And what an exhibition the visitors saw! Even the mayor of the city of Korocha, Sergei Ivanovich Novikov, was endlessly surprised by the skill and painstaking work of the authors. The audience was pleased with the creative concert prepared by the participants of the veterans' choir, headed by Tatyana Georgievna Litvinova.

On October 8, the masters of our House of Crafts took an active part in the regional festival “All seasons in the Belgorod region. Tourist autumn” in the village of Rakitnoye. The craftsmen presented their wonderful works to the guests of the festival - straw appliqué, souvenir dolls, sets of beaded jewelry, wood painting. They were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and care shown by the organizers of the festival, especially by the librarian of the Rakityan House of Culture, Galina Vladimirovna.
On October 14, the Center for Cultural and Leisure Initiatives opened its doors wide, welcoming guests for the opening of the creative season. While waiting for the start of the gala concert, guests could relax in the pleasant community of muses. Waltzes and lyrical melodies were played in the foyer by a brass band. The exhibition hall blossomed with the autumn colors of the exhibition of arts and crafts by craftsmen from the Korochansky district. Along with professionals, students from the children's art school, Sonya and Lisa Orekhov, took part in the exhibition. They delighted the audience with a personal exhibition of animalistic miniatures. According to Sonya, the girls are very fond of animals, especially dogs. They have a little friend - the husky Danube, very funny and loyal. He served as a model for some of the works of young sculptors.
On November 24, a gala concert dedicated to Mother’s Day took place at the regional House of Narrative Arts. In the center of the foyer there is conveniently located an exhibition of children's arts and crafts and visual works, which the children of our district happily and tenderly prepared for their beloved and dear mothers!
On January 8, the Center for Cultural and Leisure Initiatives was filled with the sonorous voices of children. The exhibition-competition of children's creativity "Christmas Star" was comfortably located in the exhibition hall, and the charity event "Give a Holiday" was also held here. The funds raised by the children were used to purchase gifts for elderly people from the rehabilitation center. And a Christmas concert took place on stage, in which wonderful songs were performed by Sunday school pupils and children from the children's art school.
On February 15, children from arts and crafts clubs in our region were invited to Belgorod to receive awards for winning the regional children's art competition "God's World." Lena Zhdanova (Firebird studio) took 1st place, and Lena Kalashnikova (director Gadzhimuradova Ilminaz Gamzalievna) took 2nd place. We congratulate the winners and thank the head of the youth department of the Korochansky district administration, Victoria Viktorovna Gatilova, for the invitation to participate in this competition.
On March 1, the 1st international bead festival “The Magic of Beads and Stone” opened in Belgorod. Masters from our region were invited to take part in it. The works of Tatyana Koltunova, Marina Samoryadova, Elena Zhigailo, Yuri Nechitailo were highly appreciated by the audience, and the masters themselves were awarded diplomas and commendations signed by the head of the regional culture department S.I. Kurgansky.
On March 14, the masters of our House of Crafts, Galina Nenilkina and Nadezhda Leukhina, were invited to Belgorod to receive awards in honor of being awarded the title “People’s Master of the Belgorod Region.” The opening of the regional exhibition was timed to coincide with the solemn event. "Beauty lives among the people", the exhibition of which presented 27 of the best creative works of all the masters of our House of Crafts and the Houses of Masters of the region.
March 14, 2012 at 12 o'clock at the Belgorod State Art Museum the opening of the regional exhibition “Beauty Lives among the People”, organized by the Belgorod State Center of Folk Art, will take place. At the opening there will be a ceremony of presenting certificates, one-time monetary incentives and the sign “People's Master of the Belgorod Region” to the craftsmen awarded this title in 2011. Masters who received the title in 2008 and confirmed it in 2011 will be awarded a one-time monetary incentive and the distinction “People's Master of the Belgorod Region”. The works of these masters will be given special attention at the exhibition.
The exhibition “Beauty Lives among the People” has become traditional, is held every two years and is a review of creative achievements in the fine and applied arts during this period. This year, 600 works by 165 craftsmen and artists from 17 districts of the region and the city of Belgorod were presented at the exhibition.
In the Belgorod region, in the last decade, special programs have been adopted, as well as a number of decrees of the regional governor, aimed at supporting both professional and amateur art. In 2008, the title “People's Master of the Belgorod Region” was established. Among the first to receive it were such well-known masters in the field as Agafonov Yuri Petrovich, Semikhina Irina Viktorovna, Kotelnikov Alexander Aleksandrovich, Lasman Oleg Anatolyevich and others - in total in 2008 the title was awarded to 18 masters.
Institutions such as Houses of Crafts and Houses of Craftsmen are of great importance for the development of artistic crafts in the region. Today, there are 23 Houses of Crafts and 137 Houses of Craftsmen in the region, where 6.5 thousand people study. They employ 297 master teachers, many of them are presented at the exhibition.
The exhibition presents works by artists and craftsmen, both professionally trained and self-taught.
Belgorod craftsmen work in all genres of decorative and applied arts, among which the most popular are wood carving and painting, embroidery, patchwork, ceramics, wickerwork and beadwork. Almost every region has its own wonderful craftsmen. Alekseevka is famous for its woodcarvers; Stary Oskol craftsmen work in almost all genres. Weaving, felting, pottery, patchwork and much more are developed here. The Houses of Crafts employ masters of genres unique to our region - metal painting (Kvashnina O.N., Alekseevka), pile carpet weaving (Gadzhimuradova I.G., Korochansky district).
Paintings are also presented at the exhibition. Most of these are landscapes and still lifes, however, there is also a place for thematic paintings in the exhibition.
Artists and masters of arts and crafts from the region, managers and specialists of state cultural institutions, and the media were invited to participate in the opening ceremony.

