Penguins, snowmen, snowflakes, clouds with snow, landscapes and Santa Claus are waiting for you. How to make winter crafts for kindergarten?

If you choose the most relevant winter images, then your work will be much more interesting, and winter will seem not such a harsh and boring time of year.

You can also devote a themed activity in kindergarten to creating winter images. It will be more expedient for him to choose crafts that can subsequently form a single composition.

Winter craft “mittens” for kindergarten

The simplest version of the “mitten” craft is applique. We cut the mitten according to the child’s hand. We decorate it with buttons and cotton wool trim.

Mitten applique

The mitten applique can be made from felt. If you attach a thread to it, then we will get an original Christmas tree decoration.

Felt mitten applique

In the form of a mitten, you get a very beautiful winter card. May everyone have happiness this winter!

Santa Claus's magic mitten can be made from salt dough. Detailed master class on video:

Be sure to add a warm hat to your winter mittens set. You can decorate it with cotton balls, pompoms or stickers with your favorite characters.

Winter craft “cloud with snow”

As an option for decorating a window, an unusual winter pendant is suitable: for example, in the form of a snow cloud and large falling snowflakes. Both the cloud and the snowflakes are made from cotton balls: by pinching off pieces of cotton wool, we compact them tightly into a fist until the fist is full. Having opened it, we get neat cotton balls. We glue some of it onto the cardboard outline of the cloud, and string some of it on a thread. We fasten the threads with snowflakes on the cloud - you're done!

Openwork snowflakes made of white paper look original on pendants.

The pendant can also be placed on the wall in a suitable place - for example, in a corner where a future exhibition of winter exhibits is being prepared.

Look at the video on how to make a fabulous “winter window” craft:

Winter craft “snowman”

The most popular winter exhibit will, of course, be. It can be created from a variety of materials. For example, by filling half a transparent plastic bottle with cotton balls, we get the head of a snowman. Let's glue on toy eyes, a felt triangular carrot nose, draw out the contours of the mouth with black circles and coals - and now the face is ready. We put a hat made of a warm white sock and a felt scarf on his head - and our snowman is ready to take a place at the exhibition.

Snowmen made from cardboard toilet paper rolls are suitable as table souvenirs. Let's paint them white, glue on buttons, toy eyes and small felt noses - carrots, tie scarves from braid - and now the snowmen take on a characteristic appearance. The highlight for them will be hats - headphones made of fluffy pompoms and pieces of chenille (fluffy) wire.

Snowmen made from cardboard rolls look very interesting.

With a few popcorn cups and disposable plastic spoons, you can make a whole family of snowmen.

You can make snowmen in a more traditional way - for example, in the form of appliqué. A beautiful applique can be made from ordinary cotton pads.

Snowman applique made from cotton pads

Use cotton balls and pieces of felt for your work - and the applique will turn out original and interesting.

The applique can be supplemented with glue snowflakes.

You can make a beautiful three-dimensional snowman from cotton wool and transparent cells for the testicles. Cut three sections from the transparent testicle tray. We make two such blanks. Glue them together, filling the gap between them with cotton wool. Glue on the hat, scarf, buttons and stick handles. We will get a very original winter decoration.

If you still have unpaired white socks, make a snowman out of them. We stuff the sock with rice and tie it at the top. We tie the sock in the middle part and close the elastic band with a scarf ribbon. We make a hat for a snowman from a blue sock.

A snowman can be made from colored paper and disposable plates.

A charming Christmas tree decoration “snowman” is made from an ordinary light bulb. We paint the light bulb, glue twig handles and a ribbon bow onto it.

You can make a snowman from plasticine.

A real winter picture of a “family of snowmen” comes from white gloves. We cut out the fingers from the gloves and glue them to the main background - we will get little snowmen. We decorate snowmen with ribbons - scarves. Glue on the eyes and noses.

Painting "snowmen" made from gloves

You can make very beautiful snowmen from plastic bottles to decorate the kindergarten premises. These snowmen-lamp are illuminated using a garland.

Winter sports crafts. Pieces of cotton wool can be used to lay out the base for any craft - for example, an improvised skating rink. Add a couple of paper Christmas trees and a paper figure skater girl to it - and you’ll get a complete winter composition.

A very natural skating rink can be made from foil and cotton wool.

Paper and wooden popsicle sticks make adorable ice skates.

