Causes of mastopathy

Unfortunately, every family faces this problem, young and old, grandmothers and granddaughters. And I myself was dumbfounded at the age of 27 by such a diagnosis. “You have a precancerous condition, you need urgent treatment,” the gynecologist stated. To be honest, I didn’t panic for long, because we already had one victory over real cancer behind us (my mother was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer 6 years ago). I prayed to God, underwent a detailed examination, sifted through a bunch of medical literature and went on an expedition to get medicinal herbs and folk knowledge. Since then, I have managed to understand a little about the causes and methods of treating mastopathy and today I can say that only an integrated approach, including herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, vitamin therapy and psychocorrection (changing negative thoughts that lead to illness) can protect the female body from precancerous disease . But a one-sided approach, such as surgery or external compresses (about which much has been written in “VN”), can relieve pain for a short time and after a while the disease will return again, only the effect is removed, but the causes remain. An integrated approach will help women understand the “root of evil” and cope not only with mastopathy, but with other diseases. This approach to treatment has helped me and many of my friends, and now every woman can do it, if only she had the desire and the “Messenger of Hope” at hand.

So, mastopathy is a disease characterized by the formation of benign tumors of the mammary glands in women. In this case, periodically, especially before or after the onset of menstruation, painful lumps form in the mammary gland, which can cause aching, dull pain, giving a feeling of fullness and heaviness in the chest area and nearby lymph nodes.

Based on the presence of clearly defined nodes, nodular and diffuse forms of mastopathy are distinguished. With diffuse mastopathy, the entire mammary gland is dense and painful, with nodular mastopathy, individual painful nodes can be felt in the tissue. The most common diffuse form of mastopathy is fibrocystic mastopathy.

Cysts, intraductal papillomas and fibroadenomas can form in the breast.

According to the statistics of our medicine, mastopathy most often affects women between 30 and 50 years old, although recently this disease has also been observed in 14-year-old girls. Cysts usually form in women 40–55 years old, and fibroadenoma most often occurs in young women 15–30 years old. If it is discovered at an older age, it is believed that the tumor has existed for a long time, it simply has not been detected. Although fibroadenoma can also occur during menopause and after removal of the ovaries.

Western experts believe that at least 50 percent of women at some point in their lives complain to doctors about mastopathy (swelling or pain in the mammary glands) and another 40 percent simply do not report it.

Causes of mastopathy.

The appearance of mastopathy is associated with hormonal imbalance. The female body is programmed by nature for a large number of births (5 or more) and frequent breastfeeding. If this does not happen, then a large amount of the female hormone estrogen accumulates in the body, including in the breast, which often provokes chest pain, especially in the second half of the menstrual cycle.

Mastopathy is also a multifactorial disease. It may be caused by inflammation or dysfunction of the ovaries, diseases of the thyroid gland, diseases of the liver and gallbladder, chronic constipation, dysbacteriosis, low or high acidity of the stomach, neuroses due to stress, and decreased immunity.

And in order to cure breast lumps, in addition to the main treatment (regulation of estrogen production, immunomodulation, antitumor and sedative therapy, local treatment), the treatment regimen must also include treatment of concomitant diseases (auxiliary therapy), vitamin therapy, therapeutic nutrition and various methods of protection from stress.

Treatment methods for mastopathy are divided into:

Operative - indications for surgery are nodular forms of mastopathy, intraductal papillomas and benign tumors, if intensive 2-3 months of conservative treatment does not help or rapid growth of a node in the mammary gland and an enlargement of regional lymph nodes are detected. Usually a simple operation is performed in the form of sectoral resection (cutting). After leaving the hospital, it is necessary to be treated with antitumor, immunomodulatory and cleansing plants. The operation removes the effect, but does not remove the cause. The absolute indication for surgery is the identification of malignant cells in the nodes. And the sooner the operation is performed and comprehensive treatment is selected (chemotherapy, herbs, nutrition, lifestyle changes), the greater the chance of a favorable outcome.

Conservative treatment is divided into non-hormonal (herbal medicine, homeopathic remedies, complexes of multivitamins, microelements and biologically active food additives, nutritional therapy, etc.) and hormonal drugs (gestagens, androgens, antiestrogens, antiprolactin drugs). Hormonal therapy is usually used quite rarely, since treatment, for example the drug Danazol, gives many serious side effects, such as irregular menstruation (and this is fraught with bone loss and the development of infertility), acne, facial hair, fluid retention body and weight gain.

The main conservative non-hormonal treatment of mastopathy.

1. Fibrocystic or diffuse form of mastopathy is treated with mild antitumor, cleansing, sedative and immunomodulating herbs, vitamin therapy, nutritional therapy and external agents based on urine, clay, salt and herbs (ointments, patches and compresses). In addition, it is necessary to treat the concomitant diseases mentioned above, lead a normal sex life, end the pregnancy with childbirth and breastfeed. It is also important to learn methods of protection from stress - prayers, confession, moods, meditation, physical exercise (yoga, skiing, running, swimming, gardening, etc.)."...Anything that can relieve stress can also reduce discomfort in the chest glands..." - say American gynecologists. According to their statistics, no more than 2% of this form of mastopathy can degenerate into oncology.

2. When mild treatment of the diffuse form is ineffective, as well as for nodular mastopathy, “heavy artillery” is used - tinctures of hemlock, aconite, celandine, fly agaric together with immunomodulators, cleansing and sedative plants, as well as external remedies from poisonous herbs, urine, clay, salt . According to medical statistics, the probability of malignant degeneration of nodes is up to 25%.

3. Cysts are usually drained (a needle is inserted into the cyst cavity and the fluid is sucked out). After this, antitumor, immunomodulatory and sedative herbal medicine is necessary.

4. Phelloid fibroadenoma is treated like the fibrocystic form of mastopathy, but special attention should be paid to the sedative complex and methods of protection from stress. Malignant degeneration of the tumor is unlikely; usually in young people, fibroadenoma reverses within 5 years, but observation and control are necessary. For severe chest pain, ointments based on hemlock, celandine or aconite herbs may be recommended. In some cases (with a genetic predisposition, previous cancer, etc.), removal of the fibroadenoma node is required. After surgery, preventive antitumor, immunomodulatory and sedative herbal medicine is also necessary. And if, after the examination and treatment, a woman still has a fear of getting cancer, then she needs to take 1-2 courses of hemlock or aconite as a preventive measure and deal with this fear.

Treatment of any form of mastopathy must be monitored at least once a year by a gynecologist or oncologist.

The main treatment of fibrocystic mastopathy

Internal treatment.

For fibrocystic mastopathy, a balm (vodka extract from plants) containing marin root (peony evasive), red root (tea kopeck) and Ural licorice is effective. Maryin root has mild antitumor, immunomodulatory, heart strengthening and hormonal balance normalizing effects. Red root – cleanses the circulatory and lymphatic systems, normalizing blood circulation, has anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. Licorice is a good immunomodulator and has mild antitumor properties, can normalize the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and metabolism, in addition, glycyrrhizic acid contained in licorice has a hormone-like effect and is able to convert estrogen into a form that does not cause mastopathy and cancer.

This antitumor and immunomodulatory complex (peony, red root and licorice) is effective in the treatment of many women's problems - polycystic diseases, fibroids, cycle disorders, infertility and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), cardiovascular and oncological diseases.

Method for preparing balm for the treatment of mastopathy

Take 100 g of peony roots, 50 g of red root and 30 g of licorice root, rinse and add 1 liter of vodka. Leave for 10 – 14 days in a dark place, strain and the balm is ready for use. The roots can be re-filled with 0.75 liters of vodka, left for 1 month and taken, increasing the dosage by 2 times. The number and proportions of plants may vary depending on the indications of a particular person.

Directions for use:

From 1 tsp. up to 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day, diluted in a glass of cleansing herbs or green tea. Start the course from the 4th day after the start of menstruation or, if there are no periods, from the new moon. The course of treatment is 2 months (2 menstrual cycles), then a break of one month and, if indicated, repeat the course of balm or be treated with other antitumor and immunomodulating herbs.

For example:

1. Recipe by G.I. Goncharenko ("VN"? 94, p. 11) 5 tbsp. l. young pine needles, 3 tbsp. l. rose hips (chopped), 1 tbsp. l. onion peels and 1 tsp. licorice per 1 liter of boiling water, leave overnight in a thermos and take 200 g 3-4 times a day before meals. The infusion can be strained and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The infusion has good cleansing and immunomodulatory properties.

