How to cook soup with canned saury

  1. We pre-clean all vegetables. Chop the onion as finely as possible, grate the carrots into large strips.
  2. Cut the potato tubers into small cubes or bars.
  3. Sauté the onion in hot oil for 3-5 minutes. Stir the cuts all the time, do not allow them to burn!
  4. Add carrots. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes, adding a little oil if necessary.
