  4. Wash the cucumber. If it is not bitter, you don’t have to cut off the skin. Cut it into thin slices lengthwise.
  5. Prick a cucumber onto a toothpick with cheese and olives so that it ends up on both sides. Insert a toothpick into the pepper and tomato.
  6. Mix finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil. Pour this dressing over the boats and serve them.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g white sea fish fillet (halibut, cod, pollock),
  • 150 g bacon
  • a few slices of white loaf or crackers,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • several sprigs of herbs (parsley, rosemary),
  • 70 ml olive oil,
  • ground black pepper to taste,
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the garlic, chop and rub with salt, ground black pepper, rosemary and olive oil.
  2. Defrost the fish fillet, wash, dry and cut into small square portions. Dip each piece in garlic sauce.
  3. Cut the bacon into thin slices the width of the fillet.
  4. Cut the crust off the loaf slices and cut them into squares, approximately the same size as pieces of fish fillet. If desired, you can use crackers instead of the loaf.
  5. It is advisable to pre-soak wooden skewers for 1 hour in water. Wrap each piece of fish in a strip of bacon, place on a bread square and prick with a skewer.

  3. Cover with the next pancake and place very thin pieces of salmon on it. Cover with the next pancake, which we grease with cheese, and so on until the ingredients run out.
  4. The last thing in the pile should be a pancake. We slightly flatten our “pyramid”, and using canapé molds we make rectangles, which we pierce with a skewer so that they do not spread out. Decorate the top with olives.

Snack "Fluff"

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese - 100 grams
  • Sausage - 100 grams
  • Bread - 2 Slices
  • Paste-like cheese - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Crab sticks - 4-5 pieces

Cooking method:

  1. To prepare this snack you will need a syringe (10 or 20 cubes) and skewers. Any greenery for decoration.
  2. Take a sterile syringe. The more cubes, the more stable the skewers will be. Cut off exactly the part on which you put the needle.
  3. Cut the bread, cheese, and sausage into 0.5 cm thick slices. We will use a syringe to assemble the canapés. Pull the syringe plunger almost all the way out, but do not remove it completely.
  4. Squeeze out cheese, sausage and bread as shown in the photo. Alternate layers as you wish, but keep heavy foods at the bottom to keep the snack stable.
  5. I started with bread, but in the process I realized that the appetizer couldn’t stand on bread, so I did the rest correctly, stringing the sausage first.
  6. When the syringe is completely filled with food, insert a skewer in the center, and then use the piston to squeeze out the canister.
  7. Boil the egg, divide it into white and yolk and grate it on a fine grater into different plates. It is better to freeze crab sticks and then grate them.
  8. Make a canape, open a jar of cheese. Let's get to the fun part!

Ingredients:

  • pork - 410 grams
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • canape sticks - 2 pieces
  • garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • peanut butter - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • ground coffee - 3 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method:

  1. Thinly slice the pork into strips.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon garam, 1 tbsp. spoons of dark soy and 1 tbsp. spoon of peanut butter. Rub into pork and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Place pork pieces on sticks. Fry over high heat until done, turning every 2-3 minutes.
  4. Place a small saucepan over low heat. Combine remaining oils, soy sauce, brown sugar, and coffee.

  1. If you have ready-made pancakes at home, you can skip this step. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar with a fork, add flour and salt, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps, then pour in the milk and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. You can add a little vegetable oil to the pancake dough. You can use your own recipe for making pancakes - it doesn’t matter.
  3. Place a frying pan (or pancake) on the fire, lightly coat it with vegetable oil and begin to fry the pancakes on both sides. After this, let them cool a little.
  4. The filling for canapés can be anything, depending on what you like or what you have lying around in the refrigerator. So, we grease the first pancake with curd cheese (why use it because it is very soft).