Craft “skates”

Winter craft "penguin"

No less popular than the snowman, another winter character is the penguin. A penguin can be made from egg cartons.

A cute soft penguin can be made using the applique technique using paper and cotton wool.

Winter applique "penguin"

An adorable little penguin can be made from a painted walnut.

From a paper plate you can make a craft in the form of a sports cap with a pompom. We cut off half of the plate, decorate it with snowflakes and other suitable ornaments, and form a pompom from cotton balls - ready!

Winter craft “Polar Bear”

One of my favorite winter crafts is a polar bear. A funny white bear is made from threads wound on a cardboard sleeve.

An original way to make a polar bear is to make it from pompoms.

Skilled needlewomen can sew a beautiful polar bear. How to do this, watch the video:

Winter crafts from pine cones

An interesting winter craft - a skier made from a pine cone. To make it, we will need a pine cone painted white, pieces of felt from which we will make mittens, a scarf and a hat, as well as a felt ball (can be replaced with foam, wood or made of any other material).

A glued cardboard cone becomes a good basis for a winter beauty - a Christmas tree.

A very bright, cozy craft - a New Year's basket made of pine cones.

DIY winter Christmas tree craft

A very beautiful Christmas tree is made from foamiran. To make such a Christmas tree, cut the foamiran into strips and make cuts along one edge. We heat the strips on the iron - they will bend slightly. We glue the curved strips onto the cardboard cone using a glue gun.

The Christmas tree can be made from ribbons or organza. The result will be a very impressive winter craft.

You can sew a charming winter Christmas tree from felt.

You can glue green pasta onto a cardboard cone. We decorate the ends with sparkles and glue on bells and ribbon bows. We will get a very original New Year tree.

A very beautiful winter souvenir is a topiary herringbone. This craft is based on foam plastic, which we wrap in foil and pierce with copper wire. Wrap the cone in yarn and decorate with beads. We glue two strips of double-sided tape to the cone - it will fix the threads.

Winter craft “herringbone topiary”

Winter crafts snowflakes

Very interesting snowflakes are made from thin strips of plasticine.

A very beautiful and delicate snowflake can be made using a glue gun. We will need a snowflake pattern on paper on which we will apply hot glue. When the glue hardens, we will paint the snowflake white and sprinkle it with glitter.

A very beautiful New Year's snowflake can be glued from pasta. The snowflake is painted white and sprinkled with semolina.

A delicate winter craft of amazing beauty is a ballerina snowflake. We cut out an ordinary snowflake from paper and put it on the paper silhouette of a ballerina. We tie a thread to the ballerina's handle and hang an elegant winter decoration on a chandelier, Christmas tree or window.

You can make a luxurious large snowflake out of paper. Detailed master class in the article “Window pattern made of paper snowflakes”

Another craft that will surely come in handy in winter is a Christmas angel. Such an angel can be easily made from an openwork napkin or just beautiful white paper. We make the head from a bead.

Winter craft “Bullfinch”

One of the most favorite winter crafts is the bullfinch bird. The bullfinch stays with us during the harsh winter and inspires us with its bright plumage. The easiest way to make a beautiful bullfinch is using the applique technique.

Winter applique "Bullfinch"

A very impressive winter craft “Bullfinch” can be made from colored yarn.

Winter houses and cities

You can make a very effective composition on the theme of winter. All elements of the composition are mounted on a cardboard base. The house is made from milk cartons. Figures made of papier-mâché and cotton wool.

Winter snowflake pattern

Drawings using unusual techniques are the perfect idea for winter crafts. For example, children really like to draw pictures with white crayons, and then show the contours with watercolors. This way you can create winter landscapes or characters - for example, snowmen. Winter landscapes made in chalk and developed in watercolor turn out to be very beautiful.

By implementing several of the listed ideas, it’s easy to turn any room into a real winter kingdom.

Winter crafts for kindergarten reviews:

Beautiful crafts! (Zhenya)

Kindergartens will soon begin to prepare for winter and winter holidays, decorating playrooms with crafts made by children's hands. Active Mom suggests making simple, but cute and heartfelt winter crafts for kindergarten with your own hands.

