An instructive tale about food. A fairy tale about proper nutrition

Target: developing in children an idea of the importance of proper nutrition as an integral part of a culture of health.

Tasks:

  • develop the ideas of younger schoolchildren about proper nutrition and its importance for health;
  • to form the idea that a person’s health largely depends on his behavior;
  • develop a responsible attitude towards your health.

Equipment: multimedia projector, “flower-seven-color”, 2 Whatman paper, felt-tip pens, colored pencils, presentation “Vitamins”.

Progress of the lesson

Teacher: Hello, dear friends! I say “hello” to you, which means that I wish you all good health. Health for a person is the main value in life. But, unfortunately, we do not know how to take care of it. The body of each of us has indicators that indicate its condition. And not only doctors, but also every person needs to know them in order to maintain their health.

Only a healthy person truly enjoys life.

Student:

Everyone knows, everyone understands
It's nice to be healthy.
You just need to know
How to become healthy.
Today we are moving towards a healthy country.
We will declare war on diseases there.
Let's talk about life-giving power,
We will visit a healthy food canteen.

Teacher: One wise man was asked the question: “What is more important for a person – wealth or fame?” He replied: “Neither one nor the other, but health. A healthy beggar is happier than a sick king.”

And another warned: “We notice that the most valuable thing for us is health only when we no longer have it.”

Listen to the words of the sages and firmly remember that only you yourself can take better care of your health.

One of the rules for maintaining health is healthy eating. There is a proverb: “A man is what he eats.” This is how important food is in a person’s life. If a person eats a variety of healthy foods, then he remains healthy until old age, but there are so many different goodies around us that it is simply difficult to choose the right healthy foods.

Today we will conduct an unusual lesson with you. We will be traveling with a little girl. Together we will try to figure out what “proper nutrition” means, which foods are healthy and which pose a danger to our health.

I will read you an excerpt from a fairy tale, and you name its main character.

“He walks around, yawning, reading signs, the raven counting. Meanwhile, an unfamiliar dog came up behind me and ate all the bagels one after another: first she ate my father’s with cumin, my mother’s with poppy seeds, then with sugar.”

Children: The main character of the fairy tale was called Zhenya. Fairy tale “Flower - Seven Flowers”, author Valentin Kataev.

Teacher: What happened to the girl?

Children's answers.

Teacher: Who helped her and how?

Children: An old lady helped my wife. She gave her one flower from her garden, which is called “seven-flowered flower.”

Teacher: Why is it called that?

Children: The flower has seven colorful petals: yellow, red, blue, green, orange, purple and cyan.

The teacher opens the board. On the magnetic board, children see a flower - a seven-colored one.

Teacher: What does the flower look like?

Children: To the rainbow.

Teacher: You have all seen a rainbow. What feelings and emotions does this beauty evoke in you?

Children's answers.

Teacher: This flower will help you and I learn more about healthy eating. We will take one petal at a time, pronouncing the words in chorus (words on the screen):

Fly, fly, petal,
Through west to east,
Through the north, through the south,
Come back after making a circle.
As soon as you touch the ground -
Tell me about your health.

So, our first petal is yellow.

The student takes the petal and reads on the back: “Health”

Teacher: Say the whole word. What associations do you have when you hear this word?

Children's answers. For example:

Z – grain
D – tree
O - dandelion
R - trickle
O - autumn
B - vitamins
b – sign
E – unity

Teacher: Let's discuss what health is. What expressions do you know related to health?

Children's answers.

Proverbs and sayings about health appear on the screen. Children read in a chain and explain their meaning. (Annex 1)

Teacher: What affects our health and what does it depend on?

Children: Affected by weather, mood, ecology of our planet, nutrition, etc.

Teacher: But it also happens: a person often goes outside, follows health rules, but still gets sick. Why?

Children: Maybe because the person is not eating properly. Few vitamins enter his body.

Teacher: We have already talked in previous classes about healthy human nutrition. What can you say about healthy and tasty food?

Children: Healthy - not always tasty. Tasty is not always healthy.

Teacher: So, we conclude: To be healthy you need to eat right. Our next petal is red. It's called “Proper Nutrition”.

Children they pronounce the words in chorus (words on the screen):

Fly, fly, petal,
Through west to east,
Through the north, through the south,
Come back after making a circle.
As soon as you touch the ground -
Tell us about healthy food.

Teacher: Food can be healthy or unhealthy, that is, harmful to human health. Now we will play the game “Useful - Unuseful”. You'll clap when it comes to healthy food; if the food is unhealthy, don’t clap: juices, chocolates, candies, fruits, soups, cakes, chips, bread, cottage cheese, kefir, lemonade, ice cream, fish, porridge, vegetables, Fanta, meat, milk, berries, cookies, cutlets , pancakes.

Teacher: What is the most important thing in nutrition?

Children's answers.

Prepared student reads a poem:

To always be healthy,
Cheerful, slim and cheerful,
I'm ready to give you advice,
How to live without doctors.
You need to eat tomatoes
Fruits, vegetables, lemons,
Porridge - in the morning, soup - at lunch,
And for dinner - vinaigrette.
I need to play sports
Wash, temper,
Get into cross-country skiing
And smile more often.
Well, what if your lunch
You'll start with a bag of candy.
You’ll eat imported chewing gum,
Sweeten it with chocolate
And then for the whole evening
You'll sit down to the TV
And look in order
A series of series
Then for sure
Your companions are always -
Myopia, pale appearance
And poor appetite.

Teacher: You need to know not only what is healthy to eat, but also how to eat. The next petal, blue, will tell us about this.

Student takes off the petal and reads “How to eat properly.”

Children they read in chorus on the screen:

Fly, fly, petal,
Through west to east,
Through the north, through the south,
Come back after making a circle.
As soon as you touch the ground -
Tell us about food hygiene.

