Surgical contour plastic surgery. Injection contour plastic surgery in platinental. How does the procedure work?

"Eighteen till I die"

It is this song by Bryan Adams that is perfectly suited as the slogan of modern contour plastic surgery.

Injectable preparations for non-surgical rejuvenation allow you to postpone acquaintance with the possibilities of plastic surgery for 15-20 years. And at the same time look, at most, “a little over 30.”

Until recently, cosmetology could offer only 2 types of drugs. Today, the choice has increased - and plastic surgeons risk losing their jobs!

  1. Muscle relaxants: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin. These drugs are injected with thin needles into the facial muscles and immobilize them. As a result expression wrinkles smoothed out. The effect lasts up to 7 months.

With the help of botulinum toxin preparations, you can lift the corners of the mouth, lift the tip of the nose, remove a network of fine wrinkles around the mouth and on the neck, and reduce the volume lower jaw.

  1. Fillers based on hyaluronic acid(from English word fill - fill): Restylane, Perlane, Juviderm, Surgiderm, Glytone. These safe gels are used to replenish lost volume - to smooth out wrinkles, nasolabial folds, increasing lip volume and cheekbone. The effect lasts on average 3-6 months.
  1. Collagen-stimulating fillers latest generation, such as Sculptra and Radiesse. These newly created drugs are unique. They stimulate the skin's production of its own collagen. Therefore, the rejuvenating effect of their introduction does not disappear after the degradation of the gel itself and is guaranteed by the manufacturers for up to 2 years!

Expert comment:

Our assortment includes only modern contouring techniques

These techniques can be perfectly combined in one procedure, obtaining a powerful rejuvenation and tightening effect.

1. Classics of the genre: contouring with hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid usually solves the problem of superficial wrinkles and enlarges the lips. The filler is injected directly under the wrinkle, as if “pushing” it out.

2. Facial contouring to replenish lost volume

With age, the volume of the cheekbones decreases, the eyes and cheeks look sunken, and tear and nasolabial grooves appear. It is these problems that volumetric (volumetric) facial correction using microcannulas eliminates.

3. Gel lifting

Rosa Syabitova. Cheekbone augmentation in combination with gel lifting with Radiesse. Photos before the procedure and 7 days after. Done by Andrey Iskornev.

The result is high, youthful and plump cheekbones. Elimination of nasolabial folds. Smoothing the lower jaw line. General pronounced lifting. The skin got rid of the “spider web effect” - a network of fine wrinkles.

The effect of contouring will increase over several weeks. The result will delight Rose for up to 1.5 years.

How much does a rejuvenation course cost?

Prices for contour plastic surgery depend solely on the drugs used and their required volume. To determine the exact cost of correction, you need to obtain personal recommendations dermatocosmetologist or plastic surgeon.

Every woman, regardless of age, dreams of always looking young and attractive. That's why modern medicine and cosmetology in Moscow offers many options for facial correction. The list of the most popular methods includes surgical and contour plastic surgery. With their help you can get rid of aesthetic defects and correct facial features. To understand which method to prefer, we suggest considering the advantages and disadvantages of each of them.

Plastic surgery

The goal of plastic surgery is to correct imperfections and improve the appearance and contours of the face. This operation can solve the following problems:

    wrinkle removal;

    nose shape correction;

    change in facial contours.

However, before taking this step, it should be remembered that such an operation may have a number of serious consequences. This method rejuvenation involves tightening the skin, which is attached to fixed tissue. The operation is performed under general anesthesia. After the procedure, the patient must remain under medical supervision for several weeks while the scars heal.

The rehabilitation period is quite long, and there is a risk of infection, scarring, swelling and inflammation. The final result of plastic surgery can only be assessed after 3-6 months. During this period, the swelling will subside and all the stitches will heal.

When choosing this method of correction, you should remember that the procedure itself is painful. It is better to resort to it only in cases where alternative methods cannot achieve the desired result.