Christmas trees made of threads

The Christmas tree is one of the most striking symbols of the New Year. We suggest making a bright designer Christmas tree from threads. To make it, you will need a ready-made base - a foam cone or a cone made of cardboard - and colored threads. The threads can be wool, and if you want the Christmas tree to be fluffy, synthetic “grass” threads are an excellent option. Having fixed one end of the thread at the top of the cone, you just need to wrap it around the entire cone to the bottom, where you secure the second end. You can decorate the Christmas tree with beads, buttons, and pom-poms.

Toys made of cotton wool and cotton pads

Cotton wool is a popular material for winter crafts because it is very similar to snow. In addition, even the smallest children from the nursery can make toys with its help. Adults only need to print out a template with Santa Claus, a penguin, a snowman, a house, mittens, hats - any New Year's characters or winter items that can be decorated with snow. Well, then the work goes to the little creators: in their hands, glue and cotton wool will work wonders and cover a winter house with snow, make Santa’s beard fluffy, and insulate hats and mittens.

Using cotton pads you can create entire winter pictures:

Paper plate snowmen

Disposable paper plates are another source of inspiration for winter crafts for kindergarten. So, they make excellent snowmen. It is enough to fasten two plates together and decorate the snowman by making him eyes, a nose, a scarf, arms, a headdress, using paper, felt, buttons, and plasticine. These snowmen can be used to decorate children's cabinets in the garden.

Bright stars and snowflakes

These easy-to-make stars can decorate your garden's Christmas tree or hang from the ceiling. If you didn’t throw away ice cream sticks in the summer, but saved them in hopes of using them for homemade crafts, this is definitely an idea for you. Form a star or snowflake out of popsicle sticks and glue them together. Paint the figure or leave it unpainted. Randomly wrap with threads and cover with buttons. Hang it on a thread.

Wreath on the door from mittens

A cozy wreath made of bright cardboard mittens will undoubtedly decorate the door of your child’s group. It will be great if each child brings a mitten and such a wreath will become a symbol of a friendly children's team.

Crafts from napkins

Lace round napkins are another great material for creativity. You can use them to make airy snowmen to decorate curtains or a large Christmas tree.

Or you can create such a cute openwork Christmas tree.

Don’t be afraid to entrust your children with part of the work - the winter crafts we offer for kindergarten can be done easily and with minimal parental help by any child 4-6 years old. But how much joy the baby will have from the realization that he made such beauty with his own hands!

Children can make winter crafts with their own hands or with the help of their parents. They will decorate the house, the New Year's table, or become a gift for educators or teachers. You can make many winter crafts from scrap materials.

Snowman

Winter is a beautiful and magical time of year. One of its main characters is a snowman. It can be made from cotton wool. We will need:

  • White sheet of paper.
  • Colored markers.
  • Cotton wool.
  • Glue.

How to do:

  1. Draw a snowman on a white sheet of paper. We paint his hat and scarf, make eyes, a nose and a mouth.
  2. We make small balls of the same size from cotton wool.
  3. Take glue. Glue the balls evenly onto the snowman's belly.

In this way you can make a picture, postcard, or Christmas tree decoration. DIY winter themed crafts can be decorated with sparkles, sequins, and tinsel.

Christmas tree made from ice cream sticks

What's New Year without a fluffy beauty? It's very easy to make a Christmas tree out of popsicle sticks. To do this you will need to take:

  • Sticks.
  • Glue.
  • Scissors.
  • Lace.
  • Rhinestones, beads, buttons.
  • Paints.

How to make a Christmas tree:

  1. We paint one stick in a bright color as desired. This is the base of the tree.
  2. We cut several sticks into pieces of different lengths, approximately 1, 3, 6, 9 cm, and paint them green.
  3. Let the parts dry.
  4. We attach a rope to the upper end of the base using glue. Cut out a star from yellow paper and glue a string on top.
  5. We arrange short sticks so that we get a Christmas tree. From top to bottom, from shortest to longest. Glue it.
  6. Decorate with rhinestones and beads.

Children make their own winter crafts for kindergarten using their imagination. The spruce can be made in any color and decorated with decorations as desired.

Christmas tree toys

With the onset of cold weather comes winter fantasy. Do-it-yourself crafts give you the opportunity to realize your ideas. Christmas tree decorations can be made from various materials. Made with your own hands, they will delight children and adults. Such a toy will be exclusive, warm and sincere.