Teacher: Let's first listen to your opinion on how to eat properly.

Children's answers.

Teacher: Listen to Ya. Trakhtman's story "How to eat." (Appendix 2)

What did you take from this story that was useful to you?

Children's answers. Physical exercise.

Teacher: The next petal is green. This petal is different from other petals. It's hard to imagine a flower that has green petals. What's unusual about this petal?

Student takes a petal and reads: “Make up nutrition rules.”

Teacher: This petal has a task for us. We must think and draw up nutritional rules.

Children read on screen:

Fly, fly, petal,
Through west to east,
Through the north, through the south,
Come back after making a circle.
As soon as you touch the ground -
Help us create nutrition rules.

Children work in groups and make up rules. Then we discuss them together and draw up a general reminder.

Teacher: Let's compare your memos with the memo on the screen. Have you forgotten anything?

Vitamin A (retinol): needed to strengthen vision. It can be found in dairy and fermented milk products, carrots, lettuce, spinach, and caviar.

Student:

Remember the simple truth -
Only the one who sees better
Who chews raw carrots
Or drinks carrot juice.

Teacher: Vitamin B 1 (thiamine) and B 2 (riboflavin): with their deficiency, cracks and ulcers form in the corners of the mouth, peeling of the skin... They can be found in bread, cereals, milk, cottage cheese, cheese, eggs.

Student:

Early morning is very important
Eat oatmeal at breakfast.
Black bread is good for us
And not just in the morning.

Teacher: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is the most popular vitamin. What products contain it, you tell me yourself by guessing the riddles. (Appendix 5) If there is not enough of this vitamin, the body ceases to resist colds and infectious diseases, gum inflammation and bleeding - scurvy - appear, and immunity decreases. There is a lot of this vitamin in black currants. This berry saves us not only from colds, but also from anemia.

Student:

For colds and sore throats
Oranges help
Well, it's better to eat a lemon,
Although it is very sour.

Teacher: Vitamin D (calciferon) is rare, but one of the most important vitamins. A deficiency of this vitamin in the human body causes growth retardation and a disease such as rickets. And this vitamin is found in products of animal origin: fatty cheese, butter, egg yolk, liver, herring.

Student:

Fish oil is the healthiest
Even if it’s disgusting, you have to drink it.
He saves from illnesses
It's better to live without diseases!

Teacher: This is how important vitamins are for our body. They should be in our diet all year round.

The purple petal contains a creative task for you. Since we have two groups, I give each a piece of whatman paper. One group will draw healthy vegetables, and the other will draw fruits.

After the children have collectively completed the work, the posters are hung on the board. Brief description of each of them. Conclusion:

Drink juices, eat fruits!
These are delicious products.
Take vitamins
And improve your health.

Teacher: There is one last blue petal left to help us sum it up.

Children they read in chorus on the screen:

Fly, fly, petal,
Through west to east,
Through the north, through the south,
Come back after making a circle.
As soon as you touch the ground -
We have summed up the results!

Teacher: Today we talked about proper nutrition, about the foods that our body needs. There are products that are useful to people. These are kefir, milk, fish, vegetables, fruits, berries, etc. But there are foods that are harmful to health. This is sugar, sweets, chocolate in large quantities. There are also foods that are not harmful, but are not useful or necessary for health. This is white bread, various buns and pies. All healthy foods supply the body with energy so that it can move, play, exercise, help the body grow, and nourish it with vitamins. I want to tell you this parable: There lived a wise man who knew everything. One man wanted to prove that the sage does not know everything. Holding a butterfly in his palms, he asked: “Tell me, sage, which butterfly is in my hands: dead or alive?!” And he thinks: “If the living one says, I will kill her; if the dead one says, I will release her.” The sage, after thinking, replied: “Everything is in your hands.”

Our health is in our hands. You can't buy health, your mind gives it. We all need to learn to follow the main rule of healthy eating: “You need to eat what my body needs, and not what I want to eat.”

Student:
Healthy foods keep you healthy.
All children choose healthy foods.
We will not bring hot dogs, chips, or cola to school.
We have chosen a healthy lifestyle now.

Teacher: Thank you, goodbye guys, good morning! Many thanks to the “flower-seven-flower”, with the help of which we learned so much about proper nutrition.

ABOUT PROPER NUTRITION

for preschool children (N. Yu. Chuprina)

Completed by: Zolotareva S.V.

Igrim 2017

In the spring at the dacha.

At the beginning of May, when the warm spring sun had already warmed the earth a little, grandfather Vasya and his grandson Sanka went to the dacha. The dacha house, although old, is very warm and cozy. It has a stove and fireplace. Sanka always liked to sit by the fireplace in the evenings, looking at the fire and listening to the logs crackling. There is also an attic in the house. Various things are stored there: old toys, a sewing machine, an antique oil lamp. On the dacha plot there is an orchard where apple trees, plums, pears and various shrubs grow. And there is also a vegetable garden. Grandfather and grandmother grow various vegetables on it. Grandfather Vasya just took Sanka with him to dig up the beds and sow different seeds together.

From early morning they got to work. Grandfather dug up and fertilized the soil. Sanka made furrows in the beds and watered them. “The ground should be as soft as feathers. The seeds love it,” my grandfather liked to say.

They sowed seeds of carrots, beets, radishes, parsley and dill. We planted tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, and onions. “There will be a harvest!” - Grandfather Vasya rejoiced.

Grandpa, will we reap the harvest only in the fall? – Sanka asked as he and his grandfather sat on a bench in the yard.

No. We will collect greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, and onions all summer. We will make vitamin salads from them.

Vitamins? Why are they called that?

We eat these vegetables fresh in the summer, and they contain a lot of vitamins A, B, C, D, and if we make a salad from them, then we add vegetable oil with vitamin E. So it turns out - a vitamin salad.