Contour plastic surgery

Contour plastic surgery is especially popular. Many Moscow residents have already tried this method and evaluate the results obtained.

The essence of contouring is to model the contours of the face using injections. They contain hyaluronic acid, which wags favorably on the skin. Thanks to such injections it is possible without surgical intervention correct the shape of the face, lips, as well as tighten the skin, remove wrinkles on the face, change the shape of the nose and cheekbones.

An undeniable advantage is the duration of the procedure, which is about an hour. At the same time general anesthesia or local injection anesthesia is not required, because the intervention is practically painless. For clients with low pain threshold It is allowed to use a special cream that has an analgesic effect.

Contour plastic does not leave scars or scars. After it, only small traces of injections are noted, which will completely disappear a few days after the injection of fillers.

All fillers that are used during the procedure are completely resorbable, hypoallergenic, and well moisturize the facial skin. Contour plastic surgery is performed in several stages. However, the result can be seen after the first session.

The only drawback of this technique is the risk of small bruises, redness and swelling. Their education largely depends on the individual characteristics of the patient and the amount of work. They will completely disappear 3-7 days after the procedure.

Let's summarize

The goal of each of the considered techniques is to transform the appearance and eliminate aesthetic defects. When considering the process of performing each technique, it becomes quite obvious that contour plastic surgery is the safest and most painless. Surgical intervention is recommended only in cases where the previous method was ineffective, for example, with severe sagging facial skin.

In order not to make a mistake in choosing a procedure, it is better to entrust this decision to a specialist. The doctor will be able not only to assess the condition problem area, but also to determine optimal method which will allow you to effectively deal with the problem.

The Center for Regeneration and Cosmetology "ZHENES" performs facial contouring. Experienced specialists will perform non-surgical correction age-related changes and procedures aimed at enlarging lips and modeling their shape, changing the contour of the cheekbones, eliminating nasolabial folds and other defects. With us, you will get the appearance you have long dreamed of and get rid of many complexes.

Contour plastic surgery - what is it?

Contouring is an excellent alternative to plastic surgery. The technique is based on the application special drugs(fillers), which fill the deficit of missing tissues. The products not only solve aesthetic problems, but also activate natural regeneration processes. Even when the filler stops working, the results obtained will not disappear. While the drug is working, the body literally learns to deal with changes, using hidden resources for this. Thanks to this, the technique always gives a lasting effect. In addition, contour plastic surgery can be safely called safe (provided it is performed by an experienced cosmetologist). The procedures have a minimum number of contraindications and adverse reactions. At correct execution all actions and compliance with protocol negative consequences the use of fillers is reduced to almost zero.

It is also important for patients that contour plastic surgery is not a surgical intervention. It does not involve incisions, long-term rehabilitation and severe painful sensations, which often persist for several days after surgery.

The main advantages of contour plastic surgery include:

  1. Fast execution. The procedure usually takes only 20-40 minutes.
  2. No marks on the skin. Very thin needles are used to administer drugs.
  3. No pain. The contouring procedure is easily tolerated even by patients with increased sensitivity.
  4. Minimum number of restrictions. Patients at any age can sign up for plastic surgery.
  5. Versatility. Contour plastic allows you to correct the shape and size of the lips, get rid of wrinkles and other problems in the eyes, nose, cheeks and cheekbones.

The effect of the procedure is noted immediately. To achieve maximum results Contour plastic surgery usually requires 3-5 sessions. The break between procedures is 10-14 days.

Main drugs used

There are 2 main groups of drugs used for contouring.

Based on hyaluronic acid

These drugs are easy to administer, safe, and almost never cause side effects. Such products do not change their position under the skin. Hyaluronic acid is a natural water magnet. It literally attracts water, which quickly improves the condition of the skin. Under the influence of acid, tissues restore lost elasticity and become denser. At the same time, the process of regeneration and rejuvenation is absolutely natural. Important! The higher the skin density, the longer the filler stays in the skin. Injections with hyaluronic acid can fight two types of wrinkles: age-related and expression lines. The drugs are also used for ptosis, to eliminate nasolabial folds, to improve the shape and increase the volume of the lips.