Parents can help children create winter crafts with their own hands. This is not only a fun activity, it develops imagination, motor skills, and teaches you how to use glue and scissors.

Colored bows

Do-it-yourself winter crafts for the garden should be simple and easy so that children can cope with making them on their own. What you will need:

  • Dye.
  • Glitter.
  • Threads.
  • Pasta in the shape of bows.

They are made very simply. We paint the pasta with paint in any color, and while it is not dry, sprinkle with glitter. After drying, tie a thread and hang it on the Christmas tree. You can make an elegant garland from such bows.

Christmas tree toy made from light bulbs

If you have drawing experience, you can make funny faces and snowman faces. But for children the simplest method is suitable. We will need:

  • The bulbs are oblong.
  • White acrylic paint.
  • A piece of sponge.
  • Glitter.

This toy is very easy to make:

  1. Using a sponge, cover the light bulb with a layer of acrylic paint. Let it dry.
  2. Then we cover it with a second layer and, until it dries, sprinkle it with various sparkles.
  3. Then we shake off those that did not stick. The decoration is ready!

Do-it-yourself winter children's crafts should evoke only positive emotions and bring joy to the house.

Salt dough toys

This technique has long been used for sculpting. Salt dough can be made at home. It makes beautiful three-dimensional figures or paintings. This DIY winter craft for kindergarten will not leave anyone indifferent.

How to make the dough? Pour a little water into a cup, a tablespoon of oil and pour in one glass of flour and salt. The consistency of the dough should be similar to plasticine, knead well and not be liquid. Then put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for about 2.5 hours.

After our dough has dried, you can make it colored immediately by dividing it into parts and adding food coloring. Or immediately sculpt figures from it and paint it with paints after baking.

To make a shape, such as a Christmas tree, roll out the dough and cut out the shape with a knife. Use your hands to trim each edge. Then bake in the oven at low temperature. Once the Christmas tree has cooled, you can paint and decorate it as desired.

From salt dough you can make a snowman, Santa Claus, Snow Maiden, cockerel and any fairy tale or cartoon characters.

Felt to the rescue

DIY winter crafts for school can be more complex than for kindergarten. Many children already know how to sew, and soft felt will come to their aid.

For this you will need:

  • Multi-colored felt.
  • Threads.
  • Needle.
  • A little padding polyester.
  • Ribbon.
  • A sheet of paper and a pencil.
  1. Choose the shapes you like: Christmas tree, bell, gnome. Draw a pattern on a sheet of paper and cut it out.
  2. We apply it to the felt and trace it, leaving about 0.5 cm at the edges for the seams. We cut out two blanks.
  3. Carefully sew each piece together, leaving a small hole.
  4. We put in padding polyester and ribbon. Sew up the remaining hole.
  5. Decorate as desired.

Do-it-yourself winter crafts for school made from felt can decorate a large Christmas tree during the holidays or become gifts for teachers. By showing your imagination, you can sew many wonderful toys.

Sweet wreath

DIY winter-themed crafts made from sweets are becoming very popular. Children can make a beautiful and delicious Christmas wreath from marmalades. After the holidays you can eat it.

What is needed for it:

  • Marmalades are round or oval.
  • Toothpicks.
  • Blank for a wreath.

Manufacturing process:

  1. We string each marmalade onto a toothpick. Do this carefully.
  2. If there is no ready-made base for the wreath, make a blank from newspaper. Crumple the newspaper and give it a blank shape, you can wrap it with tape.
  3. Carefully stick the gummies into the wreath so that they fill it evenly, without gaps.

They can be used to decorate a holiday table or hang on the door of a children's room. It is better to make such a wreath just before the New Year so that the marmalade does not dry out.

Newspaper Christmas tree

The best DIY winter crafts, of course, come from scrap materials. Everyone has old newspapers or unwanted books at home. They can be turned into an incredibly stylish Christmas tree.

What will you need for this:

  • Newspapers, book sheets.
  • Curly scissors.
  • A piece of thick cardboard.
  • Wooden skewer.
  • Glue.

Transforming a newspaper into a beautiful Christmas tree:

  1. Cut out a small square from cardboard.
  2. Lubricate the tip of the skewer with glue. We stick it into cardboard and let it dry.
  3. We cut newspapers into squares of different sizes using curly scissors.
  4. Starting with the largest ones, we thread them onto a skewer so that the corner of the lower tier peeks out from under the side of the upper one.
  5. Having strung the smallest squares to the top, decorate the Christmas tree with a ribbon or glue a paper star.