Great! Grandpa, what about carrots and cabbage? – the grandson did not calm down.

Cabbage ripens at different times: early in summer, late in autumn. You should definitely eat cabbage, as it contains many useful vitamins, and especially a lot of ascorbic acid. Carrots are harvested in late summer, but some varieties ripen earlier and are eaten in early summer.

I love nibbling carrots. Mom says it's very good for teeth. “And if you eat carrots or drink carrot juice, you will grow up big and strong,” Sanka said knowingly.

“Your mother is absolutely right,” the grandfather confirmed. - Now let’s go, grandma is waiting for us, she has already set the table.

They went into the house. There, boiled potatoes were already smoking on the table, lightly salted cucumbers and crispy sauerkraut lay on the plates, tomatoes were turning red in their own juice. Grandma gave Sanka some boiled potatoes and sprinkled them with fresh herbs - parsley and dill.

Granny, where did you get the dill and parsley, since they haven’t grown in the garden yet? – Sanka was surprised.

“I grew them on the windowsill,” answered Granny.

To be honest, I don’t really like dill and parsley,” the grandson said quietly.

What are you talking about, you should definitely eat them, because they stimulate the appetite and improve digestion,” explained grandfather Vasya.

Sanka, grandparents sat at the table, ate everything that grandma had prepared and were glad that all the vegetables were from the garden.

And even though they are canned, it won’t take long for fresh tomatoes, young cucumbers, onions, carrots and green peas to appear on the table.

Birthday

Guests will arrive very soon. “It’s time to put the treats on the table,” said mom.

Sanka ran to the kitchen and began to help put salads, snacks, various juices and bread on the table. But then the long-awaited call came.

Hooray! These are my guests! – Sanka shouted and ran to open the door.

Sanka’s smartly dressed friends stood on the threshold. The guys went into the apartment and congratulated their friend on his birthday. Sanka was happy! Of course, Petya gave him a racing car with a remote control, Igorek and his brother Yura gave him the video cassette he dreamed of and a construction set, and the neighbor girl Lenochka gave him an encyclopedia about airplanes. Sanka thanked everyone for the gifts and invited the guests to the table.

The guys ate salads first, then soup, then meat with a vegetable side dish. After that, the lights in the room were turned off, and mom brought in a very beautiful cake with six candles. Sanka made his deepest wish and extinguished the candles. The guys ate cake, drank tea and talked.

It would be great to eat only cake instead of salads and a ball! – Sanka said dreamily.

No, Sasha,” my mother objected. - Lunch should consist of four courses. Snacks and salads prepare our body for the digestive process. Soup and main course provide us with the necessary amount of nutrients. Juices, compotes or tea maintain the required amount of fluid in our body. And cake is dessert. It contains a lot of sugar, and sugar in such quantities is not always good for us. Therefore, you can eat cakes, but little by little and occasionally.

After the feast, the guys played various interesting games, and those who won received various prizes. Everyone was happy. The birthday was a great success!

Interesting conversation

One hot July day, Sanka and his friends Petya, Igor and Yura were playing football in the yard. The game was very interesting! If Sanka had been at the goal, then, of course, he would not have missed a single goal. But they put Yura, Igor’s younger brother, at the goal, who, sometimes being lazy, missed goals. But still, the match turned out great!

The guys ran around, got tired and went to Sanka’s house to drink water. Everyone's mouth was dry and they were thirsty.

Now let's open the cold water tap and get drunk! - Sanka dreamed.

“What are you talking about,” Petya objected to him. - Don’t you know that you can only drink boiled water?

And why? - asked little Yura.

There are a lot of microbes in raw water. If they get into your body, you will get sick,” older brother Igorek explained to Yura.

Arriving at Sasha’s house, the guys drank boiled water and sat down to rest. At this time, Sasha’s mother came home from work.

Guys, would you like to drink some juice? - Mom suggested.

“No, we’ve already drunk a whole glass of water,” the friends answered unanimously.

Do you know how much liquid a person should drink per day? - Mom asked.

No.

Two whole liters! But it's not just water or juices. All foods and dishes contain liquid. But there is especially a lot of liquid in vegetables and fruits,” my mother explained.

I wonder, can a person live without water? - Yura asked a question.

A person can live only a few days without water, but several weeks without food,” Sanka’s mother explained.

And I really love cranberry juice. It quenches thirst. And if you have a fever, the fruit drink lowers it,” said Petya.

“And I like to drink juices, especially apple and orange,” said Igorek.

For example, I really, really love milk. I can drink it in the morning, afternoon and evening.

While talking, the friends rested and went outside again to play volleyball. Still, this is a wonderful time of year - summer!

Magic chocolate

The day was clear and clear, and the kitten Peach was gloomy and gloomy. He got lost yesterday and couldn’t find his way home. Peach hasn't eaten anything since yesterday. Something was rumbling, pouring and gurgling in his stomach. At this time, the Wise Owl flew up to Peach. While still high in the sky, she noticed that the little kitten was behaving strangely.

“What happened to you,” asked the Owl, landing on the branch of an old dry tree.

Aunt Wise Owl, I’m lost,” the kitten meowed pitifully, “Yesterday I played with a dry leaf that was flying low above the ground and rustling. I ran too far from my mother Cat. All evening and all night I tried to find my way home, but nothing worked out for me.

Don’t be sad, Kitten,” the Wise Owl felt sorry for him. I will help you, I will fly across the sky, and you will run on the ground.

Thank you, Owl! But I have no strength at all from hunger. How can I run after you? - Kitten whined.

Yes, bad luck! - Owl agreed, shaking his head. There is no food nearby.

But then she remembered that she had a small piece of dark chocolate hidden between her feathers. The Owl handed the tired Kitten some treats:

Here, eat this piece of chocolate! It will help you satisfy your hunger and give you strength so that you can get home.