The drugs are selected taking into account the problems being solved. For biorevitalization, for example, non-viscous products are used. Lip correction is carried out using special fillers. To improve the shape of the cheekbones and emphasize them, drugs are used high density.

Based on synthetic polymers

These drugs are used less frequently and are cheaper.

Popular in lately fillers with blood platelets are used. They are called autogel and are considered “intelligent”. Such drugs can stimulate the stimulation of all cellular processes and improve the condition of the skin. The tissues begin recovery mode.

Indications for contour plastic surgery

Contour plastic surgery is performed for:

  • the presence of visible wrinkles and pronounced skin folds;
  • the need to restore the volume of certain areas (lips, cheekbones, etc.);
  • eliminating asymmetry of facial features;
  • the need to correct the shape of certain areas of the face.

Contour plastic surgery is performed at the request of the patient. Usually the procedure is performed between the ages of 25 and 55 years. At an earlier age, there is no need for correction; at a later age, it is better to resort to the services of plastic surgeons, since the result of contour plastic surgery will not be clearly pronounced.

Contraindications

Contraindications for contour plastic surgery include:

  • bleeding disorders;
  • diabetes mellitus;
  • bacterial and fungal skin lesions;
  • weakened immune system;
  • pregnancy and lactation period.

It is also prohibited to carry out the procedure when hypersensitivity to the components of the drugs used. You should postpone contouring if you have recently attended sessions laser resurfacing or chemical peeling.

Preparation for the procedure

Special preparation before contour plastic surgery is not carried out. We only recommend that you consult with a cosmetologist in advance and talk about your individual characteristics, previous and existing diseases. This way, the doctor can choose the drug that is right for you.

Procedure

The duration of the procedure depends on the tasks being solved and the area of the treated area. Typically, the duration of contour plastic surgery does not exceed an hour.

The procedure is carried out in stages:

  1. Skin cleansing.
  2. Marking of impact zones.
  3. Preparation of the drug.
  4. Injection of fillers under the skin. Thin needles are used for the procedure. They do not tear the skin, but gently push it apart, which reduces the risk of tissue injury. The procedure practically does not cause significant pain. If the drug contains vitamins, peptides and amino acids, the patient may feel a slight tingling sensation.

Rehabilitation period

The effect of contouring largely depends on the experience of the doctor and the drugs used. Usually you can notice it right away. Gradually appearance will only get better. For example, the first days after the injection of fillers into the lips, slight swelling remains. Lips look puffy. When the swelling subsides, you (and those around you, of course) notice their seductive contour and sexy volume.

What to do during the rehabilitation period?

  1. Relieve swelling. For this you can use special pharmaceutical drugs. They are usually prescribed by a doctor.
  2. Avoid active use decorative cosmetics. Special attention given to products containing alcohol. Read the ingredients carefully and do not use alcohol solutions. Otherwise, unsightly dots and spots will appear on the skin.
  3. Use special care products. Your cosmetologist will also recommend them to you. Only he can take into account the condition of the skin and individual characteristics your client.

Please also pay attention to a number of restrictions in force during the rehabilitation period!

Avoid:

  1. Taking anticoagulants.
  2. Active sports.
  3. Taking hot baths and visiting saunas and steam baths.
  4. Tanning (including in a solarium).

Avoid touching your face with your hands for at least several hours after the procedure. You can get an infection! The first days after contouring, wash your face with boiled water or use special compositions to cleanse the skin. Try not to smile or wince for a couple of days. This will allow the filler to effectively distribute into the tissues.

How long does the effect of contouring last?