Such trees can be made of different sizes and complemented with a garland of beads.

Cutting out snowflakes

DIY winter children's crafts are beautiful and sparkling, what could be better for the New Year? Paper snowflakes are incredibly easy to make, but they turn out delicate and elegant. To make them you will need white sheets, scissors and imagination. We fold the paper several times to form a triangle. Cut out the pattern, make curved lines. The less of the leaf remains, the more delicate the snowflake will turn out.

You can use ready-made templates, but it’s much more interesting to create your own. You can make a garland from ready-made snowflakes by attaching them to a thin rope. Instead of paper, use napkins, corrugated paper, candy wrappers or foil.

Candy spruce

Do-it-yourself winter crafts for kindergarten give you the opportunity to get creative. A sweet gift is a favorite treat for little fidgets. You can make a Christmas tree out of candy for yourself or give it to your family. Required materials:

  • Tinsel.

The birth of a delicious and sweet Christmas tree:

  3. Try not to drip too much glue so that the sweetness does not melt and the wrapper does not melt.
  4. Decorate with tinsel. The Christmas tree is ready!

Using candies in different wrappers, you can make the spruce brighter and shinier.

Bouquet "Winter-winter"

In the cold season, fresh flowers are not very relevant. A DIY “winter bouquet” craft can be made from materials that nature gives us. What can you find on the street:

  • Spruce branches.
  • Fir cones.
  • Sticks.

You will also need glue, ribbon, and thin wire. The cones can be glued to the sticks with glue or tied with wire. From all the collected materials, a DIY “winter bouquet” craft is assembled. We tie the branches at the bottom with a golden ribbon. To make everything look silver, spray it with glitter hairspray or special paint. You can make a sprig of rowan from red beads by stringing them on a wire.

Snowman made of threads

DIY winter crafts can be fun and funny. This is exactly what a snowman made from strings will look like.

The technique is very simple, the main thing is to prepare the necessary materials:

  • Threads.
  • PVA glue.
  • Balloons.
  • Needle.
  • Scissors.

First of all, we inflate balloons of three sizes: for the lower part, for the head and for the arms. For convenience, pour the glue into a cup. First we dip the thread into glue, then we begin to wrap it around the ball to form a mesh. When all the round pieces are ready, they need to be hung and kept in this state until completely dry. After that, take a needle and burst the ball inside the blanks. Let's take it out. Using glue, we connect all the parts of the snowman together. Glue on the eyes and nose. If desired, you can make a hat, scarf, and glue buttons.

This snowman turns out to be very delicate. You can make New Year's balls this way using multi-colored threads.

Christmas toys made of colored paper

It often happens that the simpler the decor, the better the green beauty looks. You can make toys, garlands and various pendants from colored paper. A few of the simplest options:

  1. Take red and green paper. Cut into strips of different lengths. We make a ring out of each one. We connect all the parts together and fasten them. We attach a ribbon on top. The beautiful decoration is ready. Can be made in various shades.
  2. You can make a “flashlight” from colored stripes. For this you will need paper and glue. We place the short strip in the middle, the long strips on the sides. We fasten it at the top and bottom, so that the sides form arcs, and the shape becomes like a flashlight.
  3. You can make a postcard. Think about what picture to depict. Then cut out the necessary shapes from colored paper. Make an applique. Decorate the card with buttons, sparkles, and rhinestones.
  4. By making many paper cones of various sizes, you can assemble an original Christmas tree. The more details, the taller and more elegant the tree will turn out.

With the New Year comes winter fantasy. A craft made with your own hands will not only delight you with its interesting appearance during the holiday. It's also a great way to spend time with your kids. Gather all the materials you find around the house. Use your imagination and make beautiful holiday decorations. Do not use perishable products in making crafts. Spruces and snowmen are suitable for school or kindergarten, and snowflakes and Christmas tree toys for home.

To feel the New Year approaching, you need to create it with your own hands. Decorate your home with crafts that will bring a festive mood and a little magic to your interior. Build it, it may well replace it. Or come up with original toys made from orange peel or felt. Decorate your rooms with homemade paintings of a Christmas tree or. It all depends on your imagination and New Year's mood. The works presented in the master class will help you decide on the choice of New Year's crafts and create them with your own hands.