2. Tincture of pine nut shells (recipe of Altai Old Believers) Rinse 1.5 cups of fresh shells and pour 0.5 liters of vodka, leave for 10 days in a dark and warm place (on the stove or near the radiator). Take from 1/2 to 1 tablespoon 3 times a day before meals, for a course of 30 - 60 days (1 - 2 female cycles). Take a break for a month and continue from 2 to 5 courses per year. The tincture has an antitumor effect and cleanses the circulatory and lymphatic systems; it is also useful for cardiovascular diseases, low immunity, eye diseases and pathologies of the entire genitourinary area, including mastopathy and fibroids. The shells of pine nuts can be replaced with the shells and partitions of walnuts (also take 1.5 cups of shells per 0.5 liter of vodka, leave for 10 days and take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day).

3. Dill milk ("VN"? 65, p. 10): 100 g of dill (or anise) seeds, pour 0.5 liters of milk, heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, leave for 2 hours. Take 50 g 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 30 days (one cycle). Useful for mastopathy, cycle disorders and various kidney diseases.

4. Aloe elixir. Cut aloe (agagae) leaves from a 2-5 year old plant, rinse with cold water, wrap in gauze and a plastic bag (leaving a small hole for the leaves to breathe) and place on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator (temperature about 4-8°C). Keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks so that, under the influence of cold, substances with immunomodulatory and antitumor properties are formed in the leaves. Take 1 teaspoon 2 times a day 30 minutes before meals for 30 days (1 cycle). If aloe is not kept in the cold, then the juice will have an antiviral and laxative effect. After aging, the leaves are squeezed out and mixed with honey in a ratio of 1:2. For better taste, you can add 2 parts of good quality Cahors.

5. If, in addition to mastopathy, a woman often suffers from colds, cystitis, pyelonephritis, gastritis and other chronic infections, it is necessary to be treated with a natural antibiotic - propolis (if there is no allergy to it).

Method for preparing 10% alcohol tincture of propolis:

Grind 50g of propolis and pour in 450 ml of 75 or 96 degree alcohol. Close tightly, place in a dark, warm place, leave for 10 days, shaking daily. Then strain through 3 layers of gauze.

Take: from ½ tsp. up to 1 tsp 2 – 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals, diluted in 100 ml of water or warm milk. The course of treatment is 1 month, 2 – 4 courses per year.

For stomach ulcers and high acidity, it is better to use propolis oil.

Preparation of propolis oil:

Mix 10 g of crushed propolis with 100 g of unsalted butter heated in a water bath. Heat but do not boil<на теплого молока или 1 ч.л. масла медленно сосать.

3 times a day 1 – 1.5 hours before meals. A course of 1 month (further according to indications).

6. Making homemade sweets that are tasty and healthy: Many readers are familiar with the aquatic plant duckweed; it is often found in ponds with standing water and even in garden barrels. This little plant turns out to have great immunomodulatory properties. The easiest way is to wash the duckweed, dry it and brew it as tea. But there is an interesting old Tibetan recipe for cooking: wash the duckweed from the mud and dry it, mix dry grass powder with high-quality, uncandied honey until it reaches the consistency of dough, roll into balls the size of a large pea and dry in the oven at a temperature of about 50°C for 5-6 hours. Take 1-2 peas 2 times a day to boost immunity, prevent flu, frequent colds, allergies and bronchial asthma. This way you can make sweets from many herbs. If you are allergic to honey, use duckweed decoctions. Recipe from the Internet site of St. Petersburg doctor - herbalist A. N. Alefirov http://www.phyto.boom.ru).

It is necessary to combine treatment with antitumor, immunomodulatory and cleansing herbs. Since red root, peony, licorice, hemlock, and aconite actively affect tumors or inflammation, the body’s metabolic rate increases, and as a result, an increased amount of “slag” (tumor decay products, synthetic substances) accumulates in the lymph, blood, liver, kidneys, and intestines. drugs, poisonous plants, bile acids, bilirubin, biliverdin, urea, various salts, etc.). To avoid the side effects of such treatment (swelling, constipation, joint pain, increased blood and intracranial pressure, varicose veins, kidney and gallstones, neuroses and depression), it is necessary to use cleansing (antitoxic) herbs. For example, such as sweet grass, golden rod, horsetail, flax, immortelle, rose hips, thyme, nettle, oregano, St. John's wort, burdock, meadowsweet, hodgepodge, birch, pine, fir, oats, knotweed, mint, calendula, Kuril tea, sunflower root, bran (wheat or rye), parsley, dill, garlic, strawberries, currant leaves, raspberries, cherries, green tea. This is a fairly large and affordable complex of herbs. Women themselves can create a cleansing collection based on their taste and capabilities.

We offer several options for cleansing fees:

1. Ingredients: rose hips - 10 parts, polyvenus - 5 parts, horsetail - 5 hours, golden rod - 5 hours, oregano - 5 hours, flax - 5 hours (chopped), stinging nettle - 3 hours, immortelle sandy - 2 parts, St. John's wort - 2 hours, common hops - 1 hour, Kuril tea - 2 hours, birch leaves - 2 hours, currant leaves - 3 hours, cherries - 1 hour, raspberries - 1 hour. It’s okay if it’s difficult to find all the herbs, 1-2 herbs are enough for the liver and kidneys.

Mix the herbs well, pour 3 tablespoons of the collection with 700 ml of boiling water, leave overnight in a thermos and take 200 ml 3 times a day for 30 minutes warm with honey. The infusion can be strained and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

It is in 200 ml of this infusion that 1 tsp is added. vodka tincture of peony, red root, licorice, or the required number of drops of hemlock or aconite.

2. Recipe for “lymphogon” from G. I. Goncharenko (“VN” No. 94, p. 11)
Option 1. 1 kg of fresh young shoots of conifers (fir, pine, cedar) and raspberry roots, rinse and dry well. Place in layers in glass or enamel (without cracks) and add 1 kg of sugar or 0.5 kg of honey. Pour 800 ml of boiling water and leave under pressure for a day.
Option 2 (dried plants). 400 g of fir and 250 g of raspberry roots, pour 400 ml of boiling water, leave for 1 hour. Then dissolve 0.5 kg of sugar in 400 ml of boiling water, add 500 g of honey. Pour the syrup into the plants and leave for 1 day.
Further general (for two options): simmer for 8 hours in a water bath or in an oven under pressure. Leave for another 2 days, then strain the broth. (You can rinse the remaining honey and plants in the pan with boiling water and drink it as tea.) Store the decoction in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container. Take 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day, a course of 1 month, then take a break and, if necessary, conduct 2 - 3 courses per year.

3. Coniferous decoction according to the recipe of the “godfather” of hemlock treatment V.V. Tishchenko, Internet site http://sled-ok.by.ru/k/method/frame.htm: Grind needles of pine, fir, spruce, cedar ( It’s better to take young, lighter needles) up to 2 cm, pour 4-5 tbsp into the pan. l. needles, pour 1 liter of water, bring to a boil. Boil for 5-6 minutes covered over medium heat, wrap in a warm place and leave overnight. In the morning, strain and drink throughout the day instead of water. Sometimes, with weak, diseased kidneys, add a spoon or two of chopped onion peels, then the kidneys can cope with the load more easily. By the way, onion peel treats pyelonephritis, and pine decoction has a strong blood purifying and anti-inflammatory effect.
Much attention in the treatment of mastopathy should be given to the sedative complex. People say “All diseases come from nerves...”, and they say it correctly, because the nervous system is a “telephone network” through which the condition of every organ, every cell of our body is controlled. And if a problem arises, then a call is made through the “telephone cable” to the “main computer” (brain), and from there, again through the nervous system, through the endocrine glands, an immediate response and help comes to the diseased cell. And if the “cable” breaks and the connections between the cell and the brain are disrupted, then the cell begins to suffer, and a disease takes root in the body. And the “cable,” unfortunately, breaks often and primarily due to everyday stress and worries about lack of money, unsettled life, illness and poor academic performance of children, misunderstanding or betrayal of the husband, and who knows what problems? This accumulated burden of grievances and problems hits our body and breaks where it is thin.
By the way, the Russian doctor L. Sidorenko conducted scientific research on the influence of the state of the nervous system on the development of mastopathy and wrote a monograph on this topic: “Mastopathy. Psychosomatic aspects". The work convincingly showed that against the background of psycho-emotional and chronic stress problems, neuroses and serious hormonal disorders can arise, which lead to ovarian dysfunction, mastopathy, and even oncology. Thus, L. Sidorenko provides the following data: the risk of tumors in patients living in the city is 1.5 times higher than in rural areas; among the sick, 78% are people with higher and secondary education. Among the factors leading to stress, dissatisfaction with marital status (for unmarried women) and domestic conflict situations (for married women) predominate - 68.9%. The next factors are dissatisfaction with housing (33%) and social (32%) living conditions.