The maximum effect can last up to 2 years (when correcting cheekbones, for example). In the lips (due to increased blood circulation), the fillers last for approximately 3-6 months. Maximum duration The effect is observed when drugs are administered into facial zones. Important! The effect is individual! Even the most experienced cosmetologist will not be able to determine exactly how long it will last. Please be aware that all times are approximate.

If the aesthetic effect of contour plastic surgery decreases, the procedure is repeated. You can give injections as often as required. No restrictions are imposed, but experienced cosmetologists do not advise overusing contouring. It is better to carry out procedures when they are really needed.

Every woman dreams of eternal youth and beauty. What do the fair sex do not resort to in order to stop the inexorable time. They are ready for any procedure – painful, expensive, radical. But now there are new and safe ways to get rid of wrinkles and improve skin condition. One of them is facial contouring. A method that has already been appreciated by many women.

What is contour plastic surgery?

Facial contouring is a set of measures that allows you to remove fine and deep wrinkles in various areas of the skin, get rid of defects, increase the volume of lips, emphasize cheekbones, etc. Facial contouring is almost painless and very effective way eliminate a variety of cosmetic defects skin using fillers - special gels that are injected subcutaneously. Initially, such fillers were used exclusively for the correction of facial wrinkles. However, over time, fillers began to be used to replenish the volume of soft tissues. Nowadays there are contour plastic clinics in almost every big city. Therefore, everyone can improve the condition of their skin and somewhat slow down the aging process. The price of facial contouring is quite affordable, as you can see by contacting the ON CLINIC medical center. Photos before and after contour plastic surgery can be found on our website.

Drugs used

Contour plastic surgery with fillers is one of the leading trends in cosmetology. Modern injectable drugs show excellent results, almost comparable to plastic surgery. The effect of introducing fillers is not so long-lasting - only up to 1.5 years, depending on the filler. But facial contouring with hyaluronic acid gives good result without surgical intervention.

In cosmetology, two types of injection preparations are used: based on synthetic polymers and based on hyaluronic acid. The first type of fillers is practically no longer used, despite the longer-lasting effect and cost-effectiveness. The thing is that the technique of their introduction is quite complex, and the risk of complications is very high.

When we get old natural level hyaluronic acid decreases. Along with sun exposure, environmental stress, diet and even facial expression, this reduction leads to the appearance of wrinkles and the deepening of natural folds. After the introduction of drugs based on hyaluronic acid, defects are corrected in those places where the own supply of this substance is depleted. Water begins to accumulate, causing the volume of skin at the injection site to increase. Injectable preparations containing hyaluronic acid are characterized by excellent biocompatibility with the tissues of the human body.

Currently in medical center ON CLINIC uses fillers from reputable manufacturers to carry out facial contouring procedures:

  • Restylane and Perlane. Fillers containing hyaluronic acid. Used to instantly correct facial wrinkles, reshape lips and anatomical correction oval face. Restylane is the first famous drug hyaluronic acid for wrinkle correction. It has a long history of use, very good reviews and a well-earned reputation as an instant dermal filler that requires no sensitivity testing. Restylane and Perlane have identical formulas with various sizes gel particles. Over the years of use, Perlane's ability to provide long-term correction of natural deep folds has been established.
  • Juvederm. This filler, consisting entirely of hyaluronic acid, helps smooth and fill expression lines under the eyes, around the mouth, and age-related depressions in the nasolabial folds. It is also used to correct the oval of the face, to change the shape and contour of the lips, while the natural sensitivity of the lips is completely preserved. At correct implementation procedure, the face after administration of the drug looks more youthful, a tightening effect is observed.
  • "Soprano" (SOPRANO 23). Injectable facial fillers based on hyaluronic acid (non-animal origin) for the correction of medium-deep wrinkles and folds, as well as the shape and volume of the lips. Based on latest technology special connection of hyaluronic acid particles with each other, which allows the gel to be plastically distributed in the tissues, evenly permeating the entire treated area. This allows you to get a harmonious, natural and long-lasting effect (9-12 months).
  • "Sculptra" is made from a biocompatible, biodegradable synthetic material based on polylactic acid and is considered the No. 1 drug in the world for stimulating the production of your own collagen. Allows you to replenish soft tissue volumes without the risk of overcorrection. Sculptra is recommended for increasing the volume of atrophied areas, including eliminating skin defects such as folds, wrinkles, furrows, scars. It can be used to correct large volumes with signs of thinning facial fat tissue (lipoatrophy). The first visible result of the correction is obvious immediately after injection. The final effect develops gradually over 2-3 months and lasts for up to two years thanks to Sculptra's ability to stimulate collagen synthesis in the injection areas. This creates a natural frame (bio-reinforcement). The standard course involves 3 injections over 3 – 4 months. Ingredients: poly-L-lactic acid, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, pyrogen-free mannitorl. For professional use only.

