cold water – 2 glasses;
  • cinnamon (ground) – 1 tsp;
  • cocoa – 12 cups;
  • baking powder – 2 tsp;
  • vinegar (9%) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vanillin.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. We clean the vegetable from peel, pulp and seeds. Cut into small cubes and bake in the oven or slow cooker for a quarter of an hour. Let cool.
  2. In a large container, mix all the dry ingredients: sugar, baking powder, vanillin, salt, flour and cocoa. We definitely sift through the latter.
  3. We dilute the oil and vinegar in water and pour it into a common plate.
  4. After mixing the mixture until smooth, transfer it to a frying pan or a special form.
  5. Bake at 180˚ for approximately 40 minutes.

  • milk – 800 ml;
  • sugar – 2.5 cups;
  • flour – 450 g;

  2. Dilute the mixture with warm milk (2 cups).

  5. The mass should not be thick, but not very liquid either.
  6. Line the bottom of the pan with a piece of parchment paper. We do not grease the sides so that the biscuit rises well.
  7. Pour the dough, level it and put it in the oven. The temperature should be at least 180 degrees at this moment.
  8. It is better not to open the door for 35 minutes so that the cake does not fall off. Then check with a wooden stick by poking it in the middle. It should remain dry.
  9. When ready, remove and cool.
  10. Making cream. Just beat sour cream with powdered sugar. At the end add soft cream cheese. If you do not like or do not use cheese, then you should increase the amount of fermented milk product.

The dough should double in size. It took me about 1.5 hours. Knead the risen dough quite a bit and divide into 8 parts. Form into 8 balls and place in the pan, leaving a little space between them for rising. Cover again and put in a bag for half an hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush the buns with the egg mixture and place in the oven for 30 minutes. 5. KEFIR CAKE Ingredients: Egg - 4 pcs. (1 - whole and 3 whites) Vegetable oil - 100 ml Kefir - 100 ml Sour cream - 1 tbsp. Add 1 tbsp to the remaining berries (do not defrost!). flour and mix well. Beat the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a mixer into a fluffy mass. Add the plant one at a time. butter and kefir, whisking continuously. Sift the baking soda and flour into a bowl and pour into the egg-kefir mixture and beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mass. For baking you will need a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm or 26 cm; baking paper, two bowls for mixing ingredients.


How to make Crazy Cake

What is the main thing in the Crazy Pie recipe? The answer is simple, of course, high-quality cocoa powder. It is this that will provide that unique rich chocolate taste. Therefore, we advise you to take only a proven brand of cocoa.

And so, we have all the necessary ingredients prepared and we can immediately begin to act. Let's start by turning on the oven and setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

Are you wondering why we start with the oven right away? And all because we will knead the dough for literally 5-7 minutes. Yes, that’s what Crazy Pie is – once or twice and it’s ready!

We're starting, let's go! Pour the sifted flour into a sufficiently large bowl, add salt, soda, baking powder, granulated sugar and cocoa powder.

Now we need to mix it all thoroughly and get a homogeneous dry mixture.

Pour sour cream, water and vegetable oil, that is, all the liquid ingredients, into the second prepared bowl.

Using a regular fork or spoon, mix and obtain a homogeneous liquid mass.

Now that two types of ingredients (dry and liquid) are prepared, pour the liquid ones into the bowl with the dry ones and immediately begin mixing them (preferably in a circle).

Stir until you obtain a homogeneous, lump-free dough with a consistency reminiscent of thick sour cream.

Pour the finished dough into the mold and place it in the oven approximately in the center.

According to the recipe, a Crazy Pie of the specified diameter (24 or 26 cm) will bake for 40-45 minutes.

Lightly grind the ingredients using a large spoon or whisk and pour in water.

We combine the ingredients for a “crazy” pie. The dough turns out smooth and homogeneous, the consistency of sour cream with 30% fat content.

Pour the thick brown mixture into a suitable mold. It is most convenient to use a 20 centimeter mold. Place parchment greased with a small amount of oil (in our Lenten case, vegetable oil) into the mold.

Place in the oven (180 degrees) for 30-35 minutes. We check the readiness of the dessert with a torch. This is the delicious Crazy Cake we got.

Let's prepare the glaze, in our case it is also lean. To do this, mix cocoa, water and sugar, stirring thoroughly, bring it to a boil, turn it off and after 5 minutes pour in our crazy chocolate pie.

Cut into pieces and serve with tea.