On March 23, an exhibition opened in the exhibition hall of the TsKDI "How our ancestors lived."
in the exhibition of which you can see objects from the collection of the Korochansky Regional Museum of History and Local Lore, creative works of the masters of the DPT Korochansky House of Crafts and students of the "Exemplary" studio "Umelets" (headed by People's Master of the Belgorod Region Galina Nenilkina). The audience was presented with master classes on carpet weaving by Ilminaz Gadzhimuradova, bobbin lace weaving by People's Master of the Belgorod Region Leukhina Nadezhda, wood carving by Leonid Subbotin, and weaving of reed belts by Elvira Zhdanova. In the section “Traditional costume of the Korochansky region”, our needlewoman, people’s master of the Belgorod region Natalia Petrovna Lukavskaya presented a reconstruction of the Bubnovsky women’s costume - a skirt set with a vest.

Good afternoon dear friends, we are pleased to welcome you to our exhibition. The works of several masters, made in various arts and crafts techniques, are presented here.
Since ancient times, man has tried to decorate his life, home, and clothes. Patterns were a means of communication and transmission of information. From a very young age, children were taught crafts that would ensure a comfortable existence. Of course, now there is no such need to sew your own shoes or weave fabric for clothes, but you should not completely abandon hand-made creativity. Each handmade item is unique; it reflects the individuality of its creator.
Man, unlike animals, has always strived for beauty. Is the father building a house, trying to decorate the facade with special patterns to make it more beautiful and noticeable than others, is the mother sewing a dress for her daughter so that she will be the most beautiful at the holiday... - It is love that makes a person strive for beauty, to do something nice for his loved ones.
Crocheting, cross stitch, glass painting, wood painting, soft toy, oil painting, batik, straw applique, knitting - bring comfort and human warmth to modern life filled with artificial materials.
From generation to generation, craftsmen pass on traditions, skills, and knowledge. And each generation brings something new and unique to creativity.
You can find handmade products less and less often in homes; now this is a rarity that is shown at various exhibitions. The products reflect the identity of the country, the people, the region, its features and traditions, and this is their value.

The works are presented at our exhibition in a special way - these are three generations of masters.
Togobitskaya R.A - presented cross-stitched paintings, crocheted bedspreads and valances - painstaking work that requires patience and perseverance. It takes a craftswoman several months to make one piece.
Kim I.Yu. is a master of wood painting and painting. Oil paintings reflect the beauty of our native nature. Painted household items delight the eye with bright colors.
Vera Mihankova and Anastasia Maksimova prepared soft toys for the exhibition; these works not only delight their owners, but also successfully took part in various competitions.
Jorgntsyan Lala's work was made in traditional folk craft - straw appliqué, and Angelina Tsareva introduced exhibition visitors to a new type of DPT technique "steam punk".
The variety of techniques, genres of DBT, and the age of the participants were not united by chance, this is the continuity of generations - from grandmother to mother, from mother to daughter...
There is always an opportunity to learn something that may be useful in later life. One of the exhibits at the exhibition is tulle painted using the Batik technique. I offer you a master class on making original postcards using the Batik technique.
For this you will need:
Frames with fabric stretched over them;
Stands so that the fabric does not touch the table when working with it;
Fabric outline (reserve);
Fabric paints, soft brushes, palettes, jars of water;
Pattern templates.
Place a template with the selected image under the frame with the fabric, and apply a reserve along the contour. The reserve line must not be interrupted. The more confident and faster the hand movement, the thinner and smoother the line.
After the reserve has dried, you can move on to filling the image. To do this, you need to dilute the selected color on the palette to the desired consistency. Use a soft brush to paint each element with its own color. The paint spreads over the fabric, spontaneously creating unique shades and patterns. There are many techniques for working with paint and additional materials. Modern paints are sold ready-to-use and do not require additional hassle. After drying, to fix the color, simply iron the paints with a hot iron through a thin cloth.