In addition, we offer certified drugs from the brands Teosyal, Stylage, etc.

Hand rejuvenation. Hands, like the skin of the neck, are the first to reveal a woman’s true age. Therefore, they need special care. Fillers help get rid of any wrinkles, smooth the skin of the hands, and eliminate the first signs of aging.

Men are increasingly using contouring procedures, and the most popular among them is the correction of nasolabial folds, the cheek-zygomatic area and the eyebrow area.

Indications for injection contouring

  • The need to correct the contour and volume of the lips.
  • Nasolabial folds.
  • Wrinkles between the eyebrows.
  • Wrinkles of the outer corner of the eye (“crow’s feet”).
  • Transverse forehead wrinkles.
  • Increasing the volume of the cheekbones and chin.
  • Correction of small networks of wrinkles on the face, neck, and décolleté.
  • Correction of atrophic scars.
  • Comprehensive rejuvenation of the face, neck, hands.
  • Preventive treatment of age-related changes.
  • Vertical wrinkles above the upper lip.

Possible complications

Despite the simplicity of the administration technique and the absolute biocompatibility of the drugs, some complications are still possible after the facial contouring procedure. However, most of them are transient and disappear after some time:

  • pain during the procedure and slight discomfort after her;
  • swelling and hematomas at the injection site;
  • the appearance of small areas of inflammation.

These complications can be considered normal, since minor trauma occurs during the procedure small capillaries. Moreover, even with local anesthesia patients with low threshold pain may feel uncomfortable.

However, there are other complications after facial contouring with fillers, which are also quite possible to prevent.

Exacerbation of herpes. Almost everyone has the herpes virus. To avoid exacerbation, you must take a course before the procedure preventive treatment antiviral drugs.

Allergic reaction to the drug. According to data published by manufacturers, the probability of developing such a complication is 0.05%. Individual intolerance components is considered a very rare occurrence.

Gel contouring and migration. The reason for this complication is the shallow injection of the filler, which results in a bumpy appearance of the skin surface. Injecting too deeply can cause the gel to move under the skin to adjacent areas, causing distortion of the contours of the face.

Vascular embolism. Occurs when a low-viscosity filler enters the lumen of a vessel, which leads to embolism. Blood circulation is also impaired if the drug is administered too deeply.

Fibrosis. This is a compaction of connective tissue that has formed at the injection site of the drug. In some cases, small fibrosis is considered normal, as it occurs as a result of increased collagen production and indicates the success of the procedure. However, its intensive growth, which is not only easily palpable, but also visible visually, can bring some problems.

It is possible to avoid these complications. It all depends on the quality of the drugs, the correct dosage and the qualifications of the specialist.

Over the years, our face changes a lot. However, age-related “troubles” can be corrected in just an hour and without surgical intervention.