The kitten ate the treat with great pleasure. After a while, his stomach stopped rumbling, and the kitten felt the strength to run home along the road that the Wise Owl would show.

Very soon Peach found himself in his mother's arms. He thanked the Owl for a long time for helping him out of trouble.

You know, mom, the Wise Owl treated me to magic chocolate. Thanks to him I was able to get home.

Wow, wow, wow! The Owl laughed. – This is not magic chocolate at all, but the most ordinary one. It’s just that chocolate is very quickly absorbed by the body, quenches the feeling of hunger and gives strength. If I had nuts, honey or ice cream with me, they would help you just like chocolate.

For a long time the Wise Owl circled in the sky, and for a long time she listened to the happy purring of Mother Cat and Peach.

Little Piglet Donut.

One morning the little pig Donut was walking through the forest edge. He saw a stump, sat down on it and began to yawn. Not far away stood a spreading tree with a large hollow. The Wise Owl lived in this hollow. She saw a yawning pig and said:

Donut, why are you yawning? Didn't you sleep last night?

How not to sleep, slept. But it’s just bad: I spun and spun all night, had bad dreams.

“Yes, everything is clear,” answered the owl.

“What is clear to you,” Peach didn’t understand.

And the fact that yesterday before going to bed you probably had a very, very hearty dinner. Right?

That’s right,” Donut admitted. – I ate many, many vegetables, acorns, sweets. I also ate a cake, but it was very small.

Do you know, my dear piglet, that dinner is the last meal before bedtime. It should be light. The body must rest at night. Your stomach instead digests the food. Remember, Donut, you should only eat light food for dinner.

What kind of light is it? – asked the piglet.

These are casseroles, cottage cheese, yogurt, omelet, kefir, fruit.

Now everything is clear to me. Thank you, Wise Owl! The piglet was about to move on, but the owl stopped him.

I almost forgot, Donut! Remember one more rule: you need to have dinner two hours before bedtime. You remembered?

Yes! Thank you again and goodbye!

Milk, Yogurt and Kefir.

In the dairy store, on the neighboring shelves there were various products: milk, kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese, yogurt, fermented baked milk, sour cream. People were very happy to buy these dairy products, put them in bags, bring them home and put them in the refrigerator. And they were put in the refrigerator because they absolutely did not like warmth and heat. The warm air made them feel sick and they turned sour. And in the cold they felt good, even very good.

One day Milk, Kefir and Yogurt ended up in the same refrigerator. They stand in the refrigerator, cooling down.

Suddenly Milk began to stir, fuss and speak:

Come on, Kefir and Yogurt, move over! It is not suitable for me, the King of all dairy products, to stand in crowded conditions. I need space.

Why are you so proud of your milk? Explain to us! - asked Kefir.

Why explain? Not only does it contain a hundred different substances that every person needs, but it is also easily absorbed by the body.

Just think, it's easy to digest! - Yogurt objected. - I am also very easy to learn. But special bacteria live inside me, which, when they enter the human body, fight pathogens of all kinds of diseases! Here!

What, Yogurt, do you think you’re the only one who fights pathogens? I am also a very healthy and medicinal food product. Children love me very much! - Kefir did not calm down.

And I come in cherry, blueberry, and apricot. You can drink me, or you can eat me with a spoon! - Yogurt said proudly. Yogurt and Kefir argued for a long time. But then it intervened again

Milk:

Be that as it may, all the same, I, milk, am the basis for you, yogurt, and for you, kefir, and for fermented baked milk, and for cottage cheese. Even butter is obtained by churning sour cream, and sour cream is obtained from milk.

Yes, you can’t argue with that! indeed you, milk, are the King of all dairy products, said Yogurt and Kefir.

After listening to all this, Milk became kinder and said:

Okay, brother Yogurt and brother Kefir, and now you really are like brothers to me, let’s stand next to each other on the same shelf. We don't need to quarrel!

So they stood side by side: Milk, Yogurt and Kefir, until the hostess came and took them out of the refrigerator.

Two mice

This happened at noon, when all the forest animals hid from the heat: some climbed into a cold hole, others hid in the dense bushes. And the heat caught the two mouse friends just as they were running through the village garden. They hid under a cucumber leaf, caught their breath and began to look around: they were thirsty, hungry. They look, there is a young cucumber hanging, green with pimples. The mice began to gnaw on it. The cucumber crunches and the mice rejoice.

What a wonderful cucumber! - said the first Mouse.

Yes,” the second confirmed, “we ate and quenched our thirst.” Cucumber has a lot of liquid.

In general, I love all vegetables: cabbage, potatoes, and especially carrots, because they are sweet, tasty and healthy. My mother told me that if you eat carrots and drink carrot juice, you will grow faster and be strong and healthy.

“I also love all vegetables,” agreed the second Mouse. “But I don’t like onions and garlic.” Look at those beds over there. My nose, even from here, feels that they are growing there.

Yes, these vegetables have an unusual smell. But they are very useful. They contain so many useful, I would even say medicinal, substances. If you eat a little garlic or onion every day, you will never get sick.

And if this happens, then these vegetables will help you again. You need to chop them finely and breathe in the fumes that come from them. Substances that will help cure a runny nose will enter your body through your nose. And if you eat garlic or onions, then the harmful microbes will die and the disease will recede,” the first Mouse explained to the second.

Great! “Now I will eat onions and garlic so that I don’t get sick,” said the second Mouse.

The sun had already stopped being so hot and our friends, rested and happy, set off further on their journey.

Wranglers

One day, the sugar bowl standing on the table heard strange sounds coming from the stove on which the pots stood:

Drink-puff! - said one pan.

“Puff-puff-puff,” the other answered.