Treatment of any disease should begin with maintaining the nervous system (herbs, vitamins, positive emotions) and mastering methods of protection from stress or the evil eye, this could be prayers, repentance, fasting, attitudes, work on the land, yoga, bathhouse, or just your favorite thing.

In my practice, there was a case when a 50-year-old woman cured herself of fibroid nodular mastopathy and hypertension by seriously taking up yoga. And many of my friends managed to recover from fibroids and mastopathy by changing their lifestyle, their diet and their attitude towards men. Why to men? Because the mental (karmic) cause of female diseases is anger and resentment towards the stronger sex. And often, our anger at men is fatigue and misunderstanding of each other. Men are just different, and therefore they see and do everything in their own way... but there is also good in them. To paraphrase a well-known saying, I will say: “If you don’t want to change a man, then change your attitude towards him.” Anger, hatred and resentment still will not change a man, but will only bring pain and illness to our body. So, for example, it is believed that mastopathy and breast cancer are caused by fear (stress), that “They don’t love me,” “My husband or father doesn’t love me,” or “I’m accused of not being able to love,” or “I don’t I want to hear or believe in love,” or “I’m terribly jealous of those who are luckier, who are loved more, but I’m more worthy,” etc.

Dear women! Stop and think about yourself! Find the stress and grievances within yourself, forgive yourself for them and free yourself from them.

Today in the world there are many psychological and parapsychological schools that study the influence of thoughts on the state of the body. This is a very big topic and I will briefly say that certain stress creates a block or fetters muscles and disrupts the nutrition of certain organs. And working with this stress (diagnosis, rethinking and forgiveness) removes the blockage, after which the organ and the body as a whole recover.

More details about this in the books of the Estonian gynecologist and parapsychologist Luule Vilma (book series “I Forgive Myself”), the American psychologist Louise Hay (“How to change your life”, “The power is within us”) and the Russian psychologist Vladimir Zhikarentsev (“The Path to Freedom. Karmic causes of problems or how to change your life”, etc.).

This healing method has long been used in many religions of the world - realize your sin, sincerely repent and God will forgive you.

Herbs will also help support the nervous system and make it easier to endure life’s difficulties: valerian officinalis, evasive peony, motherwort, blue cyanosis, black crowberry. From which you can prepare a healing balm (Balm No. 2). Take 60 g of peony roots, 60 g of valerian, 40 g of motherwort herb, 20 g of shiksha shoots and 20 g of cyanosis roots, rinse the roots and pour 1 liter of vodka. Leave for 10 – 14 days in a dark place, strain and the balm is ready for use. The roots can be re-filled with 0.75 liters of vodka, left for 1 month and taken, increasing the dosage by 2 times. The number and proportions of roots may vary depending on the characteristics of a particular person.

Directions for use:

From 1 tsp. up to 1 tbsp. l. 1 - 2 times a day, diluted in ½ glass of cleansing herbs or green tea, warm with honey. Balm No. 2 can be taken together with balm No. 1 containing (peony, red root and licorice). For example, take balm No. 1 in the morning and at lunch, and balm No. 2 in the evening. According to this scheme, you can drink herbs for 30 days (1 female cycle), then take balm No. 1 for 2 months 2 - 3 times a day in the first half of the menstrual cycle (14 days ), and in the second half in the morning and at lunch, balm No. 1, and in the evening, balm No. 2, the third month can be drunk only in the second half of the cycle at night, 1 tsp. balm No. 2.

That is, stage I - 1 month (30 days) in the morning and at lunch - balm No. 1, and in the evening balm No. 2,

Stage II - 2 months (2 cycles) - the first 14 days (before ovulation, mid-cycle) - balm No. 1 3 times a day, and the next 14 days the same as stage I.

Stage III - rest for 14 days and after ovulation (mid-cycle) 14 days at night, balm No. 2, 1 tsp.

Balm No. 2 is used in the treatment of PMS (premenstrual syndrome) - emotional and physical discomfort 7 - 14 days before menstruation, 1 tbsp. l. in 100 ml of water 1 – 2 times in the afternoon.

Also, this balm has proven itself in the treatment of depression, insomnia, irritability, loss of self-confidence and various diseases of the circulatory system, nervous system and aggression when weaning from alcohol, nicotine, and potent drugs.

The balm can be given to children with increased excitability, tearfulness and poor sleep.

And it also relieves pain and relaxes diseases of the spine and joints. (1 - 2 tbsp. 3 - 4 times a day, course of 10 - 14 days, then reduce the dosage).

If, nevertheless, the reader was unable to make balm No. 2, then you can buy tinctures of valerian, motherwort and peony at the pharmacy. Mix 100 ml of peony and valerian and 50 ml of motherwort into one bottle. Take 1-2 tsp for 1-2 months. in 100 ml of warm herbal or green tea, then in the second half of the cycle (14 days) 1 tsp. course of 3 months. Further - according to indications.

Readers may have noticed that peony is included in three recipes. Maryin root is a wonderful plant that regulates blood circulation in the brain and female hormonal balance, is antitumor and anti-inflammatory. Altai herbalist grandmother Aksinya once told me that every woman after 35-40 years old, in order to feel beautiful, healthy and full of strength, needs to be treated with marina roots 1-2 times a year and eat more beets and cabbage, and for men to feel well in force until old age - drink maral and red roots and snack on radish and horseradish.

External treatment of fibrocystic mastopathy.

This treatment will be effective if combined with the internal use of medicinal plants discussed above. But local treatment cannot be applied until the nature of the tumor node has been established - whether it is benign or malignant. If there is cancer, the node must be removed. Do not use warm or hot medicinal poultices when there are signs of local inflammation: redness, swelling, and increased local temperature of the breast. Do not use ointment dosage forms in the presence of weeping skin rashes, just as do not use alcohol tinctures and creams in case of dry rashes. Do not apply local treatment with medicinal forms from plants, as well as medicinal forms containing honey or other bee products (propolis, royal jelly of bees, etc.) without a preliminary allergy test.

Much has been written in VN about what and how to apply to a sore breast; I will give only the most accessible and effective recipes:

1. Clay compress. You can use any (blue, white, red, yellow) clay dried in the sun and previously diluted to a thickness of 20% sour cream. Apply a 1-2 cm layer of clay onto thick polyethylene, heat it in a cast-iron bath (battery) to body temperature and bandage it on the mammary glands overnight. Do not place clay compresses on the heart area.

2. Urine (fresh or evaporated compresses): before going to bed, apply a compress of heated urine to the areas with seals, without applying it to the nipples. In the morning, remove and rinse your breasts with warm water. Repeat the procedure for 30 days, although the seals disappear within 4-5 days. But if you don’t stay the course, the disease will recur. Start after menstruation. (VN" No. 85, p. 14).

3. Salt (coarse).

Soak a woolen cloth with a 10% solution (1 tablespoon per 135 ml of warm water), wring it well and apply to the chest, changing or re-soaking the solution 3 times a day. It is best to use pieces of unwashed and unspun wool (VN No. 74, p. 35 or collection No. 8, p. 105).

Or put 1 - 2 tbsp in a canvas (gauze) bag. l. salt and secure with adhesive tape according to the size of the hardening, changing after 2-3 days, for 7-14 days.

4. White cabbage.

Place the cabbage leaf, after softening the veins, on the chest, changing the leaf 1 - 2 times a day ("VN" No. 99, pp. 4 - 5).

Pass the cabbage through a meat grinder, mix 5 tbsp. l. cabbage with 1.5 tbsp. l. yogurt, make a compress and change it 1 - 2 times a day until the pain disappears ("VN" No. 65, p. 14 or Collection No. 8, p. 274).