One of the thematic clusters of the upcoming Day of Advanced Technologies for Law Enforcement Agencies (DPT-2018) is dedicated to medical support for law enforcement agencies. The first participant in this cluster was the company Medical Rescue Technologies LLC (MTS) from Lyubertsy near Moscow. It will present a wide range of products for tactical and extreme medicine, incl. a family of 9 individual first aid kits and 13 group first aid kits.

Thus, the AI-3-2 SP first aid kit, intended for special forces soldiers, is a pouch consisting of 17 attachments with a protective hood. Group first aid kits have greater capabilities for providing medical care, incl. medical military bag SMV. The UPT-2 rescue vehicle is designed for rescue and assistance in emergency situations in crowded places. The product is used to place, store and carry life-saving equipment, tools, communication and alarm equipment, medical products, protective equipment and movement of victims necessary to eliminate and minimize losses in emergency situations. The Day of Advanced Technologies for Law Enforcement Agencies will be held on May 24-26, 2018 in Krasnoarmeysk, near Moscow, at the training ground of the FKP Research Institute Geodesy.
In Krasnoarmeysk, the PLAZ company will demonstrate unmanned systems and electronic devices for law enforcement agencies.
One of the most interesting areas (clusters) of the second Forum “Day of Advanced Technologies of Law Enforcement Structures of the Russian Federation” (DPT-2018) will be the section “multi-purpose aircraft and unmanned systems”. Samples of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), which are increasingly being used in a variety of fields, including in the interests of security, will be presented here.

Its main activity is the development and production of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) of aircraft and helicopter types, avionics and payloads, command-telemetry and broadband communications with drones, as well as software for processing photo and video information received from them.

One of the well-known unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) “Grifon-12” is designed for video surveillance of the area in real time using a video camera or thermal imager. The device with a broadband data transmission channel is highly reliable and compact in design.
With a take-off weight of 5.5 kg and a wingspan of 230 cm, the Griffon-12 can operate at ranges and altitudes of up to 90 km and 3.5 km, respectively, for up to 180 minutes. A device with an electric motor can be prepared for use in no more than 10 minutes, launches using a catapult and lands with a parachute.

The Griffon-31 unmanned aircraft has no less capabilities. It is designed to monitor the ground situation during search and rescue, patrol and security and counter-terrorism operations. The electric motor of the UAV with a flight weight of 8 kg (up to 1 kg of payload) ensures flight at a maximum speed of 170 km/h for 3 hours at altitudes and ranges of 5 km and 100 km, respectively. To solve problems as intended, the device can carry a video or thermal imaging camera and carry out 3D aerial photography in real time. Information from a highly reliable UAV is transmitted via a digital broadband channel.

The unmanned aircraft complex (UAS) “Grifon-41” with a helicopter-type UAV is designed for real-time video surveillance and aerial photography. A payload weighing up to 1.5 km is installed on a gyro-stabilized platform. Electric motors provide the drone with a take-off weight of 7.5 kg the ability to operate at altitudes and ranges of up to 1 km and 15 km, respectively, for about 60 minutes.
A copter with a payload in the form of a video camera or camera can be prepared for launch in no more than 5 minutes. Vertical takeoff and landing allow the aircraft to be used from unprepared sites.

The company has created an autopilot for aircraft-type drones. A device with a built-in inertial system and a “black box” is designed to control the vehicle and its payload in flight. The autopilot has a compact design and allows you to take into account up to 1000 flight mission points.

High accuracy and resolution of the “picture” is ensured by a small-sized, weighing no more than 700 g, gyro-stabilized 2-axis platform. It can rotate arbitrarily in the azimuthal plane, has a high-resolution color video camera with variable focus (1920x1080) and a built-in video signal compression unit. Important for practical use is the ability to install the platform in a vertical or horizontal plane.