The Sugar Bowl listened. And this is what she heard:

“I am the most delicious and healthy porridge,” the buckwheat porridge puffed.

No no! “I am the most delicious and healthy,” the oatmeal objected to her.

You can cook me in water or milk. And if you add sugar, then I will become even tastier,” the buckwheat woman did not calm down.

Just think, - answered the oatmeal. - But if you add not only sugar, but also jam or raisins, then I will become even more healthy and tasty!

But I am the most useful porridge,” buckwheat did not calm down. - I contain the most useful substances necessary for the health of every person.

“I also have useful substances and many vitamins that help children grow healthy and strong,” answered the oatmeal.

And if you add butter to me, then I become many times tastier!

So what! Butter also makes me taste better. But I have two names: Oatmeal and Hercules,” Ovsyanka boasted.

This dispute would have continued for a long time if the Teapot, the boss of all the dishes, had not intervened.

“I’ll say this,” said the Teapot, “any porridge is a healthy food that will help a person become healthy and strong. Porridge contains a lot of vitamins and various substances that are necessary for all people, especially children. If you add berries, jam, raisins or nuts to the porridge, it will become even tastier and healthier. There are many different porridges in the world: rice, pearl barley...

Semolina and corn,” Sugar Bowl picked up.

That's right, that's right! “They are all healthy products,” said Kettle.

Kashi calmed down and stopped arguing. Soon the hostess came and turned off the fire under the pots.

Cat visiting Pig

One day the Pig invited her neighbor the Cat for lunch. She set the table, laid out a beautiful tablecloth, put out all sorts of food: ice cream, cake, and all sorts of candies: Mars and Snickers, chips and Coca-Cola soda. The Pig is sitting at the table, waiting for the Cat.

The Cat came, said hello, looked at the table and said:

Dear Pig! Are you going to eat all this?

Yes, oink-oink. And what? – the Pig did not understand.

Like what? – the Cat was surprised. – After all, these are products harmful to the body. If you eat them, your stomach will hurt. Moreover, your teeth will hurt and you will have to treat them. They might even have to be torn out. Your body may also become covered in acne. This very often happens to those who eat a lot and often of candy.

So what should we do? – asked the frightened Pig. “We will remain hungry, and these foods will spoil.” I don't want to throw them away.

Don't worry, Pig! Place these products in the refrigerator. They can be stored there for a long time. You will eat them only occasionally and a little at a time. And now I will bring you something that you can and should eat.

The cat ran to her home and after a while returned with a basket. From it I laid out carrots, cabbage, beets, apples, pears for the Pig, and milk, sour cream and cottage cheese for myself.

Here, Pig, help yourself!

The pig ate the vegetables with great pleasure.

Thank you, Cat! Very tasty, and most importantly healthy! Now I will always choose the healthiest products for myself. And I will eat candy, ice cream and cake only occasionally.

And you, children, what other healthy products do you know?

lemon

Behind the mountains, behind the forests, far, far from our place there is a fruit city. Only fruits live in it: juicy apples and pears, delicate velvety peaches and apricots, bright yellow bananas and lemons, round oranges, grapefruits, tangerines. All fruits are friends with each other, help each other. But sometimes troubles happen.

One day little Lemon was walking down the street and humming a funny song.

He was in a great mood. It was an early summer morning, birds were chirping, a bright, warm sun was shining in the sky. Suddenly two friends rolled out towards Lemonchik - Mandarin and Orange.

Ha ha ha! - they laughed. - Look who's coming! Sour Lemon, brrr! Tasteless! Ugly!

Hearing this, Lemon was very upset. He burst into tears and ran to his mother.

“Don’t be offended by them, son,” said my mother. - They are wrong. You are very beautiful to me. Yellow, looks like the sun. Juicy, very healthy. You have a lot of vitamins. And the fact that you are sour is not a problem! If you sprinkle a lemon wedge with sugar, it becomes sweet and sour.

Lemon calmed down a little. His mood improved.

“You must forgive Orange and Tangerine,” my mother advised, “after all, they are your relatives.” We all belong to the same family - the citrus family. We are all juicy, tasty and very healthy. We have many vitamins and other substances necessary for health. We can't quarrel!

Lemon, after listening to his mother, ran outside. He met Orange and Tangerine and explained to them why they should not quarrel. After that, the friends ran to play football and never quarreled again.

Masha and the orchard

Once upon a time there lived a girl Masha. Every morning she came to her orchard. Various trees and shrubs grew in it. Apples, cherries, plums, chokeberries, sea buckthorn, rose hips, gooseberries, red and black currants greeted the little housewife with the rustle of leaves. Masha looked after the garden, watered and fertilized the trees and shrubs. She liked to walk in the garden. On hot summer days it was light and cool.

One day Masha fell ill. She developed a fever, her throat became red and it became painful to swallow. The trees and bushes became worried, tilted their branches to the ground, and began to think about how to help Mashenka. A breeze blew and whispered to them that a drink made from rose hips could save Masha. It will help reduce the temperature. The fruits of black and red currants will also reduce body temperature and enrich the body with vitamins. And the breeze whispered about the benefits of raspberry jam, tasty and fragrant. If you drink raspberry tea, your sore throat will decrease. And, of course, you need to cook different compotes: apple-cherry, apple-pear, plum. They will quench thirst, which often torments patients, and improve appetite. The trees were happy that they could help Masha. They straightened their branches and rustled their leaves. Masha’s mother understood what the trees and bushes wanted to tell her. She gave her daughter tea with raspberry jam and rosehip infusion. The girl ate red and black currant berries and drank healthy compote.

The next day Masha felt much better. She went out into her favorite orchard and thanked the trees and bushes for their help. The garden rustled with green leaves for a long time, rejoicing at the girl’s quick recovery.

Spice State

In a certain kingdom called the Spice State, there lived a king. His name was Laurus. His wife, Princess Gvozdika, affectionately called the king “Bay Leaf.”