5. Beetroot (cake, juice).

Apply grated beets overnight and eat 1 clove of garlic on an empty stomach in the morning (VN No. 21, p. 2 or Collection No. 3, p. 4). The course of treatment is 20 days.

Add 2 tbsp to the gruel of 200 g of grated, heated beets. l. 9% table vinegar, make a compress and apply overnight.

Mix red beet pulp with honey 3:1, put on a cabbage leaf and apply garlic overnight ("VN" No. 65, p. 14 or Collection "VN" No. 8, p. 274).

6. Felt burdock, burdock

Apply a fresh leaf, with the pubescent (bottom) side to the body, changing 2 - 3 times a day, or steam dry leaves (2 tablespoons of leaves per 1 tablespoon of hot water) and apply to the chest ("VN" No. 77, p. 34 or Collection "VN" No. 8, p. 187).

Pour 30 g of crushed burdock roots into 100 ml of unrefined sunflower oil and leave for 10 days in a dark place. Lubricate the breasts, applying a fresh leaf of burdock or cabbage on top.

Take 100 g of chopped fresh (steamed) burdock root, honey, castor oil and the juice of 2 lemons. Mix everything and make a compress overnight. In the morning, remove and lubricate with pharmaceutical ointment "Apilak" or oil propolis. Store the ointment in the refrigerator. The course of treatment is 4 weeks ("VN" No. 65, p. 14 or Collection No. 8, p. 274).

7. Onions (gruel of 1 onion, baked in the oven until brown or 3 tablespoons of crushed green feathers with 2 tsp of birch tar).

8. Compress from a decoction of oak bark or bergenia roots (2 tablespoons of bark (roots) per 1 glass of cold water, boil over low heat until half the volume has evaporated) "VN" 82, p. 27.

9. Viburnum (chopped berries or juice compress with honey, 1:1).

10. Compresses with castor oil. Soak cotton fabric in 4 layers with oil and apply to the chest at night, for a course of 30 days. In the morning, wash off the oil with alkaline water (1/2 teaspoon of soda per 250 ml of water). The compress can be reused without drying out ("VN" No. 67, pp. 18 - 19).

11. Oil extract of oleoresin: in 1 glass of heated (do not boil) unrefined vegetable oil, melt 20 g of pine oleoresin, make compresses at night, for a course of 30 days (1 menstrual cycle) ("VN" No. 83, p. 28).

12. Also for mastopathy, compresses made from potato pulp, pumpkin, zucchini, baked onions with tar, fir oil, fresh or dry plantain leaves, wormwood, nettle, sweet clover, chickweed, calendula flowers, chamomile, oregano, hop fruits and angelica roots or peony

You must select one procedure from the list and apply it regularly for at least 2 weeks. If after 14 days there is no effect, then replace the plant. If the option is suitable, then continue the course for 1 to 2 months. Compresses are applied warm, preferably at night, on both mammary glands, even if one hurts. The duration of the procedure is from 2 to 8 hours. If the pain is severe, you can do it during the day, but avoid cooling the chest. Dry raw materials (grass, roots) are brewed steeply (1 tablespoon per 2-3 tablespoons of hot water, infused for 40 minutes), filtered, then a cloth intended for compress is placed in the infusion (4 layers of gauze or cotton knitwear or wool (preferably red or not spun or washed)) and steamed for 5 - 10 minutes, then wrung out well and applied to the chest. Place polyethylene on top and cover warmly. In the morning, when removing the compress, wash your breasts and lubricate them with baby cream with movements directed towards the axillary lymph node.

Treatment of nodular mastopathy.

If the patient has 2 to 3 months left before surgery, then you can try treatment with potent antitumor, cleansing and sedative plants, avoiding stress as much as possible. Typically, alcohol tinctures of meadow lumbago, black cohosh, Siberian princeling, wolf's bast, greater celandine, red fly agaric, spotted hemlock and Djungarian aconite are used. These same plants are also used to treat cancer, but in much higher dosages. Here are the two most popular regimens for taking tincture of immature hemlock seeds:

The first is a fixed number of drops. The tincture is taken three times a day in 3 to 7 drops. The course of treatment is 30 days (1 female cycle), then take a break of 1 month and, if necessary, repeat 2 - 3 courses per year ("VN" No. 76, p. 13 or collection No. 8, p. 145).

The second scheme is the classic “slide” according to the intensive method of Valery Tishchenko (“VN” No. 45, p. 14 or collection No. 5, p. 103).

The tincture is taken three times a day, starting with one drop per dose. Add one drop per day daily. Thus, on the second day they drink 2 drops 3 times a day, on the 3rd day 3 drops three times a day, on the fourth four drops and so on until the 15th day (the peak of the “slide”). Upon reaching the peak, a systematic dose reduction begins, also by 1 drop per day, that is, the course of treatment takes 30 days. You can conduct up to 3 courses per year.

Hemlock tincture is diluted in 50 - 100 ml of warm water, taken on an empty stomach, and then after 20 minutes they drink a cleansing mixture, and after an hour 40 minutes they eat food. At the same time, at night - 1 tbsp. l. balm No. 2 (sedative plants). In between courses, hemlock is treated with Balm No. 1 (peony, red root, licorice), taking 1 tsp. 3 times a day together with cleansing herbs.

For nodular mastopathy, you can also drink 1 tsp of celandine. 250 ml of boiling water, leave for 1 hour in a thermos and take 1/3 cup 3 times a day 1 hour before meals (30 minutes after taking celandine - cleansing collection), for a course of 1 month, then a break of 10 days and at the need to repeat the course ("VN" No. 73, p. 13 or the collection "VN" No. 8, p. 71).

The famous healer from Kazakhstan R. S. Chetveruk ("VN" No. 86, p. 2.) suggests treating this form of mastopathy with tincture of aconite Djungarian (wrestler, Issyk-Kul root), taking the tincture according to the scheme from 1 to 10 drops with hot tea 2-3 times a day, increasing the number of drops daily.

St. Petersburg herbalist A.N. Alefirov prescribes a 10% alcohol tincture of Djungarian wrestler drip-wise according to a “slide” scheme from 1 drop to 20 and back 3 times a day before meals.

Preparation of 10% aconite tincture: pour 50 g of roots with 0.5 l of vodka, leave for 2 weeks. An accelerated method: put the roots in a bottle or jar, pour boiling water over them so that they are just covered, leave for 2 hours. Then add 200-250 ml of alcohol and add warm boiled water to 500-550 ml.

Many healers for nodular mastopathy prescribe a 10% alcohol tincture or fermented juice from the red fly agaric according to the standard scheme in the form of a “slide” from 1 to 10 - 20 drops and down 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals in 1/3 glass of water. The juice (ointment) is prepared as follows (according to Korepanov): the fly agaric caps (without stems) are placed tightly in a glass jar and covered with a nylon lid. The jar is buried in the ground to a depth of a meter or lowered into the cellar, removed from the ground after 30-40 days. The resulting heterogeneous mass is filtered through 3-4 layers of gauze. As a result, about 0.6-1 liters of dark brown thick liquid is obtained from a three-liter jar of caps. Store in the refrigerator. Without adding alcohol, a thin film of mold appears on the surface. The properties of the liquid are not lost. You can preserve the composition with alcohol in a ratio of 1:4 (one part alcohol, four parts liquid). It is believed that the medicinal properties of the composition last for at least two years.

Or a quick way to prepare fly agaric juice (ointment) (according to Mironov, “VN” No. 60, p. 6): Finely chop the fly agaric caps, put them in a bottle, close the lid tightly and put in the oven over low heat overnight. In the morning, rub through a sieve and store the ointment in the refrigerator.

Dear readers, when using potent (poisonous) plants, strictly follow the dosage, monitor the body’s reaction, avoiding constipation and poisoning. Store the medicine in a dark place, inaccessible to drinkers and children. Be careful and careful, an overdose can be fatal! Simultaneously with the above-described ingestion, poisonous plants are also used externally, but the dosage of drops consumed should be reduced by 1.5 - 2 times.

For nodular mastopathy, celandine (herb, tincture, juice) "VN" No. 65, p. 14 or Collection No. 8, p. 274, aconite (tincture of roots, herbs and flowers of many types), fly agaric (tincture or juice) are usually used externally from caps) and hemlocks (leaves, stems or tincture of green fruits).

