Add half a teaspoon of turmeric and sauté for another minute. Next, pour in a liter of vegetable broth, bring to a boil and cook for twenty minutes. Add spices and salt to taste.

Celery soup

Cut one leek stalk into slices and saute it in two tablespoons of olive oil until soft, about ten to fifteen minutes. Add seven chopped celery stalks and a tablespoon of chopped sage and simmer for five minutes. Pour a mixture of 0.6 liters of low-fat chicken broth and 0.3 liters of skim milk, add pepper and salt, bring to a boil and cook until the celery is soft. Using a blender, puree the cooled soup and garnish with basil when serving.

Creamy tomato soup

Place three sprigs of rosemary, one tablespoon of powdered sugar, four hundred grams of bell pepper, half a liter of tomato juice, four ripe tomatoes into a blender and grind to a puree. Add half a liter of tomato juice and half a liter of fresh orange juice to the mixture, put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes. When serving, you can add your preferred spices.

Cream tomato soup

Place four or five chopped fresh tomatoes and half a liter of tomato juice in a saucepan and simmer for half an hour. Add eight fresh basil leaves to the cooled mixture and blend in a blender until creamy. Put on fire, add two tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of cream, stir and serve.

Cream of carrot soup

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a deep saucepan, add one finely chopped onion and a tablespoon of coriander seeds, fry for five minutes. Add three or four chopped carrots and simmer for another five minutes. Add a little vegetable or low-fat chicken broth and cook for about twenty minutes over low heat. Grind the cooled soup in a blender, add a little lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Add a liter of broth and heat a little.

Cut a small head of cabbage, two carrots, three large onions, five medium-sized tomatoes and one bell pepper. Pour two and a half liters of boiling water over the chopped vegetables and boil until tender. Add ground pepper and salt to taste. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

I'm not averse to losing a few kilograms of excess weight that somehow unnoticeably settled on my waist and hips over the winter. I started looking on the Internet for a suitable method and settled on vegetable soups for weight loss.

CELERY SOUP FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Ingredients:

  • Celery – 6 stalks;

  • Carrots – 3 pcs;
  • White cabbage – 200 g;
  • Fresh tomatoes – 2 pcs (or canned)

This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat it as much as you want. The soup adds no calories. Fill a thermos with it in the morning to take with you if you'll be away from home during the day.

However, you should not rely solely on this soup. The diet must be supplemented with other components.

  1. Day one. Soup and fruit. You can eat any fruit except bananas. Eat only soup and fruit. To drink, you can use unsweetened tea or coffee (without milk), cranberry juice or water (as much water as possible).
  2. Day two. Soup and vegetables. You can eat all the vegetables you want (raw, fresh or canned). Leafy greens are also acceptable. Eat it all with soup until you are satisfied. Stay away from dried legumes, green peas and corn.
  3. During lunch on this day you can eat baked potatoes with butter. Don't eat any fruit. Drink water.
  4. Day three. Soup, fruits and vegetables. Eat soup and all the vegetables and fruits you want, excluding only the baked potato. Drink water. If you really followed the diet completely for 3 days, then you could well have lost 2.5-3 kg by this time.
  5. Day four: Soup, fruits and vegetables, including bananas and skim milk. You can eat 3 bananas and drink as much water as you can, along with the soup. Eat as much soup, fresh vegetables and fruits as you want, but only 3 bananas.

What to make the soup from:

  • half a head of cauliflower and broccoli;
  • half a zucchini and a sweet pepper;
  • 1 large potato;
  • 1 onion and carrot each;
  • 2 handfuls each of beans (green) and peas (frozen);
  • 1 medium sized tomato;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • clove of garlic;
  • any greens.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour 2 liters of water into the pan and wait until it boils. During this time, prepare the vegetables.
  2. Defrost peas and beans, cut potatoes and zucchini into cubes. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into manageable pieces. Pass carrots, garlic and onions through a grater.
  3. Throw zucchini, cauliflower, potatoes and broccoli into boiling water.
  4. Fry the onion and celery over low heat for 5 minutes, add the carrots and simmer for the same amount. After this, place the vegetables in the pan.
  5. Lightly fry the peppers and tomatoes in the remaining oil and also add them to the future soup.
  6. Add beans and peas to other ingredients. Cook for a quarter of an hour. Turn off the stove, throw the herbs and garlic into the pan. Leave for 5 minutes, after which the soup will be ready.