“I am a king, I am the chief among spices,” Laurus said to his subordinates. “Wreaths are made from my leaves and placed on the heads of winners of sports competitions, poets and heroes.

Of course, of course, dear Bay leaf,” Gvozdika agreed with her husband, “but I appreciate you not only for this, but also for the fact that if your leaves are added to different dishes, they acquire an unusual smell and taste.

After these words, Laurel proudly raised his head and looked around at his devoted servants: Mint, Caraway, Horseradish and Vanilla.

Oh, if you only knew how much I like your smell, dear Carnation! Laurus said dreamily. The essential oils you release not only have a pleasant smell, but also special

properties.

What are these properties? asked the old man Cumin.

O’ My grandmother also told me,” Gvozdika continued, “that in ancient times people wore beads made of cloves around their necks, put them in their mouths and chewed them when visiting the sick. It was believed that by doing all this, a person would not become infected.

After these words, all the subjects bowed their heads, as a sign of respect, before their queen.

One day, Salt came to visit the Spice State. Laurus invited all the residents to the palace to introduce Salt to various spices.

Dear subjects! Please love and respect -. Salt!

The most important flavoring additive! A person cannot live without salt. One adult needs seven kilograms of salt per year for normal nutrition.

Can't be! Horseradish could not resist. This is simply amazing!

And now, dear Sol, allow me to introduce you to the inhabitants of my state: Cumin is a wild plant. Its fruits are used for pickling vegetables, they are added to soups and sauces

and bread,” Laurus said proudly.

“And also, I stimulate the appetite and improve digestion,” old Caraway added modestly.

He bowed and stepped aside.

I ask you to love and favor - Horseradish, in all its glory. Horseradish has never been particularly modest and began to praise himself:

Look at me: I have both tops and roots. My leaves are indispensable for pickling cucumbers and tomatoes. And dishes from my root are the hottest seasoning for meat, fish and vegetable dishes. I am the healthiest, as I have a lot of vitamins C and B.

“Not the best at all,” objected old Caraway. - Don't be ashamed of you. Fuck, praising yourself? Standing here all white and not blushing!

Why, if beets are added to me, then I even become very red.

Well, everything is clear to me with Horseradish,” said Sol. And what kind of gentle beauty is this standing to the side?

Ooh! This is irresistible Vanilla,” Laurus declared with undisguised pride. Vanilla approached the guest.

What a wonderful smell! - Sol said, inhaling the aroma.

“You haven’t tasted it yet,” responded Carnation.

Our Vanilla is used to flavor cookies, biscuits, marshmallows and many other confectionery products.

If you allow me, I will add,” said the beautiful Vanilla modestly.

Of course of course! - Laurus allowed.

I am also used in the process of preparing medicines, to give them a pleasant taste and smell. Vanilla bowed and went back to her previous place.

“For some reason I don’t see our Mint,” the king asked.

I'm here! Sorry I'm late. I brewed my leaves to make mint tea so that those who are very anxious would calm down by drinking my tea, and those who suffer from insomnia would fall into a sound sleep after tasting this drink.

This is very good quality! - Sol agreed.

“Mint also gives food a refreshing taste and pleasant aroma,” added Gvozdika.

What useful inhabitants live in your State! Sol said with delight. -. I will definitely tell all my friends about spices, which give foods and dishes a unique taste and beneficial properties. After this there was a feast for the whole spicy world.

Waiting for guests

Sanka was looking forward to this day. Today is his birthday. He turns six years old and his friends come to him: Petya, Igorek with his younger brother Yura and the neighbor girl Lenochka. The guys will bring different gifts. “I wonder what friends will give? Maybe a car or a plane, or maybe an interesting book?” - Sanka dreamed. His thoughts were interrupted by his mother:

Son, help me set the table!

Mom took out a snow-white tablecloth, porcelain plates with a gold border, crystal glasses and other beautiful dishes.

Mom, why did you take these dishes? Maybe we can put the dishes that we use every day? – asked Sanka.

No, son. When you are expecting guests for a festive dinner, you need to cover the table with a beautiful tablecloth and place cutlery according to the number of guests: plates, forks, spoons, knives, glasses for drinks. The dishes, of course, should be beautiful. Guests will be pleased to sit at such a table,” my mother explained.

Sanka began to happily help his mother set the table.

“You know, son,” said my mother, “before, in the palaces of Moscow sovereigns, plates, forks and spoons were served only to guests of honor, while the hosts themselves took the pre-cut food with their hands.” But the great Russian Tsar Peter decided to restore order - to teach the Russian nobles good manners. He ordered us to study a book that told us how to behave in society and how to behave correctly at the table. Since that time, they stopped taking food with their hands, and began to use forks, knives and spoons.

How interesting! - Sanka exclaimed. “I’ll definitely tell the guys about this.”

Mom and son laid out all the dishes. To top it off, mom skillfully rolled napkins into cones and placed them on empty plates.

The table turned out wonderful!

Does Yulia have no appetite?

I just see that she

Definitely not sick.

And I'll tell you, girl,

Everyone eats, both beast and bird,

From hares to kittens.

Everyone in the world wants to eat.

An elephant has breakfast in the morning -

He loves fruits.

The mouse loves cheese and butter.

The doctor said goodbye to Yulia -

And if an adult body can cope with the lack of some vitamins for some time, then such “hunger” is contraindicated for a child. After all, all the child’s organs and systems are not yet fully formed; they need an uninterrupted “supply” of useful substances for proper development. Especially during school years, when the brain seriously needs its daily bread.

3 slide. Today we will tell a “Good Tale of Health” based on the fairy tale “Little Red Riding Hood”. But we will refer to our time.

Who knows the fairy tale about Little Red Riding Hood? (Charles Perrault)

Why does she have such an unusual name?

