  • sour cream (3 tablespoons, fat content 10%);

Carrots and onions can be slightly simmered in a frying pan. When the vegetables are cooked, grind them with a blender directly in the pan. Cut the meat into cubes or strips and decorate the dish.

Creamy leek soup (after three months).

Ingredients:

  • leek (1 piece);
  • carrots (1 piece);
  • zucchini (1 piece);
