1 . Add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of sugar to hot milk and drink it twice a day.

For diseases of the nasopharynx, inhaling smoke from burnt turmeric is effective.

CLEANSING MASK

Mix two tablespoons cosmetic clay for the face with a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Place a third of the mixture in a bowl, dilute it with a little water and add two drops essential oil lavender. (The remaining dry mixture can be stored in an airtight jar.)

If you have dry skin, apply a mask thin layer if the skin is oily - thick. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off with cool water.

REJUVENATING MASK

1 . Mix - 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of milk or cream, 1 teaspoon of honey and apply to cleansed face for 10-30 minutes. Make masks every other day. Visible result after 2-3 masks.
Effect: relieves inflammation, rejuvenates the skin, smoothes scars, improves complexion.

2 . Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric with a small amount of milk, stir and spread the resulting mixture on your face. After 30 minutes, rinse off the mask with warm water.
You can also use lime (or lemon) juice with a little water instead of milk.

BODY MASK

1/2 teaspoon mustard oil,
4 tablespoons pea or wheat flour,
1 teaspoon turmeric.

Mix everything, add water until it reaches a dough consistency. Apply the paste all over your body or just your face. When the paste dries, remove it with rubbing movements.

ATTENTION!

After the mask, the skin becomes somewhat yellowish, as a result coloring properties turmeric. Don't let this scare you. Just do the mask at night. In the morning, when you wash your face, the yellowness is completely washed away. Or you can immediately wipe your face with cleansing milk immediately after the mask.

Turmeric must be handled with care as it leaves permanent stains on clothing and is easily flammable.