There are several ways to prepare dosage forms for external use:

1. Dry herb ointment: take 1 tsp. (dry herbs) chop and steam, adding 1 tsp. boiling water, then mix with 1 - 2 tbsp. l. melted butter or pork fat (usually 1 part grass and 3 parts fat). You can add 1 tsp to the resulting mixture. camphor oil. Lubricate sore spots 3 - 4 times a day. The course is 30 days. Store the ointment in a tightly sealed container in the cold.

2. Ointment from an alcohol tincture of roots or immature seeds: to beeswax and aqueous lanolin, taken 25 g each, melted in a water bath, add 50 ml of alcohol tincture, mix well and use 1 tsp. Rub into the area of the node 3 times a day for a course of 1 month. In the absence of lanolin, take 50 g of wax or foundation, which can be bought in specialized stores for beekeepers.

3. Honey patch: take 2 tbsp. l. honey (if the honey has thickened, heat it a little, but do not boil) and mix with 1 tbsp. l. herb powder (ratio 2:1). Spread the resulting mass onto sheets of waxed paper the size of a regular mustard plaster (a single dose of no more than 1 tablespoon of the mixture) and apply a sticky layer to the skin on the affected area 2 - 3 times a day for 1 month. Do not use the patch if you are allergic to bee products.

4. Compresses from alcohol tincture of plants: soak a cotton or woolen napkin with 2 tsp. mixture of 1 tsp. tinctures and 1 tsp. unrefined vegetable oil (shake the mixture well beforehand) and apply a napkin for 1 hour 2 - 3 times a day, for a course of 1 month. After removing the napkins, lubricate the surrounding healthy areas of skin and axillary lymph nodes with a small amount (no more than 1/2 tsp) of the same mixture. Be careful with the dosage; use no more than 1 - 2 tsp per day. alcohol tincture.

From the juice (ointment) of the red fly agaric you can make a compress at night (daily dose 1 tablespoon) for a course of 20 - 30 days.

Be careful with dosages, store ointments and tinctures separately from food and wash your hands thoroughly after touching poisonous plants. In between courses of external use of poisonous plants, you can add clay, urine, resin or salt (see above).

Fibroadenoma is treated in the same way as the fibrocystic form of mastopathy, but special attention should be paid to the sedative complex and methods of protection from stress. For severe chest pain, use ointments based on poisonous herbs or compresses made from clay, salt and urine.

Auxiliary treatment of mastopathy.

Our body is a single whole and disruption of the functioning of one organ leads to diseases of many others. Mastopathy is a hormone-dependent disease and the condition of the mammary glands directly depends on the condition of the ovaries and thyroid gland.

With dysfunction or inflammation of the ovaries, the hormonal balance is disturbed (dyshormonosis) and an increased amount of estrogen accumulates in the tissues of the mammary glands, provoking the development of mastopathy. Such hormonal disorders can also appear after abortion or poorly selected hormonal contraception; the use of drugs containing large amounts of hormones (postinor, non-ovlon, bissecurin, etc.) is especially dangerous. The use of these drugs can lead to infertility

The development of dyshormonosis also occurs due to impaired blood supply to the ovaries due to postoperative adhesions or intense inflammatory processes both in the ovaries themselves and in nearby organs, and especially in the intestines (constipation, colitis and dysbiosis). This again and again proves the postulate, often cited on the pages of “VN”, that all our diseases nest in a dirty intestine, and the treatment of any disease must begin with cleansing the intestines (“VN”: No. 114, pp. 5 – 11, No. 107 , pp. 4 – 9; No. 85, pp. 9 – 11; No. 82, p. 20; No. 75, pp. 23 and No. 72, pp. 7 – 9 or Collection "VN" No. 8 p. 31 and p. 126).

The cause of impaired blood supply to the ovaries can also be a sedentary lifestyle. Move more often (at least 1 hour a day in the fresh air), work more in the garden beds, do yoga, swim, ride a bike or walk on your buttocks (as I.P. Neumyvakin advises in VN No. 114, p. 3 ) – then normal blood circulation is guaranteed to you.

The hormonal balance may be disrupted due to pathologies of the thyroid gland. If there are indications (sudden weight fluctuations, increased or slow heartbeat, pressure surges, frequent insomnia, drowsiness or nervousness), you must first be examined by an endocrinologist. By the way, for hypo- and hyperthyroidism, good results are achieved by complex treatment with Balm No. 1 (peony, red root, licorice), cleansing and iodine-containing herbs ("VN" No. 111, p. 19 and No. 102, pp. 4 - 7).

An indirect cause of the development of mastopathy may be dysfunction of the liver, gallbladder and pancreas. Because it is in the liver that the destruction of the female hormone occurs. And if estrogen is not utilized sufficiently, then an increased amount of the hormone accumulates in the tissues of the mammary glands, which leads to pain. So the famous herbalist E. A. Goryaeva ("VN" No. 113, p. 23) writes that in case of mastopathy, special attention should be paid to the liver. Our cleansing collection (see above) includes liver herbs, but in case of serious liver pathologies, the liver should first be treated and cleansed ("VN" No. 47, p. 21; No. 82, p. 27; No. 92, p. 16 and No. 110, p. 17), and only then should we begin treating mastopathy.

Vitamin therapy.

Mastopathy can occur due to a lack of vitamins E, C, P, A and B9 (folic acid) and the trace elements iodine, copper, selenium and manganese ("VN" No. 98 pp. 6 - 11). It is recommended to drink 1 – 3 menstrual cycles:

vitamin complex "Aevit" 1 - 2 tablets and 1 - 2 tablets "Pentovita" (complex of B vitamins);

or 2 dragees of retinol acetate (6600 IU) and 4 ml (almost a teaspoon) of a 10% solution or 400 mg (IU) of tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) and 1 - 2 Pentovit dragees.

Moreover, take vitamins E and A 20 minutes before meals, and Pentovit immediately after meals.

Together with vitamin preparations, you should consume foods containing iodine (sea kale, iodized salt), copper (liver, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, buckwheat, legumes), selenium (sea fish, seeds, nuts, oats, wheat, mushrooms), manganese (green tea, cocoa, seeds, nuts, blueberries, cranberries) and vitamins C and P (rose hips, sea buckthorn, greens, citrus fruits, cabbage and other vegetables and fruits, preferably raw).

Eat more foods rich in fiber - vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, brown rice, buckwheat, oatmeal, pearl barley, bran, etc. This promotes digestion, normalizes metabolism and reduces the level of estrogen in the blood. It is advisable to eat cabbage daily, because cabbage contains indole-3 carbinol, which converts estrogen from a form that provokes mastopathy and cancer into a form that protects the body from these ailments. Eat 1-2 tsp daily. seaweed (dry). This will compensate for the deficiency of many microelements and vitamins; in addition, seaweed has an anti-carcinogenic effect. Eat fish 2-3 times a week, it is believed that fish contains many microelements and fish oil strengthens the immune system, preventing cancer from developing.

Eat more legumes, vegetables, nuts, berries, citrus fruits, herbs, onions, garlic, spices, drink more green tea, good red wine, herbal teas from licorice, linden, oregano, clover, alfalfa, hops, currants, raspberries, strawberries, volodushka, and our other plants, as well as cook food in unrefined vegetable oil and add soybean, sesame and flaxseed oil to salads. All these products contain phytoestrogens, which can replace estrogen in the body and protect the mammary glands from mastopathy and oncology. Consume no more than 100 g of fat per day. A large amount of fat causes the hormone estrogen to be produced above normal, and the higher the amount of estrogen in the body, the greater the likelihood of mastopathy. Eliminate coffee or reduce to 1 cup per day, give up highly carbonated drinks such as Sprite or Coca-Cola. There is evidence that caffeine and phosphates (contained in carbonated drinks) wash calcium from the body and provoke the development of mastopathy. Limit your salt intake to 1 tsp. per day.

To prevent mastopathy, Russian gynecologists advise choosing loose bras made from natural fabrics without underwires. American experts urge not to wear bras at all, as tight bras impair blood circulation and impede the movement of blood and lymph in the mammary glands and axillary lymph nodes, which provokes the development of benign and malignant tumors, “... these clothes kill,” they say. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, the main thing is that you feel comfortable and comfortable.

It is very harmful to expose the mammary glands to direct sunlight, and abuse of a nudist beach may well lead to surgery in a cancer hospital.