For the first gnome craft you will need:

  • gray felt;
  • red fabric;
  • glue;
  • thread and needle;
  • scissors;
  • red paint and brush.

We cut out the shapes shown in the photo from felt and fabric. We sew the fabric parts together, then we sew the felt parts together, stuff the resulting part with cotton wool, this will be the body of the gnome. We embroider crosses at the base of the figure. Then, using a brush, we roll the cut out fabric parts into two tubes. These will make gnome legs. You can make boots for your feet. Sew the legs to the body. We make a beard from cotton wool and glue it on top of the body. Make a nose and glue it on. On top we glue the red fabric parts made earlier. The gnome is ready.

A simple and at the same time beautiful decor that gives a New Year's mood is a wreath made of mittens. Making such a wreath is easy. To do this, cut out parts in the shape of mittens, snowflakes and circles from colored cardboard. Glue circles and snowflakes onto the mittens, then assemble a wreath from the mittens and glue.

Nothing says Christmas like the smell of oranges. You can make unusual Christmas tree decorations from their peels. To do this, use a baking dish to cut out shapes from the peel and make a hole in them for tying. Toys can be hung on the Christmas tree.

Christmas tree decorations can also be made from felt, for example, in the shape of carrots, as shown in the photo. To do this, cut out the shapes, sew them together, and sew a ribbon tie on top. Cover the top seams by sewing yellow felt.

Excellent home decorations are made from fabrics and felt. From felt you can make an original picture with a Christmas tree or a garland, as shown in the photo. Sew Christmas tree decorations in the shape of stars from polka dot and checkered fabric.

Another great material for creativity is pine cones. You can use spruce branches and cones to decorate a picture frame or make a topiary. To create it, you will need a foam ball; glue pine cones and branches onto it using a hot glue gun. Place the ball on a branch and plant the finished craft in a flowerpot, cover the bottom of the pot with cones and branches and other decorative elements.

Even an old washboard can be used as home decoration. Glue a star on it, attach unusual branches to the side and tie a fabric bow. The craft is ready.

You can quickly and effectively wrap a gift thanks to cut out paper snowflakes. First, wrap the box in paper. Fold colored paper several times and cut out a snowflake as shown in the photo. Unwrap the finished snowflake, place it on the box and tie it with a rope. The gift is ready.

Check out some more ideas for DIY Winter crafts:

Winter crafts for children are an excellent option for decorating the interior and creating crafts for kindergarten.

In winter, mostly all the children stay at home, because it gets dark very early and in the evenings, as a rule, there is nothing to do.

Of course, the main color of winter crafts should be white, so the basis is mainly paper, cotton wool, synthetic padding and fabrics.

It is also important to use cones, acorns, twigs and other natural materials when creating children's winter crafts.

So, with the help of this master class, we’ll try to make some fun children’s crafts.

Winter craft for children “Polar bear”

The white polar bear is associated with the North Pole, which in turn is associated with cold winter.

Children love animals, so the idea of making a polar bear seems good to me.

To create such an original children's winter craft, we need:

  • 2 cotton pads;
  • white toothpaste;
  • cardboard;
  • scissors;
  • two large tablets in hard packaging;
  • two tablets of activated carbon;
  • sponge for cleaning shoes.

The paste must be white, since the bear is predominantly white.

Two large tablets in a hard pack are needed to create the eyes for a winter polar bear craft for kids.

We take two large tablets and carefully remove them from the package without completely tearing off the film.

We need two tablets of activated carbon to create pupils. You can take and cut a charcoal tablet so that it is smaller and dangles freely in the packaging of large tablets.

Place the charcoal tablets inside the packaging of large tablets and cover with film.

Cut a round spout from a shoe cleaning sponge.

We take cardboard and use a plate or compass to draw a circle.

Then we cut out a circle - this will be our future muzzle.

Take any white toothpaste and start applying it to the circle. There is no need to smooth it out, the paste should be applied randomly to the winter children's craft, creating curls in the wool.

This way our white polar bear will look more natural.

We take our eyes and nose and place them on the bear’s face. This must be done without waiting for the toothpaste to dry.

We also place two cotton pads on the sides - these will be our ears.

