There are different techniques injections: vector, fan, point. For example, vector distribution allows not only to fill a wrinkle, but also to create a kind of intradermal framework. By itself, hyaluronic acid is a very elastic substance and can hardly keep tissues from sagging. However, over time, additional connective tissue, which serves as support for the skin. When forming such a connective tissue mesh, it is possible to provide for its compression vector and thereby provide directed lifting. In other words, we can not just tighten up individual areas, but do it in a given direction. Optimal time The period for the procedure to be carried out is the period when the first markers of aging appear (for some this happens as early as 25 years old, but most often at 30-35). The sooner you can “catch” the first age-related changes, the higher the chances of prolonging your youth and preventing the formation of deep wrinkles and folds.
Wrinkles can be both deep and superficial, so gels of different densities are used to correct them, but even the softest and most elastic filler is not capable of naturally fill, for example, facial folds on the forehead, because the skin here is very thin and the gel contour will be noticeable. In this case, the cosmetologist uses other methods - botulinum toxin injections or skin resurfacing. Solve everything age problems It won’t work with contour plastic alone, but if you combine it, for example, with radiofrequency lifting or fractional thermolysis, you can achieve impressive results. A combined approach and regular maintenance procedures will allow you to look ten years younger than your peers.
Of course, no one has yet managed to avoid aging, and in the end, cosmetic tricks stop working or give a very weak effect. In principle, contouring can be performed at 70 years old, and the result will be a refreshed face, but you should not expect the same rejuvenation and inner radiance as at 35-40 years old. After a certain age, the patient decides for himself whether minor improvements from cosmetic procedures are enough for him or whether it’s time to resolve the issue radically.”
Of course, under the age of 45, contour plastic surgery is a favorite among anti-aging therapy methods. This is facilitated by the speed of the results obtained, as well as practically complete absence rehabilitation period and relative affordability.

Initially, this is more of a surgical rather than a cosmetic technique, since fillers are injected into the deep layers of tissue, right down to the periosteum, and here it is important to know the anatomy well so as not to hurt nerves and important vessels. To restore the volume of the cheekbones, only one puncture is made (the injection point is selected so that the entire correction area can be treated from it), then a cannula with a blunt end is inserted, which does not injure the vessels, and the drug is gradually distributed in the tissues. Volumetric modeling is carried out with high-density fillers, which are able to restore contours lost with age and hold tissue in the desired position for up to 1.5 years. With the help of volumetric contouring, you can restore the oval of the face, tighten its lower third, correct jowls, lift the corners of the mouth, smooth out tear grooves and nasolabial folds, beautifully outline the cheekbones, and add volume to the chin. Thanks to the deep introduction of the gel, it will not be felt under the skin, as is sometimes the case with superficial injections. Professional subtleties

“Many patients are concerned about how natural the result from the injection of fillers will be,” continues Elena Guz. — Ideally, a doctor’s work should not be conspicuous,
the person simply begins to look younger and refreshed. This can be achieved in different ways. First of all, a specialist needs a sense of proportion, because some patients require pumping up huge lips or unnaturally prominent cheekbones, but there are standards for administering drugs to one area. For example, no more than 1 ml of gel is injected into the area of the nasolabial folds, and no more than 2 ml into both cheekbones. It's better to enter first less drug, and on following procedure add rather than allow obvious overkill. The doctor is also faced with the task of preserving the natural individuality of the face, the proportionality of its individual parts, the features of facial expressions and its liveliness. Here you need to have a developed aesthetic perception and a sense of harmony, to see the appearance of a person as a whole.”
As already noted, the doctor uses different injection techniques and different fillers depending on the type of facial aging. “Perhaps the ideal candidates for contouring are clients with the so-called tired type,” says Elena Karpova. — They are characterized by tissue atony and insufficient development of skeletal bones. When we inject the gel into these patients, they literally transform before our eyes. Contour plastic surgery is recommended for them at the age of 25-30
as a prevention of age-related changes. They respond very well to volumetric modeling clients with deformation type of aging (they have thick, heavy skin and well-developed subcutaneous fat). The introduction of a dense gel using a cannula allows
to relieve these patients of initial ptosis, flat cheekbones, and nasolabial folds.
It is more difficult to work with the finely wrinkled type. Such patients have very thin, parchment skin and very little fat layer, so fillers here have to be chosen with great care so that they are not noticeable. It is impossible to get rid of static small wrinkles around the mouth and on the cheeks using fillers alone; hardware technologies and cosmetic techniques are needed to stimulate collagen production and increase the density and elasticity of the skin (for example, RF lifting, plasma lifting, biorevitalization, mesotherapy). A combination of classic linear filling and volumetric modeling is then applied. This allows you to almost completely recreate the contours young face and maintain its naturalness.
The least suitable candidates for contouring are patients who are prone to swelling, since hyaluronic acid retains a lot of moisture around itself. The situation can be corrected by introducing a smaller amount of gel and performing lymphatic drainage on the second or third day after the procedure. But in some cases, even this does not help, and then the patient is asked to abandon hyaluronic fillers in favor of other cosmetic methods. If too much gel is injected, even a normal client may experience persistent swelling, especially under the eyes. Which again brings us back to the question of moderation on both the part of the doctor and the patient.”