Contour plastic surgery can delay the date with plastic surgery by for a long time- this is something that women could only dream of quite recently. And progress does not stand still: deep injection of stabilized hyaluronic acid preparations has now become possible using not only a needle, but also a soft cannula (in this case, only a couple of punctures are made on the face). However, first things first.
Some people experience noticeable age-related changes already at the age of 30, and others only at 40 - a lot depends on genetics and lifestyle, so the indication for contouring should not be the year of your birth, but actual condition face, neck, décolleté area.
If your face looks haggard and tired, your oval has floated, your cheekbones have sagged, tear troughs have become clearly visible, giving you a sad look, perhaps you should think about contouring. Unfortunately, sooner or later, creases and wrinkles form in everyone (especially in the nasolabial area and around the eyes), subcutaneous fat tissue is reduced and redistributed, and it overhangs the areas of muscle attachment (ptosis). This process is called involutional-dystrophic changes and is characteristic of both fine-wrinkled and deformation types of aging.

Traditional technique

“Contour plastic surgery is used to fill facial gaps, and stabilized hyaluronic acid is most often used as a filler,” says Elena Guz, dermatologist-cosmetologist at the Danishchuk Clinic. — Traditionally, fillers are injected under wrinkles or folds with regular thin needles in order to smooth them out. There are different techniques injections: vector, fan, point. For example, vector distribution allows not only to fill a wrinkle, but also to create a kind of intradermal framework. By itself, hyaluronic acid is a very elastic substance and can hardly keep tissues from sagging. However, over time, additional connective tissue, which serves as support for the skin. When forming such a connective tissue mesh, it is possible to provide for its compression vector and thereby provide directed lifting. In other words, we can not just tighten up individual areas, but do it in a given direction. Optimal time The period for the procedure to be carried out is the period when the first markers of aging appear (for some this happens as early as 25 years old, but most often at 30-35). The sooner you can “catch” the first age-related changes, the higher the chances of prolonging your youth and preventing the formation of deep wrinkles and folds.
Wrinkles can be both deep and superficial, so gels of different densities are used to correct them, but even the softest and most elastic filler is not capable of naturally fill, for example, facial folds on the forehead, because the skin here is very thin and the gel contour will be noticeable. In this case, the cosmetologist uses other methods - botulinum toxin injections or skin resurfacing. Solve everything age problems It won’t work with contour plastic alone, but if you combine it, for example, with radiofrequency lifting or fractional thermolysis, you can achieve impressive results. A combined approach and regular maintenance procedures will allow you to look ten years younger than your peers.
Of course, no one has yet managed to avoid aging, and in the end, cosmetic tricks stop working or give a very weak effect. In principle, contouring can be performed at 70 years old, and the result will be a refreshed face, but you should not expect the same rejuvenation and inner radiance as at 35-40 years old. After a certain age, the patient decides for himself whether minor improvements from cosmetic procedures are enough for him or whether it’s time to resolve the issue radically.”
Of course, under the age of 45, contour plastic surgery is a favorite among anti-aging therapy methods. This is facilitated by the speed of the results obtained, as well as practically complete absence rehabilitation period and relative affordability.
The procedure for administering the drug itself takes no more than half an hour. Anesthesia for linear technology Usually not required, but if necessary, the doctor will first apply an anesthetic cream to the skin.

