General characteristics:
Basic physical and chemical properties: crushed mixture of heterogeneous particles of plant raw materials of gray-green color with white, whitish-yellow, pinkish-violet, brown-violet impurities; the smell is strong, aromatic; the taste of the water extract is bitter, spicy;
Compound: 1 g of collection contains motherwort herb 25%, oregano herb 25%, thyme herb 25%, valerian rhizomes with roots 17%, sweet clover herb 8%.
Release form. Powdered plant material.
Pharmacotherapeutic group. Sleeping pills and sedatives.

Pharmacological properties.
Pharmacodynamics. The components of the collection contain alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, essential oil, organic acids, mineral salts, terpenoids, isovaleric acid and other substances. This complex of biologically active compounds has a sedative effect, reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, and has antispasmodic properties.
Pharmacokinetics. Not studied.
Indications for use. Increased nervous excitability, sleep disturbances, early stage of arterial hypertension, spasms of the gastrointestinal tract.
Directions for use and doses. 2 filter bags (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, heat and leave for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bag with a spoon, then squeeze it out. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take 1/3 cup orally warm 4 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 10 - 14 days. The break between courses of treatment is 10 days.
For children aged 3 to 12 years, the dose is set individually depending on body weight. Children weighing up to 25 kg - ½ cup (100 ml) of the infusion prepared from one sachet, children weighing up to 40 kg - 1 glass (200 ml) of the infusion prepared from one sachet.
Side effect. Allergic reactions are possible (hyperemia, rashes, itching, photosensitivity).
Contraindications. Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Children under 3 years of age.
Overdose. In case of an overdose, fatigue, drowsiness, and dizziness may occur, which requires discontinuation of the drug, and if these effects are severe, the prescription of caffeine.
Features of application.
Pregnancy and lactation.
The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is possible only when the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus/child.
Effect on the ability to drive a car or operate complex machinery.
Use the drug with caution when driving and working with complex mechanisms.
Interaction with other drugs. Strengthens the effect of sleeping pills; the infusion can be combined with other sedatives and cardiovascular drugs.
Storage conditions. Store out of the reach of children, in a dry place protected from light. Prepared infusion - in a cool (8 - 15C) place for no more than 2 days.
Shelf life – 2 years.