So, mastopathy is a disease that is complex in its occurrence and development and its cause can be a disruption of the functioning of many body systems. Therefore, treatment should be comprehensive, carefully thought out and quite long (as much as it hurts, so much to treat). It is necessary to start healing with a mood and blessing for treatment, with forgiveness of insults inflicted by loved ones and overcoming dissatisfaction with oneself, with a medical examination of the main and concomitant diseases, with cleansing the body (fasting, shock cleansing, etc.) and finding love for oneself and for people. and to the whole world.

Dear women, monitor your condition and if there are tumors or discomfort in the chest, immediately contact a specialist. The earlier treatment is started, the better the prognosis. You can learn about self-examination methods from any gynecologist or look at VN No. 98, page 8. Women are often very frightened by going to an oncologist; many still equate cancer with death. No, this is not so, and the experience of the healers of our “VN” convincingly proves that even stage IV cancer is curable.

The most dangerous thing is to panic and create a non-existent illness for yourself, having learned, for example, that a friend was recently operated on at an oncology clinic. You shouldn’t be scared, remembering that you had a tightness in your chest the other day, and your complexion has become much worse, what if I also have this terrible cancer? !

Remember that the very thought of a supposed illness begins to corrode and kill. And even if this disease is not in the body now, it will definitely come, you think about it so often. And therefore, dear women, if for this or other reasons you suspect that you have an illness, then gather your strength and go to the gynecologist tomorrow, have a mammogram or ultrasound. Of course, the walls of an oncology hospital are scary, but you need to know your diagnosis, and it often turns out to be not as scary as the far-fetched one, but even if you were diagnosed with oncology, today there are many examples of women, including readers of our “VN”, who, after complex treatment ( radiation, surgery, chemotherapy, herbal medicine) and lifestyle changes lived for 15 - 20 or more years. So, everything is in our hands, dear women. It's time to pay attention to your body, take care of it, love it and it will respond to your care with great joy!

In preparing the article, materials from the book of St. Petersburg herbalist A.N. were used. Alefirova "Mastopathy. Herbal treatment", Ves publishing house, St. Petersburg, 2002.

Mastopathy is the earliest signal of danger, coming at a stage when preventing serious problems is still possible. You need to stop, think, ask God for strength and start acting.

Traditional medicine methods and recipes help a woman eliminate the symptoms of mastopathy and relieve pain in the gland area. The use of plants and natural components helps to reduce cysts and other formations, prevents the growth of fibrous tissue, regulates hormonal balance, and resists the development of malignant processes. Traditional medicine also has a positive effect on the functioning of the nervous system and prevents the development of stressful conditions.

Folk remedies are a good addition to the drug treatment of mastopathy

Features of treatment with traditional methods

In most cases, traditional medicine recipes satisfy the following requirements:

  • safety of treatment;
  • reducing the likelihood of surgical intervention;

Beet

Another answer to the question - how and how to treat mastopathy in addition to medications - is the use of beets. The root vegetable is a good folk remedy for pain relief.

Beetroot is an affordable and widespread remedy for compresses for mastopathy.

Treatment of mastopathy with ointments

Ointments prepared according to folk recipes, which contain only natural ingredients, are widely used in women with various forms of mastopathy. This dosage form is more effective after night compresses. Ointments are applied to clean, dry skin. Treatment especially requires such an integrated approach.

Recipe No. 1. Grind the dry celandine herb, put it in a glass container and add butter in a ratio of 1:5. Grind the mixture and mix, slightly heating it in a water bath (no more than 10 minutes). Method of use: a cloth napkin is folded in several layers, soaked in oil and applied to the mammary gland for 2-3 hours. It is not recommended to leave an oil compress overnight, as castor oil can cause a local allergic reaction. The course of treatment is 15 days.

The use of propolis tincture for mastopathy

Propolis is a natural antibiotic. The drug has an antitumor effect, suppresses the growth of atypical cells, resists the development of cancer, and helps get rid of nagging chest pain.

Propolis is one of the most valuable natural medicines

Treatment of nodular and cystic mastopathy with propolis often complements traditional methods of treating pathological changes in the mammary gland.

Method for preparing the tincture: grind 50 grams of propolis, add 400 ml of alcohol. Close with a tight lid and leave in a dark place for 10 days. Shake the tincture daily. Then strain and use according to the indications for use.

Application: half a teaspoon 3 times a day (dilute in 100 grams of warm water or milk), 30 minutes before meals. Duration of treatment is 1 month. The number of courses per year is no more than four.

For treatment, you can use ready-made propolis tincture

If a woman has symptoms of gastritis with high acidity or peptic ulcer, it is better to use an infusion prepared on the basis of vegetable oil.

Aqueous tincture of propolis significantly reduces the symptoms of mastopathy. The raw materials are infused in chilled boiled water in a ratio of 1:2 for 3 days in the refrigerator. Take 1 tbsp. l. 2 times a day before meals. The course of treatment is 3 weeks.

Propolis tincture is a good prophylactic agent, prevents the re-development of mastopathy, and also improves the functioning of the entire reproductive system in women.

Propolis is also effective in the treatment of gynecological diseases

Propolis is an allergenic product. Therefore, the attending physician prescribes it with caution to patients with a predisposition to allergies, women with concomitant diseases such as dermatosis (even previously cured), asthma, hay fever.

You will learn more about the treatment of mastopathy with folk remedies from the video below:

Mastopathy is a fibrocystic pathology that develops in the mammary glands. The disease is accompanied by abnormal processes that change the epithelium and connective tissue. Like other breast diseases, mastopathy can lead to the development of a malignant tumor. Initially, the process is benign, but neglect of health, ignoring symptoms and lack of therapy lead to serious complications. If you are diagnosed with mastopathy, treatment with folk remedies at home can help, but only with a competent and comprehensive approach.

The method of treating mastopathy in women is influenced by the stage of development of the pathology. The severity of the disease changes its symptoms and course. In an advanced form of the disease, the risk of complications increases several times. Mental and emotional disorders, worries, and irregularities in the menstrual cycle can also aggravate the situation.

At the initial stage of development of the disease, obvious manifestations of mastopathy may be absent. Swelling and tenderness of the breasts before the onset of menstruation is possible, but often such symptoms are associated specifically with menstruation. This causes late diagnosis of the pathology and untimely initiation of treatment. Regular examination by a gynecologist or mammologist (every six months) will allow you to identify the disease at an early stage and carry out competent therapy.

If the development of the disease is suspected, mammography is prescribed. Before hardware diagnostics are carried out, a woman may notice the following signs of mastopathy, which already indicate a progressive pathology:

  • chest pain of varying intensity;
  • causeless discharge from the nipples (in the absence of pregnancy and lactation);
  • hardening of the glands, palpation of knotty lumps in the chest.

Pain syndrome with the development of pathology can spread to the upper limbs and radiate to the scapula. It is also possible that there is no pain – more than 15% of such cases have been recorded in medical practice.

The color of the discharge can be:

  • transparent;
  • whitish;
  • brownish;
  • green;
  • with blood streaks.

In the latter case, the symptom indicates a complex form of pathology that requires immediate medical attention, since severe mastopathy of the mammary gland must be treated urgently. Surgery may be required.

Venous stagnation causes coarsening of the gland tissues, as well as an increase in their size. Touching the breast causes discomfort and increased sensitivity.

Why does mastopathy develop?

In medical practice, most cases of mastopathy are associated with hormonal imbalance in women. Failures in the production of female hormones lead to general dysfunctions of the female reproductive system, and breast diseases arise for the most part precisely because of this. Therefore, before treating mastopathy, women’s hormonal levels are first determined. If the causes of the pathology are associated with deviations in this regard, then to normalize the condition, a hormonal complex is selected according to individual deviations.

There are a number of other factors that can cause the formation of fibrous tissue in the breast:

  • menstruation that began before the age of 12;
  • miscarriage or artificial termination of pregnancy;
  • late menopause;
  • genetic predisposition;
  • absence of childbirth before age 30;
  • short lactation period (less than two months) or lack of milk after childbirth;
  • prolonged stress and anxiety, emotional disorders;
  • previous injuries and diseases of the mammary glands;
  • wrong lifestyle;
  • lack of vitamins and iodine;
  • uncomfortable underwear;
  • gynecological disorders;
  • dysfunctions and tumor processes in the thyroid gland and liver;
  • overweight;
  • blood stagnation in the pelvic organs due to irregular sexual activity.

