It makes it possible to establish whether the displaced organs are located under or above the diaphragmatic septum. Relaxation of the diaphragm is a pathology that is characterized by a sharp thinning or complete absence of the muscle layer of the organ. It occurs due to anomalies in the development of the fetus or due to pathological process, which led to the protrusion of the organ into the chest cavity.
