Proper nutrition should be based on the principles of diversity, usefulness and folk tradition. In the diet of a family, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, macro- and microelements, minerals and vitamins must be present in a balanced proportion. In every family, food rules are passed down from generation to generation. The task of the modern family is to preserve this tradition and pass it on to the next generations. Many obstacles stand in the way, including the widespread use of fast food and the excess of carbohydrates (pastry and sweets) in modern life.

In our opinion, the active acquaintance and use of tasty and healthy dishes of traditional Russian cuisine in everyday life can serve as a solution. Breakfast - porridge, lunch - soup, dinner - vegetable, fish or dairy dishes. Russian folklore gives us confirmation of the correctness of these traditions. There are many such proverbs and sayings: “Russian porridge is our mother. What a dinner, if there is no porridge. Shchi and porridge are our food. You won't spoil the porridge with butter. Kasha is our breadwinner. In the native house and the porridge is thicker. You can’t feed a family without porridge.” Oatmeal, buckwheat, semolina, barley, pearl barley, corn, rice, millet - this is just the main list of cereals that are necessary in our diet. It is they who give a boost of energy for the whole day, as they contain the necessary balance of nutrients (fiber, vegetable protein, carbohydrates), minerals and vitamins (especially group B).

One of the healthy and nutritious dishes for lunch are soups (borscht, cabbage soup, fish, meat, vegetables, dairy and others). Firstly, soups are quite satisfying and at the same time light, they are quickly absorbed by the body, improve digestion. All foods in soups retain more nutrients due to cooking. Soups from vegetables have preventive and stimulating properties, they help the body restore fluid balance, and as a result, stabilize blood pressure levels. The latter is relevant in urban conditions, not only for adults, but also for children, where most people lead a sedentary lifestyle. Chicken broth soups are useful for colds. Puree soups contain many vitamins and microelements useful for humans. .

Communication plays an important role in human life, and in the life of a child it is one of the factors in the formation of personality. In families where parents find time to communicate with children, are ready to talk heart to heart with them, help with deed and word, the child develops a positive self-esteem, self-confidence.

Thus, having considered the main components of a healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to fix their necessity and completeness for the normal and effective functioning of both an individual family member and the family as a whole.

Our family is very serious about the formation and observance of the daily routine and hygiene. Great importance is attached to the ratio of periods of wakefulness and sleep in accordance with age and individual characteristics. My sleep is 9 hours, adults sleep 7-8 hours. There are also family differences. So my grandfather and mother, if possible, prefer to take 0.5-1 hour for a short sleep in the daytime, which gives them the opportunity to recuperate and continue active professional and social activities. Compliance with the rules of hygiene is something that is taught in our family from childhood. Washing hands before eating and after a walk, keeping the body, clothes, shoes, bed linen clean, obligatory brushing of teeth 2 times a day - these are the basic rules that I have known since early childhood.

In nutrition, our family adheres to the following rules: balance, variety and systematic. Breakfast in my family is mainly represented by cereals (oatmeal, semolina, buckwheat), cottage cheese, sandwiches with butter and cheese, fruits. This tradition of healthy breakfast has been passed down in our family from generation to generation and provides a healthy and cheerful start to each day.

For lunch, our family prefers to eat soups. Some of the favorite soups that mother and grandmother cook are borscht with rabbit meat, vegetable puree soup with ground beef, pea soup, pickle, cabbage soup. The practice of kung fu gives me the opportunity to better know my physical and psychological capabilities, educates character and willpower, gives me the opportunity to master and consolidate the skills of self-defense and behavior in extreme situations, improves health, increases the body's resistance to infectious and colds. The kung fu section for me is also mentorship of a coach, communication with friends, tea parties, a summer sports camp. Not only do I go to the section in the family, my mother also goes to regular fitness workouts, which bring her not only the necessary physical activity, but also a charge of positive emotions.

Communication in our family is of great importance as a factor in the normalization of the psychological well-being of each family member. Negative emotions, which are constantly present in a person's life, necessarily lead to stress, which, in turn, leads to illness. In order to reduce their influence, it is very important to spend more free time with the whole family, expand opportunities for cultural leisure, and communicate on the basis of respect and understanding.

Our family visits museums, concerts, goes on excursions, rests at the seaside. On weekends, we like to visit grandparents, go to the park for a walk or create a culinary masterpiece together. In the life of our family there is always aa positive outlook on an event. Such an understanding of life is primarily based on faith in God, self-confidence and family support. I love my family!