Once upon a time there was a girl. Her name was Little Red Riding Hood.

Little Red Riding Hood and her mother lived in the city amid car noise, factory smoke and eternal bustle. Mom worked late, and the girl was alone most of the day. After school, she had a quick snack. She didn’t want to heat the first one, so dry sandwiches helped out.

Day after day time passed. Little Red Riding Hood turned 10 years old. The mother looks at her daughter and doesn’t know whether to rejoice at her or shed tears. My daughter became emaciated, pale, and began to get sick often. My mother thought and thought and decided to send her daughter to the village to visit her grandmother for the summer holidays. She will definitely help her.

The school year ended and Little Red Riding Hood went to her grandmother in the village of Pokhlebkino. “It was so beautiful all around,” the girl thought, standing on a country road. On one side of the road there were endless fields, and on the other, a forest. A lake was visible nearby. And what a smell it was! It smelled like blooming May herbs and flowers, birds sang around, beetles buzzed overhead, I wanted to sing and laugh.

Here is grandma's house. Marfa Vasilievna hurried to meet the guest.

“My granddaughter,” said the grandmother and, kissing her beloved granddaughter, handed her bread and salt on a beautiful towel.

Granny, why is this? - asked Little Red Riding Hood.

According to ancient Russian custom, dear guests are greeted with bread and salt. Moreover, she baked it herself. And the healthiest bread I have is bran. Taste it, granddaughter, and let’s go home.

The hut was light and cozy. It also smelled wonderful.

Grandma, where does this pleasant smell come from?

This is all my assistant stove doing magic.

And indeed, a delicious smell came from the oven.

Granny, will you give me a try?” the granddaughter clapped her hands.

Not only try, but you will eat both delicious and healthy food when visiting me.

Grandma, it doesn't happen like that. My mother often advises me to eat healthy things, but they don’t taste good,” the girl frowned.

It's not tasty there: it contains dyes and preservatives. And I have everything natural whatever Mother Nature throws out, that’s what we cook from. I will treat you every day, and you take note and remember. And in a month, your other illness will disappear. You will return home healthy and strong.

Grandma and how is your Buryonka doing?

Okay honey, now you can taste her milk. And for milk - oatmeal cookies. Only wash your hands before eating Do not forget.

Granny, do children really need milk?

And how . Milk is a source of protein and calcium. For children's growth the body needs proteins. Therefore, to grow up healthy, you need to drink milk, eat meat, fish, buckwheat, nuts.

Children need calcium for teeth growth. I'll cook you breakfast milk porridge with fruits.

Grandma, you know everything in the world!

A child’s body also needs vitamins. And my vitamins grow in the garden beds.

You have a lot of grass there!

This is a granddaughter, not grass, but your health grows in the beds. Dill, parsley, lettuce, sorrel, onion- there is a lot of greenery in this vitamins and minerals.

Let's go to the table and try my food.

Marfa Andreevna’s table, as always, is filled with dishes: a salad of vegetables with herbs, green cabbage soup, baked chicken and boiled potatoes with dill.

Granny, why so much, I’ll burst.

What are you talking about, baby? This is what I chose. Eat a little of everything and you will be full and taste the treat. Remember You can't overeat!

Working with students: -What should you do before eating?

Who loves milk? How is it useful? What is calcium needed for? Protein? What should you eat for breakfast? What do you eat for breakfast? Summary of the benefits of protein and calcium (pictures on the board)

What did the grandmother treat her granddaughter for lunch? Why should you eat salad and lots of greens? What vitamins do you know? What is a must-have for lunch? Why? How did your grandmother cook? I baked it in the oven. Who will go to your grandmother in the village during the holidays?

I hope that we did not travel in vain, that each of you learned a lot of interesting things, that you will all strive to become healthy, strong and beautiful,

. Summary of the lesson.

What nutrition rules do you know?

What are the nutritional benefits of vegetables and fruits?

Do you want to be healthy?

Security Question: - Put only healthy products in my cart.