We are waiting for the winter craft for children to dry. This will take approximately two hours; you can take the polar bear’s face out onto the balcony, so it will dry faster.

We make a hole in the craft and insert a ribbon. The polar bear is ready!

Children's winter craft "Thermometer"

A funny and at the same time simple craft for children. My child had fun creating a thermometer using materials that were familiar and close to her:

  • markers;
  • white cardboard;
  • scissors;
  • warm sock or material.

This funny winter craft for children will really appeal to your child and his peers.

We take white cardboard and cut out a rounded strip in the form of a thermometer from it. If you don't want to cut anything out, you can use a wooden ice cream stick.

First you need to draw a scale with felt-tip pens. You can copy an example of a scale from a regular street thermometer. However, a children's winter craft will turn out beautiful regardless of the correctness of the drawing.

When the thermometer is ready, you need to take a warm sock and any other material and cut a strip from it for a scarf.

We cut the ends of this strip into strips, thus creating a real scarf for our winter craft for children.

We make the hat by cutting out a triangle so that the elastic of the sock is at the bottom of the hat. You can stitch it or glue it.

Tie a knot on top, leaving a tip that needs to be cut into strips.

We put a hat and scarf on the thermometer. I think it's a lot of fun.

Then you need to draw a face with felt-tip pens. Now it’s time for children’s imagination. Facial expressions can be completely different.

For a more interesting design of winter crafts for children, you can cut out a cloud from an album sheet and make some funny note on it.

The thermometer is ready! I hope he likes the weather outside!

Winter craft for children “Penguins” made from pine cones

Children love penguins, because they are so clumsy and funny that you can watch them for hours. So I decided to make penguins from pine cones as a children's winter craft.

To create one like penguins we need:

  • 3 cones (two large, one small);
  • black plasticine;
  • paints;
  • brushes and sippy cup.

There are not a lot of materials, and this is a plus for such a children's winter craft.

Well, let's get started! We start making penguins from cones by painting their bellies white.

Watercolor does this quite well, but if you have gouache it will be much better.

Watercolors require several layers, but this does not take much time.

From black plasticine we roll our penguins' heads out of cones.

Then we sculpt the wings and legs. If desired, the legs can be molded from red plasticine, it will be very cool.

Now let's start decorating winter crafts for penguin children. It is necessary to make them faces.

We sculpt the beak and eyes from plasticine and decorate them with paints.

The eyes can be made in the same way as for a polar bear, it’s up to your discretion.

The penguin family is ready!

Winter craft “Cloud with snow” for children

This is an equally wonderful and easy-to-create children's craft. The only thing is that this master class contains a needle, so you need to be extremely careful and do the sewing process yourself (if the child is small).

For a winter cloud with snow we will need materials such as:

  • blue cardboard;
  • white album sheet;
  • scissors;
  • white threads.

Making a winter craft for children is very simple. Take and cut out a cloud from blue cardboard.

Then we make snowflakes. If you want to make some beautiful and unusual snowflakes with your own hands, then look here.

We made the usual ones, but it turned out quite beautiful.

There can be as many snowflakes as you like, everything is at your discretion.

To make snowflakes hang on a cloud, you just need to sew them on.

Take the white threads and pull in the needle. We pierce the bottom of the cloud with a needle and then pierce the snowflake with the needle.

To prevent the snowflake from dangling and turning over, stretch the thread from one edge of the snowflake to the other.

Thus, we get a simple but beautiful winter craft for children, which can be hung in the room, on the door or under the chandelier (if hung under the chandelier, it is better to use double-sided colored cardboard).

Winter craft for children “Bunny” made of cotton wool

No child can resist the white fluffy ball. Such cute creatures as bunnies have long conquered the hearts of people.

Why not make a cute bunny as a winter children's craft?!

If you decide to make a hare from cotton wool you need:

  • markers;
  • white album sheet;
  • scissors;
  • PVA glue;
  • and of course cotton wool.

Cotton wool is a very pleasant material and children will have a good time working with it.

So, let's take it and make a ball of cotton wool.

Typically, cotton wool is sold in a roll, so a ball can be made by winding the cotton wool in a circle.

In the same way, we form a small tail and glue it with PVA glue.

Cut out a muzzle with ears and paws from a white album sheet.

Draw a face with felt-tip pens and glue it to the cotton wool.

Our winter craft for children “Bunny” is ready!