Risk factors include the woman's age. After 35 years, the likelihood of developing mastopathy increases three times.

With a competent approach to therapy, mastopathy can be eliminated forever, and therefore there is no need to panic when it is detected. By eliminating risk factors and restoring the balance of hormones, the disease can be stopped without resorting to conservative methods.

You can successfully treat mastopathy at home using folk remedies. You can use traditional medicine methods. Treatment, as a rule, is determined by the form of the pathology, which can be diagnosed through ultrasound examinations, mammography or an in-person examination by a doctor.

If the disease has not reached an extreme stage, then you can use folk remedies for treating mastopathy, the recipes of which have helped more than one woman in the fight against the fibrotic process.

Cabbage

Self-treatment of mastopathy with cabbage leaves is considered almost the most effective folk method. The vegetable copes well with swelling, reduces pain and has an antitumor effect.. Regular cabbage for mastopathy is most often used in the form of compresses, but freshly squeezed juice can also be consumed. For a therapeutic effect, you need to drink 100 ml of juice three times a day. This treatment of mastopathy with cabbage should continue for at least two months.

There are several recipes for compresses, and each of them has long proven its effectiveness.

  1. You need to mix grated raw beets with honey, maintaining a 3:1 ratio. Apply the resulting mixture evenly onto a cabbage leaf, then secure the compress on the chest using regular cling film. The course of treatment in this way is a month.
  2. Cabbage with the addition of yogurt will help relieve pain and cure the disease. For a compress, mix 2 tbsp. spoons of curdled milk and 7 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped cabbage. For fixation, it is better to use a natural fabric on which the product is applied and apply it overnight. Night time is optimal for treatment, since cabbage leaves need to be applied for at least 10 hours. The procedures continue for 20 days.
  3. You need to thoroughly coat the cabbage leaf with butter. After this, the compress is generously sprinkled with “Extra” salt and applied to the chest. The compress is made at night with a course duration of a week.

Cabbage leaves are often used in their pure form for mastopathy. It is thoroughly washed, large veins are removed and lightly beaten using a kitchen wooden hammer. This compress is considered one of the best remedies for mastopathy among all folk recipes. It needs to be changed as soon as the sheet is completely dry. The duration of treatment is two weeks.

For mastopathy, treatment with folk remedies at home can give the same effect as drug therapy. If you make cabbage compresses regularly and correctly, the results will not be long in coming and the disease will be cured.

Therapy with iodine

For mastopathy, treatment at home often involves the use of iodine. Its healing effectiveness has long been proven for tumor and fibrous formations in the mammary gland. Iodine allows you to safely regulate and restore the functions of the thyroid gland, which is responsible for the production of hormones.

Often mastopathy of the mammary gland develops when the body suffers from a lack of iodine. But products based on this component can only be used after the approval of a doctor.

You can independently find out that your body lacks this element. An iodine grid drawn on any part of the body will help with this. If after the night it has completely disappeared, then the body is experiencing iodine deficiency. You can draw a mesh on your chest for a week, which will make up for its deficiency, relieve pain and get rid of mastopathy.

You can also focus on nutrition by including iodine-containing foods in your diet:

  • seaweed;
  • special salt with high iodine content;
  • seafood.

You can take iodine orally, diluting it with water or milk. First add 1 drop of iodine tincture to 0.5 cups of liquid, increasing the dose by 1 drop daily for a week. After a week, the number of drops is reduced in the reverse order: starting from seven and reaching 1 drop.

You can treat mastopathy at home using iodine using external applications. To prepare an effective product you will need the following ingredients:

  • egg yolk;
  • 6 large spoons of rye flour;
  • 6 drops of iodine;
  • a small spoon of honey.

The components are mixed until a homogeneous dough is formed, after which a cake is formed and applied to the breast. The use of this remedy for mastopathy in women helps with a 2-week course. After a 3-week break, the course of treatment can be repeated.

Salt

The use of a salt compress for mastopathy allows you to quickly get rid of pain and thickening of the glands. In 1 liter of liquid you need to dissolve 3 large spoons of salt. Use salt compresses for mastopathy at night, moistening the soft tissue in the solution and fixing the bandage well. The course of treatment is two weeks.

Propolis applications for mastopathy help to quickly cure the disease, provided there is no allergy to this product. It is better to visit a doctor before starting therapy, who will confirm the possibility of using the drug.

You can treat mastopathy with folk remedies from propolis using different methods: taking it internally or for external rubbing. In the first case, the tincture will help:

  • 50 g of crushed propolis is poured into 0.5 liters of alcohol;
  • place the tincture in a dark place for 14 days;
  • You need to shake the container with the product twice a day.

After preparation, the tincture is placed in the refrigerator. You need to take it twice a day, 1 teaspoon diluted in a glass of water, 30 minutes before meals. You should be treated with this remedy for a month, since it is not possible to quickly get rid of mastopathy with the help of propolis.

For rubbing, mix 30 g of ground propolis with 100 g of lard. The product must be placed in a water bath for two hours, then strain. Apply in the morning after sleep for two weeks.

Essential oils

Any oils for mastopathy can aggravate the pathology. Therefore, when treating a disease with traditional methods based on them, a preliminary consultation with a doctor is necessary. The most dangerous essential oils for fibrosis in the breast:

  • coriander oil;
  • cypress oil;
  • frankincense oil

For baths and compresses you can use oils based on:

  • chamomile flowers;
  • fennel;
  • lavender.

Essential oils are more of an addition to treatment that uses folk remedies for mastopathy, because they balance the nervous system, helping to get rid of everyday worries and stress.

It should be remembered that all folk recipes for mastopathy will help only when the disease has not reached a critical form of development. Otherwise, only qualified medical assistance is necessary.

Is it possible to cure such a complex, ambiguous in all respects, disease of the mammary glands as mastopathy, with honey. The answer suggests itself - no, no again!

However, why, in this case, do so many women suffering from mastopathy use honey as a remedy, for lotions, compresses, and simply for preparing folk recipes, using them internally.

Reviews from various women confirm that sometimes recipes using honey are recommended by doctors.

In fact, there is no contradiction here. Honey itself, although it is, from the point of view of traditional medicine, the most beneficial product for human health, is not able to cure mastopathy, as well as any other serious disease.

However, if a woman suffering from mastopathy receives ideally selected, strictly individual, hormonal treatment, receives a complex of additional medications, and uses traditional treatment with honey, the immediate positive effect is simply obvious.

Unfortunately, if treatment with honey for a diagnosis such as fibrous mastopathy is taken as a basis, you waste precious time without consulting a doctor - disastrous results cannot be avoided.

After all, mastopathy is not just a dishormonal disease of the mammary glands, characterized by the formation of nodular or diffuse compactions, accompanied by pain.

This is a disease that, if not treated in a timely manner, can lead a woman to the development of cancer complications.

The difficulty of treating mastopathy lies in the fact that almost all previously developed methods and treatment regimens are not capable of producing persistently positive, or at least persistently satisfactory results. This occurs due to the constant emergence of more and more new factors of external aggressive influence on the woman’s body.

Among such factors are the acceleration of the general pace of life, the greater intensity of the use of computer technology, greater pollution of the environment around us, a reduction in the birth rate, etc.

Medical science simply does not have time to develop new schemes to combat mastopathy that could keep up with the growth of negative external factors.

However, modern medical science does not stand still and is developing many new techniques, improving the treatment of mastopathy, which makes it possible to successfully restore female breast tissue.

And the most valuable thing here is that more and more traditional doctors are inclined to believe that standard drug treatment for mastopathy should be supplemented with more mildly acting folk remedies (the same honey, for example).

The healing properties of honey

People have known about the beneficial properties of honey since ancient times. However, only natural honey has such properties, which has not undergone technological or thermal treatments.

After all, during heat treatment, honey can lose most of its advantages, since the molecular structure of honey itself changes when heated.

So, natural honey without additives, thickeners, or other chemicals can boast an incredible number of beneficial properties for the human body.

Namely, honey has:

ATTENTION!

Many of our readers actively use a well-known method based on natural ingredients, discovered by Elena Malysheva, to treat mastopathy and breast formations. We recommend that you check it out.

