We take dirty vegetables. I never buy peeled and washed root crops (you know, such sympathizers are sold in bags with ventilation holes). It seems to me that their nutritional value is doubtful, and I have questions healthy eating. Carrots, beets, potatoes and other root crops (are they root crops?) So, today we have carrots, beets (beets) and celery root for juice. I think it's a great combination!

Wash carrots and beets thoroughly warm water using a metal brush. I don’t cut the skin, because I read from Galina Sergeevna Shatalova that vegetables with skin are better digested and absorbed.

We send all our vegetables to the raw material receiver of the operating apparatus one by one, pressing from above with a pusher. They are erased on a sieve in an instant. Well, very fast!

Pour the juice into a cup. At the same time, taking a jug from under the spout, we substitute in its place a plate in which vegetables used to lie. I do this so that the drops that 100% drip when disassembling the juicer do not fall on the table. I love washing and wiping as few items as possible… 🙂