Volumetric modeling

For the time being, the traditional contouring technique did not allow introducing large volumes of gel and correcting large areas (for example, cheekbones, chin). Fundamentally new stage V aesthetic medicine began with the advent of microcannulas in addition to needles. The 3D facial modeling technique was first proposed by the French plastic surgeon Bernard Herzog, and at first only surgeons used it.
“Cannulas provide both the doctor and the patient with a number of advantages,” explains Elena Karpova, plastic surgeon at the Danishchuk Clinic. — First of all, this is minimizing the number of punctures - up to one for each zone. Fewer punctures mean fewer marks and bruises. Initially, this is more of a surgical rather than a cosmetic technique, since fillers are injected into the deep layers of tissue, right down to the periosteum, and here it is important to know the anatomy well so as not to hurt nerves and important vessels. To restore the volume of the cheekbones, only one puncture is made (the injection point is selected so that the entire correction area can be treated from it), then a cannula with a blunt end is inserted, which does not injure the vessels, and the drug is gradually distributed in the tissues. Volumetric modeling is carried out with high-density fillers, which are able to restore contours lost with age and hold tissue in the desired position for up to 1.5 years. With the help of volumetric contouring, you can restore the oval of the face, tighten its lower third, correct jowls, lift the corners of the mouth, smooth out tear grooves and nasolabial folds, beautifully outline the cheekbones, and add volume to the chin. Thanks to the deep introduction of the gel, it will not be felt under the skin, as is sometimes the case with superficial injections. Layer-by-layer introduction of fillers of different densities onto different levels soft tissue provides three-dimensional lifting. Previously, only surgeons knew this technique, but now more and more cosmetologists are successfully performing this procedure. The use of cannulas is no longer the prerogative of the surgeon, although this is only true for hyaluronic fillers. Contour plastic surgery can also be performed using the patient’s own fat, and this is where the diocese of the surgeon alone begins. Lipofilling is rather an operation, how cosmetic procedure, because the fat must first be taken from the patient, cleaned and prepared in a special way, and then injected with surgical precision so that the maximum part of it takes root. The decision about which type of contouring to prefer is always made on an individual basis during a personal consultation.”

Professional subtleties

“Many patients are concerned about how natural the result from the injection of fillers will be,” continues Elena Guz. — Ideally, a doctor’s work should not be conspicuous,
the person simply begins to look younger and refreshed. This can be achieved in different ways. First of all, a specialist needs a sense of proportion, because some patients require pumping up huge lips or unnaturally prominent cheekbones, but there are standards for administering drugs to one area. For example, no more than 1 ml of gel is injected into the area of the nasolabial folds, and no more than 2 ml into both cheekbones. It's better to enter first less drug, and on following procedure add rather than allow obvious overkill. The doctor is also faced with the task of preserving the natural individuality of the face, the proportionality of its individual parts, the features of facial expressions and its liveliness. Here you need to have a developed aesthetic perception and a sense of harmony, to see the appearance of a person as a whole.”
As already noted, the doctor uses different injection techniques and different fillers depending on the type of facial aging. “Perhaps the ideal candidates for contouring are clients with the so-called tired type,” says Elena Karpova. — They are characterized by tissue atony and insufficient development of skeletal bones. When we inject the gel into these patients, they literally transform before our eyes. Contour plastic surgery is recommended for them at the age of 25-30
as a prevention of age-related changes. They respond very well to volumetric modeling clients with deformation type of aging (they have thick, heavy skin and well-developed subcutaneous fat). The introduction of a dense gel using a cannula allows
to relieve these patients of initial ptosis, flat cheekbones, and nasolabial folds.
It is more difficult to work with the finely wrinkled type. Such patients have very thin, parchment skin and very little fat layer, so fillers here have to be chosen with great care so that they are not noticeable. It is impossible to get rid of static small wrinkles around the mouth and on the cheeks using fillers alone; hardware technologies and cosmetic techniques are needed to stimulate collagen production and increase the density and elasticity of the skin (for example, RF lifting, plasma lifting, biorevitalization, mesotherapy). A combination of classic linear filling and volumetric modeling is then applied. This allows you to almost completely recreate the contours young face and maintain its naturalness.
The least suitable candidates for contouring are patients who are prone to swelling, since hyaluronic acid retains a lot of moisture around itself. The situation can be corrected by introducing a smaller amount of gel and performing lymphatic drainage on the second or third day after the procedure. But in some cases, even this does not help, and then the patient is asked to abandon hyaluronic fillers in favor of other cosmetic methods. If too much gel is injected, even a normal client may experience persistent swelling, especially under the eyes. Which again brings us back to the question of moderation on both the part of the doctor and the patient.”