The boy Fedya Egorov became stubborn at the table:
- I don’t want to eat soup and I won’t eat porridge. I don't like bread!
The soup, porridge and bread took offense at him, disappeared from the table and ended up in the forest. And at this time an angry hungry wolf was prowling through the forest and said:
- I love soup, porridge and bread! Oh, how I wish I could eat them!
The food heard this and flew straight into the wolf's mouth. The wolf has eaten his fill, sits contentedly, licking his lips. And Fedya left the table without eating. For dinner, mom served potato pancakes with jelly, and Fedya became stubborn again:
- Mom, I don’t want pancakes, I want pancakes with sour cream!
Before Fedya had time to finish this, the pancakes disappeared from the plate. We found ourselves in a forest where an angry, hungry wolf lived, and again the wolf ate everything. At breakfast everything happened again. Before Fedya could even finish saying that he didn’t like a bun with butter, the bun disappeared. The only thing left on the table was a mug of cocoa. And it always became like this, as soon as Fedya spoke badly about food, it disappeared and immediately found itself in the mouth of a wolf. Fedya stopped growing due to malnutrition and even began to weaken. In the yard, the guys considered him the smallest and weakest. The wolf, on the contrary, began to grow and get stronger. Now he didn’t have to work, he began to become arrogant and began to offend the little ones. When he became stronger, the wolf declared himself the master of the forest and forbade hares, squirrels, hedgehogs, mice, and frogs to pick mushrooms, berries and nuts in the forest. Only the wolf was a little afraid of the bear, but he was friends with the fox.
One day, the boys from the yard where Fedya lived were planning to go on a hike into the forest, but they didn’t want to take Fedya with them. “You,” they say, “are weak. You’ll be left behind even more.” But Fedya wanted to go with them so much, he asked them so much that the guys took pity on him and took him with them. The guys walked into the forest together, cheerfully, with cheerful songs. But Fedya quickly got tired and began to lag behind the squad. Then he decided to sit down on a stump, rest, gain strength and catch up with the guys with renewed vigor. As soon as Fedya sat down, he heard someone crying in the bushes. I took a closer look, and this little gray bunny was crying and wiping its face with its paws.
- Bunny, why are you crying? – Fedya asked the bunny. And the bunny answers him:
- How can I not cry, I had a garden with cabbage, I looked after it so much, tried so hard, and a wolf came, trampled and pulled out all the cabbage. It won’t grow now, I won’t have a harvest.
- So you wouldn’t allow this to happen, you would give this wolf a hard time! - said Fedya, shaking his fist.
“What are you talking about,” the bunny answers, “how can I ask him?” The wolf is so big, so strong. He finds fault with everyone, offends everyone. He declared himself the owner of the forest and does not allow us to pick mushrooms and berries in the forest.
- The wolf hurts everyone! - Fedya was indignant, - where is he, I’ll deal with him now!
“What are you, what are you, boy,” the bunny became worried. “You can’t handle him, you’re so small, so weak, but the wolf is strong and big.” Some bad boy doesn't eat his food and the wolf eats it all. The wolf now knows no work at all, always walks around well-fed, grows stronger day by day and becomes angrier and more impudent. You, boy, get out of here quickly, otherwise he will see you and ask you questions.
“It’s true,” Fedya thinks, “I’m so weak, I’m even lagging behind the guys.” Fedya realized that the bad boy the bunny was talking about was him. He felt ashamed.
“Don’t be upset, bunny,” he said to the bunny, “there are a lot of berries and mushrooms in the forest, you won’t get lost, and we’ll deal with the wolf.”
Fedya ran to catch up with the guys, and they, seeing that he had fallen behind, were already returning to him. Misha gave him his stick, it’s more convenient to walk through the forest with a stick, Kolya took his backpack, and the guys went on.
Returning home from the hike, Fedya quickly washed his hands and began to wait for his mother to start setting the table. As soon as mother began to cover, Fedya began to help her. Together we quickly set the table and the whole family sat down to eat. Fedya ate everything that was served and even asked for more. But the wolf remained hungry. The next time, Fedya also ate everything himself, and the wolf remained hungry again. The wolf is no longer used to working, he sits hungry and angry and waits for Fedya to refuse food, but Fedya begins to eat everything himself. Moreover, Fedya began to do exercises every day, began to get stronger day by day, but the wolf, on the contrary, began to weaken.
When the guys once again got ready to go into the forest, everyone unanimously chose Fedya as commander. The guys came to the forest, and Fedya asked the animals:
- Where is the evil wolf who offends you?
And the animals answer:
- Our wolf has already corrected himself, he no longer offends us.
And it’s true that the wolf has no time to chase the guys, he needs to work, he needs to get food.

“Before I sit down at the table, I will think about what to eat.”

Word "v i t a m i n " invented by the American scientist Casimir Funk. He discovered a substance (“amine”) contained in the shell of rice grains, which is vital for people. Connecting the Latin word vita(“life”) with “amine”, we get the word “vitamin”.

Vitamin A - This is a growth vitamin. It also helps your eyes maintain vision. You can find the vitamin in milk, carrots and green onions.

For four thousand years, one vegetable rich in vitamins, irreplaceable even today, has been eaten - carrots. In the old days, it was considered a delicacy of gnomes - fairy-tale forest people.

There was a belief: if you take a bowl of steamed carrots to the forest in the evening, in the morning you will find an ingot of gold in that place. At night, the gnomes will eat carrots and pay generously for their favorite food. Trusting people carried bowls of carrots into the forest, but, alas, they did not find gold.

Carrots contain a lot of useful elements. These are carotene, vitamins A, B, C, D. Since ancient times, they knew about the healing properties. It was used to treat diseases of the nasopharynx, heart, and liver. The juice strengthens resistance to the flu, treats throat, bronchitis, cleanses the blood, improves digestion.

Vitamin B present in different products: in oatmeal, which you eat for breakfast, and in black bread, and in peanuts, and in bran.
And one more secret:
It boosts your immunity.

Vitamin C found in fruits and vegetables. They contain fiber and juices that are necessary for the body, especially a growing one like yours. Vegetables are healthy and tasty food. They can be eaten both boiled and raw. Cheerful red radishes and young green onions, cabbage, sorrel, zucchini, tomato, cucumber, pumpkin - everything is pleasing to the eye and good for health.
Cabbage is a very ancient plant, and many other edible plants have evolved from it. Many thousands of years ago, cabbage was a useless plant that grew along the sea coasts of Europe. It had bright yellow flowers and wrinkled leaves. More than one hundred and fifty varieties of cultivated plants originated from this wild ancestor. The most famous are regular cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli and kohlrabi.

In Russian villages they fed on white cabbage for almost a whole year. Everything in cabbage is edible. It is very useful to eat cabbage raw, in the form of a salad. Cabbage has an excellent taste and is also rich in valuable vitamins. It contains a lot of vitamin C. Raw or sauerkraut stimulates the appetite. A cabbage leaf can be used to treat your head.

Vitamin D – saves your teeth. A person's teeth become soft and brittle if there is not enough of this vitamin. It can be found in milk, fish, cottage cheese.

Now let's see which foods are beneficial and which are harmful to our body.

Porridge – the most suitable dish for breakfast. It contains a lot of nutrients and is easily absorbed by the body. Buckwheat porridge is the most useful. Next, porridge made from oats and rice. And semolina porridge is the most high-calorie product. Porridge should be eaten before a test, competition or work.

But guys, you should know and remember foods that do more harm to our body than they do good - chips, crackers, kirieshki, lemonade, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, etc.