  • A powerful antibacterial, no less powerful antifungal, and even antiviral effect.
  • Serious immunomodulatory effect.
  • Excellent ability to increase the energy level and vitality of every person.
  • Literally one spoon of honey can act as an excellent sedative; give it to your baby before bed. Honey will help your child fall asleep quickly and avoid the development of enuresis.
  • Honey contains many enzymes that are so necessary for the absolutely normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

And this is not a complete list of the unique healing properties of honey. It is logical that honey can be used as a supplement to the main methods of treating many diseases, or as an excellent preventive measure.

How to use honey when diagnosed with mastopathy

The best option for using honey for mastopathy will be advised to you by a doctor, and the same doctor who selects a full range of therapeutic measures for you.

As additional information, we will provide several of the most popular recipes taken from reviews of patients who got rid of mastopathy using traditional treatment supplemented with honey therapy.

Recipe No. 1 – Honey plus herbal mixture

To prepare this effective remedy for the treatment of mastopathy, you need to pour one tablespoon of the following herbs into a thermos, previously doused with boiling water: yarrow, motherwort, and string, and pour half a liter of boiling water.

Feedback from our reader - Victoria Mirnova

I recently read an article that talks about Zdorov cream wax for the treatment of mastopathy. With this cream you can cure mastopathy FOREVER, normalize breastfeeding and improve the shape of your breasts at home.

I’m not used to trusting any information, but I decided to check and ordered a package. I noticed changes within a week: the pain calmed down, and after 2 weeks it disappeared completely. The breasts became softer, the lumps dissolved. Try it too, and if anyone is interested, below is the link to the article.

The herbs are infused for at least one hour, then the infusion is filtered. When the infusion has cooled completely, add one tablespoon of honey.

This infusion should be consumed twice a day, morning and evening, approximately half a glass, and always, no earlier than half an hour before the upcoming meal.

However, if a woman, in addition to mastopathy, has stomach problems, it is better to drink this infusion half an hour after eating. The general course of treatment with this infusion is six months, however, this is subject to strict adherence to the order of complex treatment prescribed by the doctor.

It should be noted that such a folk recipe can be included in complex treatment, not only of certain forms of mastopathy, but also in the treatment of fibroids, fibroids, chronic adnexitis, and other female diseases associated with benign neoplasms.

Honey can also be very appropriate in the complex treatment of fibrous mastopathy, if used as a compress.

For the treatment of mastopathy and breast formations, Elena Malysheva recommends a new method based on “Zdorov” Cream-wax. It contains 8 useful medicinal plants that are extremely effective in the treatment of MASTOPATHY. Only natural ingredients are used, no chemicals or hormones!

Recipe No. 2 – cabbage with honey

Almost all of our grandmothers and mothers know about the miraculous healing power of a simple cabbage leaf, which is pre-smeared with honey.

Cabbage on its own is considered a fairly healthy ingredient, and when combined with honey, it can work wonders in relieving pain and inflammation. Such compresses were applied to fistulas and boils, and were prescribed for colds and sinusitis.

Today, reviews from supporters of traditional medicine indicate that cabbage in this recipe may be quite appropriate in the treatment of mastopathy.

The recipe is really very simple, but effective, especially if, when using it, you do not forget about the main treatment, which is supervised by a doctor.

You need to take one leaf of fresh cabbage, pour boiling water over it, and then grease it on one side with honey. Then, cabbage with honey is applied to the sore breast. And of course it is fixed as a compress.

It is advisable to carry out such treatment of mastopathy in the evening, leaving the resulting compress with cabbage and honey overnight. Note that such compresses need to be done for quite a long time, at least two weeks, and sometimes more.

In this recipe, honey can be replaced with gruel from pre-grated fresh beets. Or you can alternate these two types of recipes: one day, make a compress with cabbage and honey, and the next day, make a compress with cabbage and beets.

Recipe No. 3 – honey and beetroot compress

This is another popular home compress that relieves the symptoms of mastopathy. You need to take in proportions, one to one, honey and pre-grated beets. The resulting honey-beet pulp is applied to the sore chest. Then they are tied with a warm cloth and the compress is left overnight. This compress can be used for three or even four weeks.

And of course, as in the first two cases of using therapeutic folk methods, it is important to remember that such compresses are only an excellent addition to the main treatment. Such compresses should absolutely not be done without consulting a doctor and without receiving basic treatment.

And that’s all, because traditional treatment really allows you to relieve certain symptoms of mastopathy, but does not eliminate the causes of its development. This means that without receiving the main set of therapeutic measures, a woman may, over time, encounter new, more powerful manifestations of mastopathy. Take care of yourself, do not allow the process to go uncontrolled when self-medicating!

Do you still think that it is impossible to CURE MASTOPATHY forever?

60% of women suffer from mastopathy. The worst thing is that most women are sure that mastopathy is the norm and do not rush to see a doctor... but the risk of BREAST CANCER forming in its place is very high... If you notice:

  • aching or nagging pain in the chest area before menstruation...
  • sensations of swelling and swelling of the mammary glands. It's like my breasts have gotten bigger...
  • tension, compactions and nodules. You can feel the lymph nodes under your armpit...
  • nipple discharge...
  • change in the shape of the breasts, the skin on the nipples retracted and cracks appeared...
  • change in body weight...

All these symptoms may indicate the development of MASTOPATHY. But perhaps it would be more correct to treat not the effect, but the CAUSE? That is why we recommend reading the new method of Elena Malysheva, who has found an effective remedy for the treatment of MASTOPATHY and breast restoration in general.

Mastopathy is a dangerous disease and its treatment cannot be postponed until the future. How to cure a disease using traditional medicine, read in this article.

Unfortunately, girls are diagnosed with mastopathy at a very young age, and such cases are becoming more and more common. It is important to know that this disease cannot be left to chance, but immediately, after discovering symptoms, seek the advice of a mammologist.

What is mastopathy and when does it occur?

So, first of all, we should figure out what kind of disease this is. Mastopathy is a disease of the mammary glands that manifests itself in the form of small peas or nodules at the very beginning of the disease. In more advanced cases, dense nodes the size of a walnut or even larger form in the chest.

Mastopathy is a very common occurrence among women. Many representatives of the fair sex do not pay attention to it and let the disease take its course.

IMPORTANT: Untreated mastopathy can develop into a more serious disease that requires surgical intervention, breast cancer.

The initial stage of mastopathy is the so-called diffuse mastopathy. It begins with the formation of small nodules and heavies. A symptom of this disease is pain in the chest before the onset of the menstrual cycle. When examining your breasts yourself, you can feel small nodules. The pain subsides at the beginning of menstruation and returns before the start of another cycle.

IMPORTANT: It is the initial form of mastopathy that is most easily treatable, but most women miss this chance.

If treatment is not started in time, the first stage progresses to the second - nodular mastopathy. This means that nodules appear in the delicate tissues of the mammary gland. There is a very strong sensitivity, a feeling of pain, even if you only lightly touch the chest. They radiate to the shoulder or armpit. And they do not go away even after menstruation begins. Discharge appears from the nipple area, it can be transparent, yellow or even bloody. During self-examination, you can easily feel the emerging nodes.

IMPORTANT: Untreated, the second stage of mastopathy can develop into a benign or malignant tumor.

There are a large number of reasons for the occurrence of mastopathy:

IMPORTANT: During examinations of women who dedicated their lives to serving God, the percentage of patients with mastopathy was several times higher than that of married women of the same age.

IMPORTANT: Heredity plays a huge role in the development of the disease. Girls and women in their family who have had mastopathy or breast cancer should be very careful about their health.

IMPORTANT: If a woman sees herself in the listed list, she must draw the right conclusions and be attentive to her health. At the first signs of the disease, you need to contact a mammologist for a full examination.

You cannot self-medicate! You should definitely visit a mammologist, gynecologist, and, if necessary, other doctors for examination, making the correct diagnosis, and prescribing a course of treatment.

Traditional medicine recipes can also be added to conservative treatment. For a more effective effect, you should make compresses, drink tinctures and herbal infusions. This treatment may take longer than expected.

Some recipes do not help fight mastopathy, but only temporarily relieve the symptoms of the disease. By self-medicating, a woman begins to think that she is completely healthy. At the same time, irreversible processes take place in the chest. The disease is progressing. You should always remember this.

For a complete recovery, you need to change your lifestyle to another, without bad habits and unhealthy foods. Start moving more in the fresh air. Be more positively disposed, don’t get upset over trifles, rest, sleep at the appropriate time for your body, be attentive to your health. These tips seem banal, but are very effective.
